Richard at the Pharmacy has gone above and beyond helping me fill my dogs prescription. He even called to communicate that he was waiting to hear back from our veterinarian. I’m so grateful for his assistance, attention to detail and thoughtfulness. This is true customer service.

The pharmacy here is THE slowest I have ever experienced. The drive-thru line is always backed around the building and today I stood in line inside the store for a half hour to pick up a prescription before I finally had to give up. I would say it was a staffing issue but sometimes there will be 4 or more people back there and theyre taking just as long! Thats not even counting the poor people standing around waiting for vaccinations. The Walgreens up on Larch Way in Lynnwood was NEVER this slow. Im not sure whats wrong here but something needs to be fixed.

Terrible pharmacy to get COVID shot. They keep you waiting for hours. They are very discourteous. They do not honor appointment timings. Stay away from this place!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They put you on their auto call list if you have prescriptions. Then they dont remove you when you tell them there are no refills. Then they call you and put you on hold, and then hang up. Never have I been to this pharmacy and have them fill a prescription immediately. There is always a four hour wait. What takes 4 hours to fill a prescription. Then they will always mess up your insurance and try to overcharge you. Find somewhere else to go if you have a choice.

Their passport photos are over priced. $14.99! The only reason I went there was I thought it would be faster than Walmart (Walmarts passport photos are $7.44) but I was wrong. What would have taken a few minutes took almost an hour. What I wanted was to print a 2inch by 2 inch passport photo on postcard size of 4 x 6 allowing for a cheaper print. The staff didnt know how to do that forcing to charge their overpriced passport photo price. When the passport printed my head too big (2 inches), we had to play around with their software wasting more time. Also they didnt take my photo but charged me full price for it. They also dont do price matching. I basically paid over $16 (after tax added) for small pieces of photo paper with ink. I asked for a discount/compensation for the bad experience and they refused. I asked for a military discount and they said ok, and after I got rung up, they go I guess we dont have it, sorry. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Stay away from this place.

Worthless pharmacy. If you love inconvenience, being stuffed around, dealing with delays, waiting, queues and any other possible irritation you can think of, this is the pharmacy for you.

I’ve had nothing but issues every single time I have tried to fill a prescription at their pharmacy. It’s never just ready for pickup, like most places. Always a wait of at least 10 minutes, regardless of what you are getting filled. Was told my prescription would be ready today since they needed to order more. Seven people behind the counter. Still over ten minutes.Finally get to the counter, and a new person I haven’t seen before took forever to ring me up, then hit the payment button as I was typing my phone number in. I told them they were on sale and would like to enter my phone number. Asked me if I wanted to void the transaction. I told them whatever needs to be done to pay the sale price. They then asked me if I no longer wanted the items. I told them I wanted them, but didn’t want to pay full price because they are on sale. Finally, they understood and let me out my number in.In my opinion, this person should not be let anywhere near medication since they clearly have an issue following basic directions and cannot understand people and what they are saying. That could get someone killed.Will be looking for somewhere else for my pharmacy, too many frustrations with this place.

Dont bother going online to schedule an appointment for vaccines. We setup an appointment for vaccines for school, show up and wait due to the line, and then get told they dont actually have those vaccines. And wont be having them either. So why let people schedule vaccine appointments online then? Its a waste of everyones time.

Good service and I found what I needed

I have had nothing but issues every single time I go to the pharmacy at this Walgreens. They even flat out lied to me one time and told me that my prescription was called in to the Walgreens on 132nd St. in Everett, so I drove over there and that pharmacist told me it wasn’t there. That pharmacist called this Walgreens two figure out what was going on and it turns out that this Walgreens didn’t have the medication, but rather than just telling me that, they sent me off on a wild goose chase.And the cherry on top is when they told me that they didn’t want to hang onto my three month prescription for fear that they would lose it… And told me that I should just come in every month.

I’d like to leave some very positive feedback for the service my wife and I receive at the Bothell, Washington store from Naomi in particular. She is absolutely wonderful. She always makes our pharmacy visits easy, recognizes us by name/face even with masks on, is very helpful and supportive as much as a pharmacy team member can be. Thank you Naomi and the Bothell Walgreens pharmacy team!

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been too. Often times the staff is VERY rude. I’ve tried calling and calling several times and it goes on hold for awhile and then it just hangs up. I’ve had many other issues as well but would take quite some time to write. If you can go somewhere else, please do. This is poorly run. You guys need more staff!

Excellent place to buy medicine.

I’ve gone here specifically for the Providence Urgent Care and for the pharmacy. The pharmacy has always been quick at getting medications ready whether if it came from the doctors office or if it was a refill. The staff is always friendly and helpful if I need to buy over the counter medications for my little ones. Drive thru wait times aren’t to long(definitely not longer than other pharmacies I’ve gone to) I like how they have an express lane for the pharmacy and a drop box for medications to be disposed of properly.

Avoid this pharmacy. Id drive 5 more minutes for another one. The pharmasists here tend to lose their prescription orders and make patients to ask the hospital to send them over again. This hole hide and seek play wasted me over hour and after all, the prescription order was rolling over somewhere on their desk. Ridiculous.

Such clean and customer service oriented store. Just picked an over the counter flonase via their drive through as I didnt wanna go in the store with whats going on. With their busy prescription filling they still granted my request for pick up.Appreciate their help!

I refill the medication of my entire family, 5 people and they are not short in taking pills! They were always ready in time and in case they were not, it was not their fault. The customer service is awesome, friendly, professional they even make phone calls to insurance company in front of me in case I need it. I absolutely love to pick my medication from here! They are always doing a great job and I never missed a pill! Thank you all!

I love coming to Walgreens here in Bothell to get all my cosmitics and vitamins. Everything is well priced and they always seem to have very good sales happening! They are helpful and very friendly I had the pleasure of working with Sharon in the cosmetics department and she answered all my questions and even gave me a coupon to use on my current purchase! Im one happy customer!

Time wasted on Flu Shot appointments. Not friendly staff and whoever they are clueless on their services. They dont respect your appointments at all.

I have my prescriptions filled at this location. The staff has always been extremely professional, even when clearly busy. My doctors have been able to place my prescriptions online from their offices and can confirm availability before I leave so I have never had an issue with the location not having the medication needed. The one time a doctor had the prescription filled at the wrong Walgreens, this location was able to transfer the prescription and fill it for me in 15 mintues. They are wonderful and I would highly recommend them. I have never been shorted any medication.

Poor reception. Dont listen carefully and dont even bother to see prescription is fully addressed or not.

Store if good. Pharmacy service is slow and the staff is rude. There are a lot of comments that state this. I thought I have just had bad experiences but it seems that they consistantly provide poor service and have long wait times. The parking lot is also difficult to get out of. You can only turn South on Bothell Everett Hwy. No other way out.

Requested that they ask for ID for my prescriptions and every single time I go here they dont ask then the ladys at the pharmacy always snap at me and tell me Im wrong. Told them that I asked her to request ID and if she cant handle that then she shouldnt been working in customer service and Id be more than happy to speak with her supervisor. Well see if she asks for my ID next time.

I visit this store often as it is the closest pharmacy store from home. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff came across as being rude at times.

Went to go check out and the manger on duty was counting the drawer. The cashier asked him if she could open up #2 because I was waiting. He did not answer her. So she asked again and yet again he did not answer so I said , yes please take me to #2 I’m in hurry. The cashier went to #2 and try to log in but she couldn’t. So she told the manger who was still counting who was till counting, he said “yup”. So i walked out. And told the manger who was still counting how he was terribly rude was!

Pathetic !! Had to go 4 times to get my medicine since it wasnt ready. Every time they said will be ready in half hour and never got ready for 2 days. They were out of stock and did partial refill after making me wait for 2 days. They are understaffed and cant handle weekend influx. Walgreens does not value patient and customer time.

Dropped off a prescription, was told it would only be a few minutes, so I waited... after 30 minutes I went back to the counter to find they hadnt started it yet, and had to wait another 15.

I have been filling a perscription at this walgreens for the last 5 months. I have recently dropped of a script on this last sat. My girlfriends sript of pain medication was shorted by 5 pills. When I confronted the pharmacy on the miss count. They assured me they counted correctly and filled the script of 15.. Well they are full of it. The stole 5 opiate based pain medication out of a persons who had just gone thru surgery laast week. They would not do anything to make it rite.. They refused to look at the video footage of the counting process. and would not give me a refund since i paid cash. They have a pharmacy tech that is odviously addicted to pain medication and is stealing from there customers. I called again today to speak with the manager. And all I had got from him is attitude. They do not want to make the situation rite in any way. They keep denying this ever took place. I have contacted our local DEA office, and they have opened a investigation, and i will be calling the health department as well. I have never in my 37 years of living experience something quite like this. and honestly i am never going back to this walgreens ever again. If i were you and needed a perscription I would honestly go to fred meyer right accross the street. This Walgreens is very un proffessional and the manager is a complete idiot. They dont even care if they have a pharmacy tech stealing frokm their customers. If you are filling perscriptions here. I would open your bottle and count your meds everytime you fill them. This is very unacceptable and is definatly not the way to do business... I would rate this store at a negative 5 star.

My son had surgery today and we dropped off his prescription on our way home this morning. We hadnt heard anything from them so my husband went to pick it up when he got the kids form school (hours after dropping it off) and when he got there they told him they did not have this medication. They would try to find another walgreens that had it and would call us back. 2 hours later when they called back it was to inform us they were to busy to find an alternate location but we could call around. Well thanks, I will just pass that on to my screaming toddler that you all could care less how long he is in agony.
