We just spent a week there and could not ask any more from a campsite then this. Camping on a lake, absolutely clean from the campground to the bathrooms, friendly staff, quiet. Although in the middle of the city, you would never guess it by the presence of the lake and surroundings. However, restaurants and grocery store are within a mile... What else can you ask for..Thank you everyone at Lake Pleasant. Hope to see you soonDave

This is one of the best if not the best campground we have stayed at. The campground itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Tony and Laura are awesome. They made every attempt to meet our needs and requests. We love the fact that they remember us by name which makes it more personalized. We loved it so much after a month there we decided to go back for another month. The location is perfect as across the street there’s Safeway and restaurant and a mile into town you have more restaurants, a dog park, cycling trails and the river for kayaking. Could ask for a better location. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

About 80% of the RV spots either back the lake or have a good view of the lake. Most spots are paved and clean. Most sites have something separating them creating reasonable privacy. Laundry has about 5 washers and 5 driers though I had no trouble getting one when I needed. Staff is friendly, they allowed me to wash my camper. Good AT&T 5G service. The park is nestled about trees so you cant see surrounding community but it is a nice community.

This may be the best RV park we’ve ever stayed in! Clean, quiet, spacious sites and friendly staff. Lots of walking paths, too. You swear you’re in the woods somewhere, but you’re really only 5 minutes away from downtown Bothell. We’ll definitely be back to stay again.

For those who say this is likely the best, and most well-managed RV park they’ve ever stayed in, I’d have to agree. Tucked away in Bothell, Washington it’s not something we expected when we first visited. There is nothing that we’ve found not to like, the staff and the physical layout are nothing but first-class. Given its location, amenities, and rates, you’d have to look long and hard to find anything better; and so far, we haven’t. It’s cool to listen to the bullfrogs at night and an occasional quack of the duck. Our thanks and admiration to the staff for a most pleasant and relaxing experience; they’ve earned the 5 stars.

Stayed a week, already made our reservations for next year! This place is so clean and the people are so friendly. We ran out of propane so I had to use their restrooms for showering and they are absolutely spotless with a lot of nice touches. The laundry room was also very clean although for the size of the park they could use a few more washers and dryers. This was our second time visiting this park, and I wish we had found the trail that circles around it earlier. We only really discovered it the day before we were leaving, but its a wonderful little hike.Watching the wildlife visit the lakes is also one of the best parts.

This review is of the outstanding customer service I received and not about the park, since I was unable to stay. My original call was extremely pleasant greeted with professionalism and courtesy. I asked to have a late check-in and was given all of the details with a follow-up email that confirmed everything. Unfortunately, on my way to the park the main bridge to get there was unexpectedly closed. This caused a major delay in driving to their location. So much so I was forced to find somewhere to park and get some sleep and was unable to make it to their location. I wrote a note to let them know about the circumstances to just ensure they were aware of my no-show. I totally expected to be charged for the night. However, Laura, the manager wrote me back explaining they understood my circumstances and volunteered to not charge me for the night. Wow, that really made my day. They didn’t have to go above and beyond, but did. I hope in return this review helps send you some well deserved business!

We recently stayed here for multiple nights. The park is beautiful and lush. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re able, bring a leaf blower. Because of the lake, there are geese everywhere and so is there poop. We used our blower to keep our spot free of their droppings.

We stayed 5 days in our self-converted Sprinter van. Booked about 6 weeks ahead and 5 days consecutively is all they were able to do. We even offered to move spots if needed but they simply said “can’t be done”. They weren’t rude about it, just very direct.During our stay we saw why! The place is always at full capacity. It’s immaculately maintained and offers a lot for your money.Almost all spots have separation with trees and a lake view, so you get the feeling of privacy during your stay. We kept our back doors open while we worked on the nice early October afternoon and our pup enjoyed watching the ducks and geese play in the lake. The bathrooms and showers are well maintained and cleaned multiples time per day.The staff was always friendly and you could tell they care to make your stay enjoyable. They drove by us at 11:50 am the day of our checkout to make sure we were “ready” to head out soon. But we respect that. THE RULES at this park are clear and enforced, which keeps things nice for all! No loud neighbors, hoarders, unruly people or pets on the grounds. The nature trails are the real gold. We work full time and having this week to rest from hectic vanlife and have everything we needed, including daily hikes was really convenient. Rate was not unreasonable but higher than other rv parks. The park itself is gorgeous and quiet at night. WiFi didn’t work but we had hotspots, so no problem. Laundry for $1 a load was amazing. We had a great stay. Hope to spend a month next year IF we can get that booked on Jan 1. Lol. Definitely plan ahead to stay at this lovely property!

Was a very nice place last year but this year its gotten noisy. We stayed two different times last year and had no complaints. This year the person on our left talking on the phone I swear next to our trailer. Another guy asking my husband to move his truck so he could get out in the morning even though our truck was in our own space. Goose poop all over our site. More kids on the other side of us. We return from lunch and goose poop on an extension cord we had out. I know you cant control nature but if you know kids are going to be next to retirees then move the retired.

We had a great stay at Lake Pleasant RV, the only complaint was their “breed” restriction that wasn’t clearly articulated but since we didn’t have any issue 5/5.. The grounds were immaculate, views superb and the location was perfect for jaunts around the city, taking in the sights and conveniently located next to a market and food (Ivars was amazing). One of the best touches was their bathrooms and showers, very clean! We spoke to someone from the office who stressed it is a high priority for them all the time and it showed. Real shower controls (no push button) and lots of hot water. We will keep this on our list when we return to the area.

Other than being a very full park, (which shows its popular), it is a quiet and well managed park. Clean place with a few rules that are good for all. I like the strictly enforced 8 1/2mph speed limit, it made us chuckle with the 1/2 mph listed. But we get it because people seem to follow it more than other parks weve been in. Not sure if its a psychological trick or what but I think it works 😀! We enjoyed our stay here. Very close to all the things Seattle has to offer like Pikes Marketplace, The Space Needle, and other great things to do. Did I mention its very quiet for the location? Its very pleasant like the name says! Definitely will use this place again if there is room next time we are in the area! Keep up the good work.

The staff is friendly and helped me secure 3 days having to move after the first night to the spot next door due to them being mostly full. Nothing we didn’t mind doing. However, the next day after the neighbors left I get a knock on my door telling me we can now move. Not necessary but ok. I then get another knock on my door telling me that the person moving into the spot we currently were in were here and waiting to move in. I’m not sure why they were there when check in is at 1 pm and my check out time was at noon. I think it was barely 10 am at this point. We then get a third knock telling us they hired a driver to move their rig and they’re paying by the hour so if we could move sooner rather than later. They weren’t mean or rude but I was already annoyed by the second knock and pretty much fed up by the third. THIS WAS NOT OK. Those people hiring a driver and paying by the hour was not my problem and I was not ok with staff rushing me to move. The location was very pretty with lots of trails for you and your dog but we need a little more common sense. People don’t like to be bothered for things that are not their problem. Check out is 12 and check in is 1. I’m having a hard time believing that if I had arrived at 10 am they would be OK telling someone else to move so we could move in. That’s not how these things work and I didn’t appreciate it one bit.

Toni and Laura the managers were extremely helpful from the minute I called to make the reservations and were happy to accommodate me as best as they could. Upon arrival the grounds were clean and the place was well maintained. As I was setting up I noticed the former occupants of my space had broken their sewer connection off in the pipe so I called down to the office to let them know. Within thirty minutes I had a maintenance guy there and he quickly replaced the connection pipe and then even went ahead and connected my line for me. Originally, we had booked another campground, which ended up being essentially a trailer park on the side of a highway. After one sleepless night there, we found Lake Pleasant RV Park for only $4 more/day. What a difference! This place was beautiful, with pretty much all the sites on a small lake. The sites were small, but there is a row of trees between each site, which adds at least a semblance of privacy. It seemed like most of the other guests were older, long-term residents, so the grounds were quiet, and well-maintained. Bathrooms were clean, showers were hot and water pressure was great, and the laundry room was nice, and cheap! Only $1 to wash, another $1 to dry. It was only about a 30-40 min ride into Seattle. There is a Safeway right across the street from the park. We had originally booked for 3 nights, but decided to extend our stay by 2 more nights, and the ladies in the office seamlessly accoomodated us. Overall, one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at on our cross country road trip, we would definitely recommend it!

UPDATE: Weve stayed here several times now. Internet issues seem to be resolved now. Im sure there are some who think I place too much importance on WiFi, but it really comes down to helping others know what theyre walking into. So many people work remotely now, and having that connection is mandatory in choosing a park.Stayed here three nights visiting family in the area. Amazing place. Clean, and quiet. Only complaint would be that the WiFi was awful. Which is somewhat surprising considering we had a pole right behind the spot we stayed in. Really enjoyed our stay at the park. Beautiful surroundings. Good Wi-Fi, we were lucky to be close to one of the many Wi-Fi access points. About a mile away from Bothell park and some fantastic bike trails following the Sammamish river down to Sammamish lake in one direction, and riding along Lake Washington in the other direction. The only negative comment would be regarding the north lake. The lake was very shallow and full of weeds. Threw a fishing lure one evening and had to clean off the weeds after every cast. And the shore is covered in duck and goose droppings. The wildlife is part of the attraction for the park, so I dont know there is much that could be done. Just tough trying to fish and not step in duck poop💩But again we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we head back that way!!
