I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: this place should not be called ZoomCare. It should be called “We will take care of you very thoroughly and in most cases we will be more thorough than a traditional hospital and we can see you immediately”Care. The staff is always friendly and helpful and sympathetic, and they usually can fill the prescriptions you need right there on site. I feel so good knowing that ZoomCare exists, and that they’re so easy and painless to access. 100 stars to you! Keep on zoomin’!

This was my first experience with Zoom. It will definitely be my new go to for urgent care. I saw Victoria Sanchez. She was incredibly thoughtful and thorough. She even personally called me with my lab results and took the time to answer any questions I had! I was able to get in right away to be seen and had zero wait time once there. Everyone was very friendly.

Doctor i saw today amazing really helped me feel better about everything let me talk everything through and was helpful. Sent me home with my medicine.

Wow! I can not say enough good things about ZoomCare. This was my first visit and I can honestly say that I finally found my primary care physician! I saw Victoria Sanchez FNP and she was amazing. She listened to all my concerns and was able to answer my questions. I feel like I am in very good hands! It’s also awesome how they tell you all the costs upfront so there’s no surprises from insurance. Would highly recommend!

When my daughter saw that I wasnt feeling well, she went on her phone and made me an appointment with them, she had to go to ZoomCare about six months ago and wanted me to try them out after her own experience. Every visit with Zoom care has been such a friendly & warm experience. The staff is so friendly and enthusiastic in helping. They are extremely polited and concerned about their patients, try as much as possible to make it easy for us. It doesnt feel like a traditional hospital with a ton of waiting and processes. Everything is quick, easy, flexible with both in person and video visits. Im glad to chose them as my PCP.

The Zoom call was fine but the actual appointment process was a problem. I needed an appointment ASAP so scheduled with Zoom. However, it wasn’t until I had the appointment that I was told I couldn’t use Zoom because because I had Medicare Part B. If that information was on the website I would not have made the appointment and would have saved myself time.

Victoria was great and overall, a speedy visit. Id highly recommend ZoomCare.

This place was amazing!!!!! I showed up not knowing they closed soon and they were willing to till take me as a walk- in. They were so helpful and I will absolutely recommend to others.

Visited the Zoom clinic for my first time today. It was a great experience, fast, clean, and straight forward. I would definitely recommend it. My only challenge was logistically. I scheduled an appointment and they did not have the full staff available for the appointment. So I had to drive to another site to complete the appointment. If I had known in advance, scheduling to accommodate this staffing gap wouldn’t have been an issue.In general, great clinic and I will likely go there more in the future as needed.

Zoom+Care was great! They are fast and efficient. I was seen right away and they even had the prescription I needed in house so I didn’t have to make an extra stop at the pharmacy. I am very impressed with their service and very grateful they are open on Sunday.

I’ve seen Julie Shovlin a few times now and she is fantastic. Very genuine, caring, helpful and efficient. As much as I’d prefer not to have to go to Zoom Care (ha!), I’m very lucky that they make it such a great experience every time. Would highly recommend!

Zoom+ Care Bothell is friendly, professional and most importantly, PROMPT! Dr. Sanchez helped me to understand what was going on with my body with the basic symptoms I could describe and she listened intently, asking me the right corrections to help positively secure a diagnosis. Her associate, Tyler, was also equally impressive checking me into the clinic quickly and efficiently, making the process during this pandemic that much more easier. Quick, friendly, and helpful!

This is a review for COVID-19 testing SCHEDULING (not the testing itself). TLDR; highly recommend and so thankful for Dr. Julie, Mr. Brennen, and whoever was on the tech support web chat. Virtual chats required beforehand and asymptomatic people get scheduled for drive-thru, self-administered nasal swab (not the brain tickling nasopharyngeal swab) nearby. Got scheduled for same-day testing. Results in 2 days (but can be 3-5 days).The story:This is the first time we have went through ZOOM+Care for anything, so we werent sure what to expect. My sister-in-law recommended them from her experience. Our family bubble came into potential contact with COVID-19, so we wanted to get everyone tested just in case.The system for making appoints for families needs a little bit of work because it is cumbersome. Each family member needs a virtual chat with the doctor. In our case it was with Dr. Julie. Then, you need need a separate appointment, but it makes sense because it makes tracking results easier. After about 1.5 hours of trying to figure out the website and making some typos, which caused log in issues, virtual interviews, phone calls, and web chats, we were scheduled to be tested same day in Bellevue.Dr. Julie, Mr. Brennen, and whoever I was chatting with via their web support more than made up for the technical hurdles and cumbersome system with their rapid response, willingness to work through the technical issues, and also taking care to put all our appointments together. The website is modern and I like the look and feel, but I was speeding through the appointment maker with an unfamiliar site, so I made some mistakes with data entry. However, little things like calling to see if we wanted to move our sons appointment up after I couldnt find any timeslots available with the rest of the family makes all the difference. Also, their empathetic attitude and care in the tone of their voice was reassuring.We have yet to go through the testing itself, but Brennan explained that we drive into the parking lot of the Zoom+Care place, stay in the car, and administer a nasal swab ourselves. Its not the nasopharyngeal swab, which is sometimes called the brain tickler, so it is not as accurate from what I am told, but it is also not as uncomfortable. Given we are fairly low risk and are quarantining, we made a calculated decision to get nasal swabs. Plus, staying in the car lessens our chance of exposure as opposed to walking into a clinic.Pricing:Everyones insurance is different. My husbands insurance required a $30 copay for the testing, which his HSA will cover. My insurance has a high deductible, which I did not meet with this COVID testing, so my HSA would pay for the ~$200 test. My sister-in-laws insurance will refund her testing, but she had to pay the full amount first. I will be calling my insurance company to see if they will reimburse. I realize there are a lot of free COVID testing out there, but every site I visited was booked for a week. We are very fortunate to have HSA, which can cover these things and I know that other families do not have that luxury.Stay safe, everyone!

Made a last minute appoint at 5:45 for a 6:15 spot. No wait time. The doctor took the time to discuss my symptoms and history. And ordered test to make sure that we weren’t missing anything. We even scheduled a follow-up for next week. All of my concerns were addressed.

Clinic was very clean. Victoria is an amazing practitioner and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything.
