I have been trying to get pregnant for a couple years. I really wanted to make a conscious change to my health to help improve fertility and Sprouted Nutrition came highly recommended. My first meeting revealed that I really needed make some changes. Mia spent an hour with me asking questions about my health that really turned into a discussion too of what I wanted from our meetings. My concern was that I would spend tons of time in the kitchen cooking the foods I needed. Mia made it easy for me to discover what my body needs and was a wonderful resource for easy recipes, snacks, and shakes. She even recommended I mark my water bottle to keep track of my water intake! Fantastic! After 3 meetings, I feel great and look forward to cooking!
