Make a great product, I have used a few different ultrasounds. Unfortunately their customer service is terrible, even when trying to buy a full price unit its like pulling teeth to communicate with these guys. They dont respond to emails at all unless you send repeatedly.

Worked there for one month and quit. Poor poor management. Tsk tsk. Favortizim galore.
