I wanted to get the Ayurvedic Analysis to see what I could do to understand my body more to be as healthy as possible while prepping for fertility (included a health inventory, pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, a discussion of different Ayurvedic therapies using herbal formulas, diet recommendations, cleansing, lifestyle changes and more!)
