Very positive first visit to establish care. Easy checkin (online new patient forms, scheduling, appointment reminders, etc), gentle/quick x-rays, thorough exam, friendly KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. Look forward to future routine visits and hoping I don’t need more work but if/when I do I am confident I’ll be in good hands.

Dr. Hinsberger and the entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout my exam, x-rays and cleaning. She spent a lot of time listening to my dental concerns and was understanding and professional. It has taken me a long time to find a dentist and I am very happy with my experience.

I have been going here for over 20 years. My family also goes here. I have always had a great experience from every level of the staff. Maddy cleaned my teeth, took X-Rays, and assisted Dr. Allison. Maddy did a very thorough job on my cleaning and made me feel right at home. She is Awesome!! I recommend BTD to anyone who is looking for a permanent Dentist!

Pam couldn’t seem to keep her mask on right at the front desk for starters. The doctor is very nice but the pricing is very high. I was assured that “most people” are totally covered even out of network by Chris so I scheduled with them. I had high hopes for the office with it being women-owned and operated.My insurance covers market price and preventative costs but they told me that not everything they did/billed was preventative. I was not informed of this at the time of service thinking that only the fluoride treatment would be out of pocket. The prices they billed were way above market pricing. For example, just an exam is about $40 market price and they billed $107. I’m disappointed with the misleading assurance provided to get you scheduled. I’m hoping someone calls me back to discuss payment options but will have to cancel the follow-up. If you’re looking for a reasonably-priced place and are out-of-network, I’d schedule somewhere else.UPDATE: I had to call again as no one ever called or emailed back. They argued the entire time that the pricing is normal and my insurance is not good. My insurance has covered 100% everywhere else I’ve gone like Louisville Dental Associates- those guys are great! I understand the difference between in network and out of network but Chris and Pam were giving me a runaround and were very rude when I said I couldn’t not afford all that they had billed. Skip this place, go somewhere that will be honest with you.

I was with Dr. Takemoto for a long time. After she retired, I didnt have any dental issues until recently. I needed one of my teeth filled after an inlay came off. Dr. Schook treated the tooth. She explained what she was going to do before the procedure, which made me feel comfortable. She also answered all my questions & concerns thoroughly. She did an excellent job. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. Thank you very much for providing me wonderful services.

So, these folks were super nice on day one, took lots of time to take me through their ways and schedule me for a follow up cleaning the next day. I got stuck in traffic and called saying Id be a bit late (6-mins) I walked in 10 mins late (but their clock said it was 14 mins past the hour). I was greeted with a hygienist who said we had to cancel the meeting as we were 15 past the hour. I protested pointing to the clock and pointing out that I called before. The hygienist proceeded to argue with me for several mins about how they needed more time. Thats fine, but I found it odd that they would invest their time in arguing about what time it actually was rather than being flexible with a new customer, showing some grace and trying to make it work. Huge bummer that they were so much more focused on incorrectly enforcing their own rules above doing their job and having an understanding for a new patients situation.

I’ve been going here for 11 years (even before it was BT). The dentists, hygienists and office staff are all great. They keep up with technology and are easy on my sensitive teeth. I’ve had mostly had cleanings and checkups. I’ve also had a couple of cavities/filling replacements here and it was as painless as could be expected.

I was very relieved to find a new dentist in Dr Colleen Schook. My long-time dentist in Denver had to close her practice due to the cost of CO-VID 19 regulations and referred me to her. Dr Schook has the same high standards and some very high tech equipment. Every 5 years they take an x-ray with a machine that gets a view of the front of your teeth and face as you smile. She was able to see my sinuses, my jaw alignment, my teeth down to their roots, and the tendons coming down from the back of my throat. Her observation was that there was calcification in two of these that contributes to my neck pain! I am excited to share her observation with my physical therapist! The staff are all very friendly and organized! I appreciated their attention to staying safe from CO-VID!

I started going to BT Dentistry because I was looking for a dentist office who wasnt going to continually try to upsell me on things I dont need. Ive been 100% happy with them! I trust them completely to give me real information about what I need, what I might want to consider down the line, and what is totally optional. They do great work, and I will continue going to them!

I just went for a checkup, the first since COVID. I was reassured to hear no one, staff or patients, had ever tested positive. That put me at ease. The check up and cleaning went well. I have also gone for other services and have been very happy with the results.EDIT: I wrote that more than a year ago and have gone several more times since then. I had a regular cleaning this week and felt really safe and well-cared for, AND felt like they were taking precautions to keep themselves safe too. Grateful for the practice.

I was out-of-town and needing emergency dental advice. Not only did the staff at BT Dentistry jump thru hoops to get me in to see Dr. Hinsberger at the crack of dawn, but they also assisted me in finding an oral surgeon to extract my tooth immediately. The whole process took about 3 hrs, WITH LESS THAN A 24 HR NOTICE.All said, such a good out-of-state experience (If it can be said about a tooth extraction). I cant say more about Pam (at BT Dentistry) or Dr. Chai at Oral Surgeons in Longmont, CO.

I have been a patient at BT Dentistry for over 20 years. The people there, both dental and front office, are welcoming and professional. The work Ive had done (including several crowns) has lasted without problems. At my latest visit, during the covid pandemic, I was impressed with the safety precautions taken to protect both patients and staff.

Ive been going here for about a year, and everyone is really nice and very professional. They take the time to talk to about my concerns, if any, and they dont try to up-sell cosmetic services. I called the office on a Friday to try to change an appointment, and they were closed. But a few minutes later Dr. Schook returned my call because she happened to be there and listened to my message. Just a really great practice with great service!
