The owner, front reception staff, counselors, and the voices who answer the phone at Rangeview Counseling Center are genuinely kind, caring, and experienced professionals. They provide a deeply valuable and essential services to those in need of support, and a safe, warm, and welcoming atmosphere with attention given to making clients and visitors feel relaxed and at ease. I have greatly enjoyed the services of this counseling center and give them the highest recommendation possible. As a fairly sensitive individual with extensive therapeutic experience, both good & bad, I have felt that the therapists and staff at Rangeview have treated me with nothing less than total respect. At a time in my life when I am fearful of judgment, they have offered a gentle, listening ear and helpful solutions to manage my situation. I appreciate their services and am grateful they have been available to work with me.

Rangeview Counseling has been such a great place for me in my time of need. Their staff is friendly, caring, and able to help me in so many ways. I have been to other places and felt like i Was just another dollar sign, but at Rangeview you feel like you belong and they truly care. I would definitely recommend this place for whatever your needs are.

Staff is inconsiderate and nonconfidential. The people do not care if you finish the classes or not. They are just there to get paid. I would never recommend this to anyone. They have called the cops on compliant people for talking about trauma in their lives, and forced them into hospitals on M1s on numerous occasions.

Staffed by social workers, who are not counselors. As a result, they have no ethical orientation towards the client and will harm the client if it’s in their best interest.

I went to rangeview for level 2 alcohol counseling. After completing the 12 week education portion and several months later I applied to have my license reinstated I’m told by the DMV that I need to complete therapy based on a specific “track.” During my initial evaluation and the 12 weeks following no one knew that I needed to be assigned a “track,” which are defined by 4 categories (a,b,c,d) and each require a different amount of time to complete. Then after discovering that I did need assigned a track with therapy I went back to rangeview to ask why no one told me this initially. Wait for it...BECAUSE I DIDNT TELL THEM. The owner told me that since I didn’t tell them I needed to be assigned a track that I wasn’t given the additional needed therapy. This was after she told me that a “refusal to blow”, which I stated was my case on numerous occasions, was MANDATORY track B. I was partially in disbelief after hearing this. Jumping through the hoops of the legal system is confusing and entirely unknown territory without professional individuals to help properly steer you through. If you are looking for true professionals that you can trust will do what’s necessary in order to insure your success I would recommend looking elsewhere for alcohol education and therapy.

Neither their email nor their phone number works. Very frustrated with these greedy slackers.
