Great locally owned hair salon. With 45 years of hair cut experience you are going to get what you want. Her prices are great as well! $30 for a professional guys cut. Even with pandemic going on she was able to get me in a clean space in a great time.

Ive brought my Mom to Bothell Hair Studio twice and will be back again...shes older, doesnt drive...the owner Tammy, is super nice, and Mom is really, really pleased and happy with her hair and enjoys her appointment. Tammy at Bothell Hair Studio made Mom very happy so make yourself an appointment...if I had hair I would also be in the chair, alas, that ship has sailed. As for you...the public...go get your hair done at Bothell Hair Studio.

This is a one-woman operation that has lasted over 15 years. Tammy is an absolute pro, shes the only person I know of who can cut mens hair and make it seem natural off the bat (unlike other places where the cut is very obvious and lazy). Tammy also remembers everyone and what they like, so if you want to feel like you have a personal stylist at a VERY agreeable price, come here and support this absolute boss of a hair stylist.

She always knows exactly what to do without me saying. At other places i have to carefully explain, but here she always does a perfect haircut every time, and is fast! I dont know why a few reviews are negative, because she does the best job of anyone ive been to in the entire state! Have gone here for two years. She is my stylist for life. :)

I honestly don’t understand how they have good reviews. I went in and quickly realized she knows nothing about coloring hair. I have blonde hair and always have and she doesn’t understand how toner works. Furthermore she doesn’t understand that you can color your hair without it falling out. I’ve been getting my hair done for years and know exactly what I want. She turned me away saying my hair will fall out simply because someone was there waiting for a haircut. Yikes.

Was impressed the first time I went. However, the last 2 visits, I was disappointed how much hair was taken off when Tammy knows Ive been growing it out for a certain style! Im also disappointed that I dont get a wash paying $45 plus a tip.

Ill never go to this place again, I brought in photos of what I wanted and she ignored what I showed her and did what she thought should be done. It appears that she doesnt know how to style or cut womens hair. I went home and shampooed my hair over and restyled it. I found that she did not cut the top at all and I trimmed it and will need to trim it again and again. I have found that I need to trim the top every time I wash it and I find that really annoying. I really would like someone who will actually listen to what I say. She did not style my hair at all. It felt like she was trying to go through the motions but did not actually style my hair. All in all it was a great disappointment. Why pay $45.00 plus a tip for someone who could care less about the photos you show her on how you want your hair cut.

Tammy is very nice salon specialist in Bothell. She totally understands what customer needs and does a great hair cut job! In my very first visit she made me happy and we did have a great conversation! I would recommend everyone to her and give a shot..Also she is good at suggestions if we are trying something new. Went on a whim, and out of convenience. My hair was a mess of colors my hair had not been cut in 6 months. Tammy did a fantastic foil, blended my hair color so beautifully! Really impressed. And I really love supporting small business!

I am writing this review for my husband (who keeps forgetting to). He has been going to Tammy for a haircut for years. Even after moving from Kenmore to Issaquah 15 years ago, he still drives to Bothell to have Tammy cut his hair. He has tried so many places in the past and nobody cuts his hair like Tammy. She is trained in the old school ways, shes adept and extremely expert in her craft.

The service was very fast and high quality and she was extremely nice, I will definitely come back again :)

Tammy, the owner, rocks. She is very good at what she does. Too bad the mexican food truck takes up her parking lot, super disrespectful. I always get a great haircut.

I walked in today to get an emergency haircut for a job interview. Patty sat me down right away zero wait, gave me a shampoo, and gave me perfect long layers and face framing bangs in about twenty minutes with very poorly communicated instructions on my part. I couldnt be happier with the service, price, and quality.

Tammy has being taking care of me for almost 15 years now. When I moved to Bothell, I tried 5 other places, before finding the Bothell Hair Studio, and meeting Tammy. She knows how I like things and is there everyday. Ive even changed how Ive done my hair a few times over the years, and she always make me look good. My daughter who is 15 and she did not have my consent to get her hair done ---had her hair cut and bleached here her hair turned orange and looked terrible cuz her roots where very blonde she charged 150 would not fix it said it could not be fixed well I fixed it myself going to Sallys and buying toner and bleach cost me 20 and her hair looks better she is a hairdresser and couldnt figure this out and just took the 150 and wouldnt refund it or make it right very Un professional
