I had a very pleasant first time at Deka Lash today (and actually my first time ever having a professional lash application). The experience itself was relaxing, with lovely downtempo music playing, and a very gentle touch by Tatyana. I chose the “glamour” look because I have a dance showcase coming up in a few days and I thought this would be the best. They came out stunning and I am very happy with the results based on my intentions. I got the express service but am curious to try other fuller extensions too. Even if I never get extensions again, I know I will definitely be back for other services like lash tints and curls, because my own lashes are actually pretty nice, long.. they just stick straight downward and aren’t very dark. What a great place overall - I am happy to have found it and to have taken the leap to try this out for my upcoming showcase.

Had to go back three times for them to fix an express lash refill - the ladies were nice but I am not from here nor do I live here.. it was nice to find a deka lash here since I have a membership… just wish I didn’t have to come three times in one week to finish.

I had my first experience with lash extensions and Tatyana was amazing. I love my lashes. Its been just about a week since they were applied, and they look amazing! I have been very careful to follow the instructions for care as well. No more mascara for this girl! I have suffered from Very dry eyes for years, and since having these lashes done Ive had less eye dryness, I had no idea mascara was the biggest culprit for my dry eyes. Im hooked for life.

Yikes guys. i hate to leave a bad review but these lashes are not salon quality in the slightest. they’re crunchy with huge globs of glue, falling out an hour after service, and placed a good distance above the base of my lash. i don’t know how anyone comfortably pays 100$+ for this poor of a lash job. the girl that did mine was super sweet and comforting and I don’t want to bash her but goodness these are disappointing.

I am a Dekalash member that lives in Michigan. I am in Colorado for my sons wedding so I needed a true volume refill while out-of town. Becca did such a great job on my lashes, and they look fuller than I have ever seen them. See was very polite and even offered me her card if I needed anything lash wise while Im in town. I would certainly return for Becca if I lived in Boulder!!

Natasha is amazing! This was my first lash extension experience and I didnt know what to expect, and I definitely didnt know what style I wanted. Natasha was very intuitive and gave me extensions that were natural-looking yet attention-drawing. I exercise regularly and was worried sweat/constant face washing would affect the longevity of my lashes, but they seemed to hold well. I cant wait for my second session with Natasha!

I went to Deka Lash with a Groupon. However, I was charged $70 for the service (despite my Groupon). I called to dispute the double charge and the person on the phone said that she didn’t have any authority to reverse the charge and didn’t know when someone who did would be available (such as a manager). In addition, I left my appointment, went home, and scrubbed my face for an hour with oil in order to remove the lashes. They looked clownish and ridicules even though I requested a natural look. It resembled full drag and was not at all what I had requested. I didn’t say anything at the time because it was too late. I needed to leave and my service had already run long. I’m still trying to get the additional charges dropped, and I guess the moral is “you get what you pay for”.

My daughter made an appointment for me to be a model for lashes. This was my first experience getting these done. I was a little nervous as I did not know the lady Cody that would be applying them. The experience with her was great! She was very professional and made me feel at ease with the procedure.During my visit, there was another tech with purple hair that treated Cody with disrespect and was very unprofessional. I do not know what was going on but I did witness her trying to devalue Codys work almost as if she felt threatened by Cody. Im not sure if I will return and purchase the membership as I am not comfortable with the climate that was presented by this other tech. I came to relax and have a service not deal with someone bullying the person that is working on me.I apologized to Cody for having to work in such a dysfunctional atmosphere and did let her know that I may not return. This is not because of the work that she performed but due to the atmosphere created by the other person. I did give two stars but I just want you to know that Cody gave me a 5 star service!!! I wish her luck.

I love the atmosphere and the place itself! The staff was friendly and professional. The process was easy! making the appointment online was fast and simple. I absolutely love my lashes so much and will definitely come back and would absolutely recommend this place. I will update how they hold up excuse my eye balls lol 😂

I had $134 Groupon for a full set of Volume eyelashes. What I received was a quarter set of lashes. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the final result, I was told that I purchased the express lashes which took less time than the full set-even tho that is not what the Groupon said and also why would I select time over quality. When I called the management, I was told I could pay for a fill and receive the full set I had originally paid for. Additionally my lash person told me that I would not look good with a full set of lashes. Avoid Deka Lask!

This place is terribly ran and full of scams! I visited Deka lash back in September 2020. I had a very very terrible experience with the lashes. I got an express volume service (so I came in not expecting much at all). At my initial paperwork I was forced to sign into a membership immediately, I was reassured I could cancel if these eyelashes didn’t work out so I signed even though i found it odd. After sitting in the chair for 2 hours I left with about 10 eyelashes in each eye. Within 2 day they had all fallen out of my eye. At this point I contacted the store directly for all the employees to just show me off the phone. I tried calling the cooperate lines and they said it was up to the store for refunds. So on the 3rd day I went into the store, and the owner happened to be in the middle of a session. I showed her my eye having 3 stray lashes left and she agreed that the work was unacceptable. She took my name and number and card number on a piece of paper in a rush. She reassured me multiple times that she would refund my entire purchase for that visit along with canceling the membership and I would not be charged at all! A few days past and I still didn’t notice it on my statement coming back, so I called the store and she then reassured me that she proceeded it and it takes a couple days to come to the account. After going over my accounts for tax season I find that the initial appointment was never refund along with I have been charged $109 every month for the past 6 months. Mind you I have 0 access to any online website to control the account. There has been many other reviews from this company bad charges on peoples cards. Stay away there are places more reliable and do better lashes!

Everything was perfect!! My girlfriend absolutely loves her eyelash extensions. I decided to get her lash extensions for our vacation over the holidays and now she’s hooked! She said they were a snap to have applied--she was so relaxed she actually fell asleep while the Deka Lash girl was doing them. Ill start with the good.The girl that did my lashes (Jessica I think?!) was SO sweet! We chatted the whole time she worked on my lashes and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. My lashes also looked great immediately after!Now the bad.Fast forward 5 days to today and 40-50% of my lashes have already fallen out. I took proper care of them as instructed. Didnt get them wet for 48 hours. Brush them in morning. Mostly tend to sleep on my back so they dont get smushed into my pillows. I dont put any eye makeup on when I have extensions either because I dont need it.Ive had lash extensions many times before and it takes at least two weeks to really see where they are missing but you can definitely tell now and its only been 5 days.Super bummed!! 😔

I had my first experience with lash extensions today. I have naturally long eyelashes, but theyre blonde so you can only see them after I put on several coats of mascara. The stylist I had today was extremely informative, from the application process, selecting style/length, and after care. She was very easy to talk to, relaxed, and made the long application process comfortable. I highly recommend them!!

Absolutely terrible. They double charged me twice while my account was supposed to be on a freeze. The manager who was supposed to be helping the refund process had an absolutely terrible attitude, the entire time, both times this happened. I asked to cancel my membership and the manager Sara took it upon herself to freeze the account instead of cancelling and then when I went to cancel again I was told that I would have to be charged one more time and if I chose to cancel immediately I would lose any of my saved credits. They are a scam and beyond rude.UPDATE: I have to hand it to the owner of the Boulder location, Cathy, as she is amazing. She called me within minutes of making the review and she was diligent to ensure we connected after play a bit of phone tag. Not only was she understanding, kind, and professional she knew the entire situation before she ever even called so I didnt have to explain the situation yet again. Turns out that when you call the number listed it rings to a call center and you are not speaking to the store despite the manager Sara flat out lieing and insisting she was from the Boulder location upon requesting to speak directly to the Boulder store. The call center gives Deka Lash a disturbingly bad image as every issue I have had has come down to misinformation and mistakes from the call center. The staff at the Boulder store are amazing, they are talented, efficient, and all around a super cool bunch of people to be around while getting your lashes done. If you become a regular here they will remember the little things and you become more than just another membership fee to them. Cathy almost single handedly turned the entire terrible experience with the call center and sara she is an asset to Deka Lash and a real professional. Thank you!!

I have volunteered to be a Deka Lash model. I knew going in the eyelash specialist was in training and wouldnt do everything perfectly. I really liked how Alex made me feel comfortable, Alex asked me how I wanted everything to look, made a custom plan for me and everything I wanted was accomplished. I liked how the owner was there guiding Alex in any questions that Alex might have had. I love when a owner is hands on, it really shows true leadership. I will definitely be volunteering again for additional services.

Deka Lash in Boulder is fantastic! I’ve always wanted to try lash extensions, but have been hesitant because of cost. Becca (my lash artist) was professional & personable. The office environment was super comfortable (it’s hard not to nap in their Lash chairs). While I’m still going to have to figure out how I’m going to afford this on a regular basis (it’s not cheap), it’s definitely worth the investment. Plus they have several membership options depending on how often you might need refills. Overall great experience! #organicad #lfthx

I had a great experience and loved my lash tech. I got classic lashes and I usually get volume. They look good, but seem to be falling off quickly-so I think I will try to find something in-between that works for me!

I had my eyelashes done for the first time and I am so happy with my new look! I chose something a little different, 1:3 with a mix of 1:5 (one eyelash to 3/5 falses) and the process lasted about an hour and fifty min. Audrey‘s work is fantastic! All the girls were friendly hipped and kind. The area was clean and comfy. I’ll definitely come back :)

I love my extensions! I got the 3d volume set and they are perfect! My artist did the full set in an hour and a half, which is really fast! Ive had them in now for 5 days and they still look just as perfect. The process was also super relaxing. So much so that I almost fell asleep. Will definitely be returning.

Over all my lashes look great, the reason for 3 stars is the lack of professionalism from start to finish. I was not greeted or asked why I had scheduled my appointment, I had explained when scheduling that this was the first time I had ever had my lashes done and that based on pricing info I was looking to become a member if this first time went well.This was all ignored in a rush of initial here sign here and come back to this bed. Then there was no explaining of the process no questions about allergies just lay down and it began.The application process was so smooth I slept for almost the entire thing! My lash stylist was good at her job and as I said my lashes look fantastic. However come check out time, I was provided with product, with zero explanation as to how it should be applied or why it helped. My bill was wrung up (not sure I got the fabled member discount as I did become a member that day) and I left. I now have 14 days to see if these lashes hold up to my life style which includes morning workouts, sweating, and moisturizer.If this works out I will stay a member and get lashes once a month. This location simply needs some experienced oversight until it is up and running smoothly. It’s a sales job, learn to sell your product and you’ll have happier more informed customers that will refer their fiends.

Felt like I needed to post a review here- I had an appointment but when I arrived they said I didn’t and that there was a problem with the booking system. (Very frustrating) All the lash artists were busy and there was no way I could get in even though I was leaving town. Lauren ended up staying after hours to get me in and did a great job. She even gave me 50% off. I highly recommend her she is awesome.

I love my lashes! I love not having to wear makeup every day!It was so convenient to be able to make my appointment online. And when I wanted to add a lower lash tint, they were very helpful in adding that to my appointment on the phone.The interior aesthetic was very pleasing and clean. Upon checking in, the staff served me some water. I felt incredibly comfortable on the bed. My technician covered me with a blanket and gave me approval to listen to my audiobook on my phone during the application.Ive never had extensions before, and the staff was very informative and took time to explain everything I needed to know. My technician was very soft spoken and gentle and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I almost fell asleep several times during the appointment.I got my lashes applied a week ago and Ive only had a few lashes fall out so far (still applied to my natural lash, as it was shed naturally).I like that they offer affordable memberships to maintain your lashes as well. I havent enrolled yet, since Im not sure how often I will have to have mine filled, but I intend to once I know how quickly I naturally shed lashes.Overall, great experience and I will be a returning customer.

I was excited to try Deka because they had a great groupon. I got my lashes done there before the holidays, but by the second week 75% of them had fallen off. I was surprised by this because earlier in the year I had lashes on that lasted much longer, (I would have over 50% in tact by the end of week 3) but I traveled to the south which was more humid, so I thought that had something to do with it.I went back for a refill when I got back from vacation and told them the story. They said oh next time you should contact corporate, they can help you out with that. About an hour in to my appointment, someone walked in with the exact same complaint as me, and the technician explained to them that they might be having problems with the glue. I figured if that happened to me this time I just would contact corporate.It happened again, lashes gone by week 2 and I didnt travel this time. I contacted corporate, and I got absolutely no response. I dont have time to chase down a customer service person so I just gave up on getting my lashes done here.I love having lashes, so this was a bummer. But if I get them again I will just go back to the original stylist I used. She was more expensive but the cost evens out when you dont have to go get refills every two weeks.

My lashes look great! They turned out exactly as I was hoping- not so natural that you cant tell but not so overdone that it would be over the top for day to day life. You really do have to be careful not to get them wet at all for the first 24 hours. I had to wash my hair that evening and tried to be careful in the bath tub but still had about 5 lashes per eye come off. Overall great experience and highly recommend if you want a convenient location with many options for appointment times!

Bree is absolutely fabulous. My lashes are amazing and two hours felt like 15 minutes with her. It’s hard for me to trust anyone with sharp objects around my eyes but Bree put me at ease. She even stayed late for me since my original person called out sick. I’m so glad she did because she’s the only person I’ll see now!

I had my lashes done at Dekalash Boulder. Turned out okay. I had some fall out right away, but other than that everything was great.

I’ve gotten lashes before and heard a lot of good things about Deka Lashes and so I decided to give them a try. It looked pretty once it was all finished but the lashes on my left eye started to fall out the next day. I followed the instructions I was given to not have water near or on my lashes for the first 24 hours and to stay away from steam. Within the next three days my lashes on the right eye started to fall out and by the fifth day all the lash extensions were gone. I was very disappointed and reached out to the company and at first they were very responsive and offered me to come back. I decided that it was not worth the time to sit two hours again in the chair to possibly have them come right off again. Even though I’ve reached out to them for a refund due to being unhappy for my service they have not gotten back to me. I’m more disappointed in their costumer service than their actual lash services. I would not refer.

Kind, patient staff! They were considerate and caring when helping me choose a lash style as well. The eye masks were soothing and not poke-y, and the chairs are very relaxing and I fell asleep within 10min. The process was very comfortable and in the end I was left with very natural looking, light lashes!My friend came with me and had extensions from another place. They were heavy, clumpy, and way too bunched and sticky. Deka was kind enough to spemd extra time to carefully remove the old lashes without damaging her natural lashes.To top it off, we got excellent service for free. We came as lash models and despite not paying a cent (excluding the maintanence serum and face wash I personally decided to purchase) we felt like VIP. The lashes turned out exactlt how both of us wanted, even though we got very different styles.Will be purchasing memberships next time!
