The women worked in the stores are very unprofessional and dont treat you properly.. Especially the lady with red hair, she didnt even answering my questions.. This is not good for their business 😂

Go for eyebrows. They do a good job. Sometimes wait is 15 mins. Cash is good!

I grew my eye brow for one and half years just to get it done thick and perfect. In a fraction of second she ruined my eye brows. It went so thin like a thread. Never recommend. Ladies dont ruin your beautiful brows by going here. Worst. Never even asked sorry for such a bad work

We went there to buy a suit as to where the owner or the lady who was handling our business seemed like she didnt want to and lacked basic etiquettes of taking the suit out and showing us the design she didnt even bother very bad experience overpriced and not such good quality Will not go there again and do not recommend this place at all

I go here all the time for my eyebrows but a small exception is that one time one of the lady accidentally cut my eyelid but it was a small scratch. Its all gone btw no worries :) Just be a little more gentle next time

First off, I went in and they did not sanitize the area they were going to wax. I told the lady nicely to please sanitize the area before waxing, she pretended like she did not hear me. She waxed my brows and my upper lip. My lip was patchy and all the hair was not completely waxed off. She then began doing my brows, she threaded them unevenly. One eyebrow is now currently a lot thicker than the other one. When it was time for me to pay, she let me know there was also an additional fee if I used my debit card. She didnt notify me of any extra fees before the service. If you want friendly staff, a good environment, and good service, dont go here. It is clear that some of these ladies didnt attend beauty school.

During the Diwali sale the entire store was 20% off . Usually they dont accept returns or exchanges but for this one time the lady accepted it literally the next day. We chose what we wanted for the exchange. Considering the new suit was a couple dollars more , she refused to give us a discount on a different buy after we had asked her she then said she wasnt giving discounts on certain products now wait a minute ?! ..didnt you say that the entire store was 20%off when we walked in ??? In addition that wasnt the only item we were buying and on top of that she gave me a gift it was little gold (fake) ear rings . I appreciated the thought, but she purposely gave me that ear ring because she didnt think I would notice that on one of the ear ring had a missing pearl.. like who will wear that now ?! Not that I wear fake jewelry but its that dont get rid of your trash by giving it to people ..Long story short is we think she made a fool of us because we are not Indian and hardly ever buying Indian costumes... Having a multicultural store like that you need to treat every individual the same doesnt matter your skin color or where your from .

I see a lot of brow reviews here are negative. The staff isnt super friendly and the lines can be very long. But other than that, this is the place I love to get my brows done because they do a really amazing job! Every other brow place I go to doesnt get it perfect like the people here. They give me five star brows, so Im giving them five stars.

Worst experience ever. They charged me 10$ extra for pregnancy. Pretty much all the items in the card mention that they can charge extra at any point of time and I believe they always charge for some or other reason. Not really sanitized as well. I will never go there again.

I swore 5 years ago I would never come back to this place. Due to terrible customer service and terrible workmanship.But today I found myself in a pinch and in desperate need of a lip wax and brow threading. It was the closest salon nearby. I walked in and the woman did not bother to greet me and barely acknowledge my presence when I spoke to her. She was rude and nonchalant. Needless to say I just walked out with a terrible brow threading job. She ruined the shape of my brows after 4 weeks of growing them out. She also left the wax on my lip too long and burned my skin. Whatever you do, do not go here. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. If necessary go to Khoobsurat in Kent but do not go to this salon, it is horrendous. The customer service was SO BAD. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EVEN WORSE. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!

I get my eyebrows and upper lip done here for $10.50 total, which is the second cheapest I have found. They do the job right. Yeah they might not suck up to you like other salons, get over it.

Been going here for a while and have always paid $20 for full face threading but today they were charging me $25 and justifing they had changed their prices. When I had checked their list, the prices had not changed. The fact they change prices as they want with a loyal customer is really bad practice. I refuse to recommend or go to this place again.

If I could, I would give zero stars. Owner is extremely RUDE and downright DISRESPECTFUL, both to the employees and towards the customers. She talks down to the employees in front of the customers and as a customer you better not ask a question on any services or the charges, if you dont want to be insulted. I just visited this place,. Just to get my usual stuff to take care. I walked in thy said you were next, no greetings no small talk. There was only 1 customer besides me thy were too ignoring her. These Two parlor ladies where talking in their own language. Eating nuts... joking about stuff. I m not at all satisfied with their servive. Poor service. Parlor not clean floors are dirty. When i asked where shall i put my coat thy just keep it anywhere no place to hang stuff or keep our belongings.Hello plz improve your service step up or soon you guys will close.

This place is like a shity fast food, you still go to it when everyone else is closed. I regularly go for a full face threading and i come home to finish their job, they miss a lot of hair and they thread only what they can see, the dont go over the same spot twice if the missed something, its like they feel under paid for threading the same spot twice. The place is dark you wont see whats on your face untill you go home. Even waxing is very bad and not hygienic, i developed a very bad skin rash after last waxing. And the waxing is horrible you have to finsh the job at home.Briefly they just pretend doing the job and get the money.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. My daughter accidentally broke a small glass and the owner treated both of us in the worst possible manner. Made us wait for 25 minutes and let us leave without completing the service like a punishment. Please do not go!.

I spent 275$ here to stitch 4 blouses.. The blouses were really bad, I didn’t even wear it once .. Staffs doesn’t know anything and they are not friendly too.. They will argue and say that they are right .. I will never ever go there .. I don’t even want to give them 1 star 0/5 is my rating

I am not very satisfied with the greetings and services i have received in this salon. All ladies are just nice because they were more concerned about the customers sitting outside and provided me all services in rush. Many hair were left unattended in waxing for both arms and legs and when i said the same, that lady gave me a fizzy and uneasy looks. I would suggest Ladies, consider this only in emergency. I booked an appointment prior visit but i had to wait outside for almost 20 minutes. Also, the information provided was half. While doing waxing she could have updated me that only more 5 dollars will give me benefit of full legs waxing but she said i should have referred the pricing printouts to refer which is hardly visible on walls. For me this is salon of emergency now..Ahh Sad for them indeed!

One of the worst Salon worst eyebrow threading ever with Typical Mindset people around. I dont know the logic behind there serious , no greeting faces towards customers. They see Customers as a disturbance towards the so called No Work.Seriously they damaged entire my eyebrow shape. I never ever go there ever in my life again. Im happy to go out without Trimmed eyebrow rather than wrongfully shaped.I Would have given 0.5 if i have option. I pity others who are going in and coming out and check there brows in car Mirrors with Sad faces, what they can do all the time they cant travel to Bellevue for the sake of 5mts work.Arrogant Typical Attitudes of owners. Learn how to greet with smiling faces and give importance to customer preferences!!I seriously I pray that some nice Indian Salon should compete these guys.

Honestly, I only go here because Im a broke college student and the eyebrow threading is $7. The threading is not perfect and the customer service is pretty awful but for now Ill stick with $7 compared to $20 at a salon.

They are very rude on the phone.Also, it is the first time I have come across somebody asking for a deposit for this service. If you dont wanna pay the deposit then they charge you $5 extra. Absolutely the worst experience and service ever.There is one lady who always screws up my eyebrows and the one who I want to get it done from is never available.Today I went at 6:30 pm and even though I am a regular customer they refused service even though their closing time is 7pm.They are very rude always and just do not know the basics of politely interacting with customers.Don’t waste your time and money here.

I didnt even end up getting my hair cut. I walked in and they looked at me and rolled their eyes....I said I was just there for a hair cut and this lady got so annoyed. There were 3 hairdressers, 2 just hanging out and one was threading eyebrows. So I just said, Never mind and took my business elsewhere.Terrible customer service, would never recommend it to anyone.
