I was so thankful for the help I received when I need a nose pad. Maybe a very simple and minor fix but to me it was a kindness that made an impact on me. During the stresses of trying to return to normalcy during the coronavirus, simple actions by individuals demonstrate a person’s character. Woodlawn Optical has always gone above and beyond for me. And today was no exception. I have been using computers, etc for too many hours and its giving me eye strain headaches. So, I called Woodlawn and they helped me understand my options with blue light blockers as well as migraine prevention lenses for my glasses (or to place over my glasses). The customer service here is so wonderful. All their staff are very skilled at helping you find frames that really fit your face and personality well, and they carry a very large and stylish selection. Theyve held frames for me while I waited to make a decision, and they offer very good deals with sales. Ive never had to wait more than a week for frames to arrive either. They also are happy to contact insurance for you and figure out what they cover and manage all of the coverage on their end so you dont have to handle that yourself. Prices are very reasonable, and the staff remember you from visit to visit. Highly recommend Woodlawn Optical of Bothell! Theyll have my continued business for sure.

I first went to Woodlawn Optical specifically to get a hard to find brand called Schwoods. I had a unique situation where I needed lenses extremely fast so I would not loose my Job, and they came through in a time crunch!I have since been back 4 times to get new frames as they have provided the best service you could possibly ask for.Incredibly friendly, personable and caring people.I HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

I had just moved out of state and fell and scratched a lense. My back-up glasses were still in the moving van. I called Paul on a Thursday and told him what happened. I Express mailed the damaged glasses to Woodlawn Optical and by Monday afternoon I received my repaired glasses. Now that is service!
