I am so happy I found F45 in Bothell. I love every single workout. All the trainers are amazing and always push you to do your best and even more. I recommend this place to everybofy who is looking for high quality workout.

Hands down the best fitness training out there! I was so scared at my first class and was kindly welcomed by trainer Andrew. Everyone is so nice and encouraging. Today I finished my 8th class and truly enjoy going to the class and challenging myself. All the trainers are amazing! It’s a workout for all! So happy I joined today!!!! Go TEAM F45!

This is such an amazing addition to Bothell! What a beautiful gym and super clean! The trainers are super positive and keep you motivated and wanting to do more. The classes are fun and the instructors are the best. F45 is all about fitness and community! So glad we have such an amazing gym in Bothell! These trainers give it their all! Throughout the fluctuating COVID protocols, power outages, and inclement weather, they keep things moving. They have created a positive environment that utilizes accountability and encouragement to reach your fitness goals. I want to thank them for being so resilient during these TRYING times. I have needed this outlet everyday, and everyday I go...I am grateful to myself and motivating staff at F45 Bothell. Their enthusiasm and dedication makes it hard to some up with an excuse to skip a workout. Clean, safe, efficient, and an experienced fleet of trainers. Greatly appreciative.

I was looking for an F45 since moving up to the area from SoCal. Low and behold, one opened up down the street from me.Super stoked to find out the training staff was just about me hitting my fitness goals as I was, and always keeping me motivated and accountable.Not to mention, the facility is super clean and top notch. I love it here!

So excited that F45 has opened up in the heart of downtown Bothell! Their trainers are the absolute best at making this a true group training session with a personal training vibe. Always challenging each and everyone of us in classes to be our best and to do better than our last session. It’s great to see classes getting added and updated as their member base grows too :) Makes finding a time super easy albeit the Covid situation we are in currently. Their studio is immaculate and so crisp & clean! So excited that F45 finally opened in Bothell! I was nervous to start working out again in a group atmosphere, but my experience at F45 has squashed those fears. They were taking all the necessary steps and precautions with cleaning, mask wearing, and social distancing to make me feel safe. The couple classes that Ive taken were taught by Andrew and Beth, who were both amazing at keeping the energy high even with the reduced amount of people. I think everyone is just excited to be sweating again! Looking forward to more butt-kicking workouts.
