Dr. Rubens and his team are the best of the best! I have had a tooth extraction and an implant by him and his team, and it has been two of the best experiences I have had in getting medical/dental treatment. Not only are they masters at what they do (i.e. quick and painless procedures), they are so kind and so fun (yes - FUN) that you cant believe you are actually having a procedure done. I cannot say enough about Dr. Rubens and the team that supports him - and while no one looks forward to oral surgeries, they sure make the experience one that will - Im not kidding - make you smile.

I recently went here for a wisdom tooth extraction. Prior to this, I had never had any surgeries or been under anesthesia and, coupled with medical anxiety, I was terrified. Everyone at the clinic was amazing. They made me feel safe and reassured. I woke up from the procedure with no pain and the following day had some typical soreness in my jaw. Dr. Rubens was my surgeon and he is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and walked me through the process step-by-step. I also wanted to shout out Eva and Sarah Lee (I hope I got your names right!) who took care of me the entire time and made me feel a thousand times better about the situation. Thank you SO much! I could not have asked for a better experience.

This place is the best doctor and staff around that I have been able to find. Even though I could not be knocked out for my surgery and because of covid cant use nitrous oxide the doctor was very patient understanding and wonderful beyond belief giving me numbing shots. The staff is very friendly and kind caring and compassionate if you need anything they are there for you no matter what it is. I would highly recommend Bothell oral facial surgery a doctor peska to anybody he is such a wonderful doctor.

They were amazing! I got my wisdom teeth removed here and the staff were extremely accommodating, funny, and witty. I loved hearing them banter back and fourth. Dr. Pasikov (Im sorry if I spelled it wrong) let me know all the risks before going in, but is extremely talented. Nothing bad happened and my post op had minimal swelling/pain. Highly reccomend.

Came in to get my bottom wisdom teeth removed- procedure was explained in detail, staff were very professional and helpful. It was my first time going under anesthesia so I was a bit nervous coming in the day of the surgery, but Dr. Peysakhov gave me every reason to feel comfortable and calm. The staff were extremely friendly and took great care of me. Very impressed with this clinic. Would definitely refer my friends and family and I myself, will come back in the future.

Amazing surgeon, really fantastic bed side manor. He took the time to talk over everything with me extensively and continues to be gentle and understanding even after so many years of experience. I got my wisdom teeth out here and had some random complications and he was willing to come in on his day off to help because he didnt want me to be in pain longer then necessary

I got my wisdom teeth extraction done here and I must say I was impressed. Dr Peysakhov knows what he is doing and was extremely good at making me feel comfortable. He sedated me to the level where I was dizzy, but not fully knocked out. I felt no pain during my procedure and was taken care of very well by their staff. Dr Peysakhov not only called me ahead of time to answer some of my questions on Sedation/aftercare, but gave me a lot of tips to ensure my healing was faster than normal. I would recommend Dr Peysakhov anyday for oral surgeries/impacted wisdom teeth extraction.

Wisdom teeth removal was smooth, and excellent experience overall!The only reason for two stars is the way the Covid test was handled—they now require tests before all surgeries. We weren’t notified of any charges until we got the bill.I had to reach out to NWPathology to sort out insurance, because Bothell Oral wouldnt. NWPathology still hasnt responded or filed a claim despite multiple calls, faxes and emails. I could have done the test with zero hassle elsewhere.

When your tooth goes rogue, Dr. Steen and team are your man to the rescue. My rogue tooth got lassoed, hog tied, and removed, lickety-split and expertly. I was much happier and healthier--and very thankful to have that caliber of heat-packing expertise on my side. Should anyone need to ride herd on an outlaw tooth, or is being tortured by a posse of bad guy teeth, you will be in deft hands with Dr. Steen and team.

HUGE shoutout to Dr. Steen and his entire team in Bothell. Highest of recommendations! My 8yo had an extra horizontal tooth that needed to be removed from his gum line to allow his adult teeth to come down. He was nervous and so was I but this place was phenomenal from start to finish. The bedside manner is superb from nurses to doctors to anesthesiologists. The custom note the doctor sent home with my so, to present to the tooth fairy, just pushed it over the top. After an 8am surgery, that was not his first of the day, he took the time to fully invest himself in a tooth fairy note for the third grader who couldn’t keep his tooth. And it’s not even a pediatric specialist!! This experience could have been scary but they made it so great and I will never forget this note. Thank you for going the extra little bit. It really matters to people.

Dr Christopher Steen is the best Implant surgeon I have ever had . Surgery was perfect and his medical team was very nice and knowledgeable. Walking into their office I immediately feel I will be in good hands. The bill I received was very clean and straight. No trick, no confusing. If I and my family ever will need oral surgical care in the future, Dr Steen will be the choice. I also will refer Dr Steen to my co-workers and friends.

I have a small mouth and so few teeth. Ive had Dr. Steen replace two molars with implants, and am in the process of getting another replaced. I have only eight molars, so implants are essential. Of course these are all upper molars that poke into the sinuses. Its been difficult to get the bone grafts to remain in place until they are set. Dr. Steen has been endlessly patient with my frequent returns for repair. He created a retainer one night to help seal off the hole from mouth to sinus. They have something like chewing gum to seal the hole, and the retainer keeps it in place. I definitely recommend Dr. Steen.

I was referred here by my dentist at Cooley Smiles in Kenmore to get my bottom wisdom teeth removed. While I can’t say I enjoyed getting my teeth removed (who does!?) I did enjoy the staff here at Bothell Oral, Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery. Dr. Steen and his entire team made me feel at ease and stress free from the consultation to the procedure. Even with the chaos of Covid-19 and my original appointment being delayed, it was great process. Can’t go wrong with this team!

Getting dental work is never fun, but it can be painless. Dr. Steen and Stacy made my impacted wisdom tooth removal, just that. I have a fear of needles, but Dr. Steen used good technique and procedure to distract me during numbing. He was also very steady and accurate with the extraction. Stacy has a wonderful personality and put me at ease. She was also very prompt while working in tandem with Dr. Steen. I would highly recommend have dental procedures done with them. Great job guys!

Dr. Rubins did my surgery. Did a great job and im recovered fully. The follow up w/ Dr. Steen was good as well, I felt like I was being taken care of, despite lasting pain from surgery. Additionally, what surprised me the most was I received a letter in the mail from the office, and it was a small check because they found out they owed me a balance due to insurance change. This was highly unexpected, and I really respect the integrity of the staff for actually doing this. Highly recommend.

I was to told to go to Bothell Oral by my dentist to have wisdom teeth removed. The doctor was extremely efficient and wonderful. He was a no nonsense kind of guy. He explained the entire procedure and made sure I was completely ok before removing the tooth. The after surgery follow-up visits were also extremely pleasant.

Most difficult procedure for my implant was a pre molar extraction the Friday afternoon before Fathers Day. Worried about being able to have a Sunday brunch, but no problems at all, even had a salad.Impressed by Dr. Steens work, interest in making sure I understood why and how the procedure would be done, care in overseeing my recuperation, high tech imaging equipment on-site, and great location with easy free parking. Highly recommended!

Was recommended by my dentist for wisdom tooth consultation. Dr. Peysakhov was kind and straightforward with my situation and the options. The surgery was quick and successful with no need for pain meds. All the staff made the whole experience a good one.

Even though the procedure was explained I worried about the pain and outcome of the procedure. The next day in the chair, and it was done almost quicker than it took me to complete the initial paperwork. Oh, and the pain was just only one step above uncomfortable. That, I really appreciated.

Dr. Steen is great but the office and the office staff and managers are not worth the time. First, they lost our flipper so Dr. Steen had to have a change in the dental plan. Then they said they sent us 4 statements which we never received in mail and they were not even courteous to call to check to see whether we received the bill before sending it to collection agency. They already charged us before the procedure with all the pre-authorization required and hence we never knew about the upcoming bill.

Dr. Steen was on call the night I ended up in the emergency room with a broken jaw. He gained my immediate confidence and held that all the way through. Dr. Steens approach had me put back together in one piece 6 weeks later- Excellent surgeon and I highly recommend - Pam

Loved Dr. Steen. Had 2 teeth pulled and wide awake for it. I didnt feel ANYTHING! Even when getting the shots. I was in and out in 45 minutes. They are amazing people. His assistant was awesome as well. Wish I could remember her name. If I ever need this done again Ill be going back to them. Very personal and honest and funny. They know how to make sure youre relaxed. Thank you Dr. Steen! Love you guys....so the surgeon was Dr. Peysakhov who works with Dr Steen.i had to have a bad infected tooth out and they squeezed me in and again he did an awesome job. I only felt one bad pinch but it had to be done and he and his assistant were amazing in making sure I was ok. Didnt know it was out until he was stitching up. Unbelievable. Go see these people..they are truly amazing and really care about your health. Love love them.

He was very efficient in providing all information I needed and answering my questions at my pre surgery consult appointment. The surgery itself was very efficient (for what I was aware/awake for) and Dr. Steen and his staff made sure I was as comfortable as possible prior to the surgery starting and after the surgery before allowing me to go home. Receptionist on the phone was confusing and callous. They dont take apple health and they are really rude about it.
