After a serious neck injury I tried just about everything to hep my pain picture and nothing worked. I figured, Id have to live with the pain. Ginnas work is simply life-changing. I recommend her to any and everyone who has long term pain, or injury.

Wow, I have seriously tried every treatment possible for my knee injury. Ginna quickly pinpointed the exact cause of my issues being my super tight quad pulling on the tendons around my knee. She got everything to release in only one treatment and I had my first run in 6 months without pain!!! I can’t recommend her enough. Even if you have “tried” dry needling before like me. I promise this is a whole different experience. She is so precise at finding the exact trigger point to release the muscles that are causing the pain. Don’t waste your time and money anywhere else. Thanks again Ginna!!!

I went in for neck and back pain which resulted in limited mobility. This was my first acupuncture experience. Ginna was professional and quickly assessed the problem areas. With a combination of acupuncture and massage, she helped loosen the tension in the muscles, drastically reducing my pain. The treatment worked great! I was able to have a productive day following the session. I would definitely recommend going in for a treatment!

Ive been struggling with a chronic sports injury for nearly a year, and a few visits to Ginna made a huge difference in my recovery. She asked tons of good questions, went over the benefits of treatment and what to expect, and explained everything she was doing. I felt very comfortable throughout the process and knew I was in good hands. Ginna came highly recommended to me, and I cant say enough good things about my experience. Ive already given her name to a few friends and family members and cant recommend her highly enough.

Ginna has been able to address my muscle strain and tendon injuries in a way that is thoughtful and effective. As an athlete herself she understands how a runners body and mind works. I would highly recommend seeking treatment at Boulder Acusport if youve got any running related injuries, imbalances, tensions or strains.

Ginna is truly elite when it comes to treating runners and endurance athletes. Being an ultra runner herself, she has years of experience of knowing how debilitating an injury can be and KNOWS her stuff when it comes to how acupuncture can heal so many injuries that active release therapy and/or massage or rest cannot. She gets you back on track like no other professional. I wish I had known her when I ran in college, as so many of my prior injuries couldve been solved with acupuncture and Ginnas expertise. Id recommend her to anyone and everyone, even non-athletes.

I discovered Boulder Acusport after significantly ramping up my running in summer 2017. After a trail marathon and a 100K, my right hip made its discomfort clear. Foam rolling and massage helped, but I wanted to get to the source of the problem. Ginna helped pinpoint where my muscles were extremely tight and resistant to relaxing, and her methods have made a drastic difference. More, shes thorough and inquisitive. We discussed my athletic history extensively (as opposed to just finding where it hurt and fixing it.). I believe her acupuncture has made a huge difference in my continued running and comfort, and I think of Ginna as a great resource for all questions anatomical and muscular (and ski/Italy/Dolomites related)!

I started going to Ginna at Boulder Acusport about a month prior to an ACL surgery and have been going back regularly since (about every 2-3 weeks). To say this has been the best decision to make throughout my recovery is an understatement. With each visit I continue to be impressed by Ginnas expansive knowledge, professionalism, and remarkably intuitive nature. At the end of each session, I notice instant relief. Not only have I noticed that im ahead the curve for someone recovering from an ACL surgery, but my doctors, physical therapists and personal trainer have also noticed and I am fully confident that Ginna at Boulder Acusport is to thank for this.

I am not a local to Boulder, but Ginna just became one more reason I wish that I was! I came to Ginna 3 days after reinjuring my knee, asking her to work some miracles for me so that I could snowboard for a couple days while in town. I felt the changes and releases happening immediately, some pretty intense, but I was so pleased to feel it working. By the time I woke up the next day I felt a lot relief and was happy to note the swelling had gone down to the point where I could see the bones in my knee again! I was able to ride those two days and thankfully got in to see Ginna one more time before I left for home. I simply can not recommend her highly enough. Thanks Ginna!

Im one of those people who really hates needles, so I wasnt too sure about trying acupuncture. But Ginnas friendly and warm nature put me right at ease. Ginna had a new way of looking at my various injury issues and her treatment has been truly wonderful in getting me back to running healthier than Ive been in years. Im so, SO glad I got over my needle fears and let Ginna work her magic!

I came in to see Ginna as a last resort after I injured my IT band. Within three treatments I was back on my feet and running again. I still see her on a regular basis and each time I notice marked improvement on whatever injury I am nursing. IT-band, Achilles pain, Plantar fasciitis, shin splints, groin tightness, and general tightness; I have yet to find an issue that we cannot work on. I am consistently injured in-between bouts of training and no other modality seemed to be effective.Ginna also takes the time to listen to me complain, she actually cares about my training and my ridiculous outlook on running and racing. She knows her craft well and she openly talks about the things that she is not 100% certain of. She listens to feed back and improves on treating me as an individual each time I visit. I 100% recommend her treatment. I would not be running as well or possibly at all without her.

After months of dealing with a Soleus issue in my calves, a friend suggested going to see Ginna for a treatment. I was hesitant at first, but thought what could I lose. After one treatment with Ginna my calves felt better, and I was back running the next day. About a month later I injured my knee, and because of the swelling my range of motion was limited and there was significant pain when I walked. I made an appointment with Ginna confident that her needles and tens unit could facilitate the healing process. After the treatment my range of motion was back, and some of the swelling had subsided. I was back running within the week. I recommend Ginna to everyone that is dealing with an injury because of her acupuncture acumen, and she being an athlete herself, her understanding of the mind and body of those she treats!
