I hope I can give 6 stars!This place is very clean and with nice atmosphere. The A+++ massage received from newly joined therapist Sofy really raises the bar of greater Seattle area!Looks like the management and therapists changed recently, I would highly recommend it.

The staffs served us were very customer-friendly and experienced. You dont even need to tell them what spots need to be massaged more cause they already know. Great atmosphere and really relaxing.

Groupon ** called to schedule foot massage initially , informed due to COVID they were not able to do so. Was informed I could do the body massage if I just add 20 dollars more . Also informed that I was 6 months pregnant and they state they could still see me . Had an appointment for 3/1/21 at 6pm. Received a call at 5:05pm that they couldn’t not see me due to my pregnancy . I would not recommend.

I absolutely love this place! For the quality of massage you receive the price point is unreal. Ive been going here for years and will continue to. Every masseuse Ive had is delightful!!

Obtained through Groupon. I paid for the hot stones but unfortunately never received any during the massage (I feel I am partly to blame ad I neglected to mention when scheduling or during the massage itself). Also masseuse was somewhat erratic and massage was all over the place. However, it was apleasant experience overall. I feel that each individual concerns would not be enough to warrant a star drop, but both together...Additionally, she did step out of the room a number of times which was slightly disruptive.I still would recommend, I think prices are very reasonable and it was very clean and comfortable

Clean place and relaxing massage that helped loosen up muscles on my shoulder and back. Only complaint is that the massage therapist kept walking in and out during the massage.

I have had messages from a few different places and I have to say this was the worst. I left in more pain than I came in with. I got a gift certificate to this place from a friend for x mas, it was off groupon. Terrible, no visible certificates no health background asked and it wasnt even relaxing. I would not recommend

Me and my boyfriend came there right before closing and got the 60 min massage and it was amazing! very very nice staff too, would recommend trying them out!

I ask for 90 minutes she told me she have appointment later 60 min be ok I said that’s fine but his customer come early and she stop 25 minutes early I ask she explain next time I ask for shower she said next time I m only one here this is rude I still paying her full price and also 10 bucks tip which she don’t deserve bcoz of this very bad
