I got my new hearing aids less than 2 years ago. I am deaf in one ear and have serious hearing loss in my good ear. I was fortunate to meet Andrea. She cared..unlike my previous experience. She is always cheerful, helpful and very knowledge. She treats me like I matter. She always adjusts my hearing aid so I can hear better. I would never go anywhere else!! Being treated with respect is a big deal when our hair turns gray:) Im looking forward to the A1 technology....hope it works on a one eared person!!!

I have worked with A-Plus hearing since 2015. They sold me Nuear hearing aids and promised to help keep them cleaned. One got too clogged to hardly hear. Called them for a cleaning and I was happy to be able to just drop in for a cleaning. It only took about 5 minutes and my visit was over with the the hearing aids like new. They not only back their products, but they also back their products. I am so pleased with their service and products that I can’t help but highly recommend them.The nuear hearing really are the best and A-Plus hearing is really the best choice if someone is looking for a great experience!!

Andrea is very knowledgeable/ friendly and courteous. I have been having problems with my present aids. Because of mask wearing and glasses, they were very troublesome. After running several extensive tests, she was able to determine a different type of aid which would be more comfortable and would better fit my needs.

Weve been a customer here for years and have never had a bad experience. Theyre very accommodating and Andrea has always been very helpful! We tried the Everett location and came back to Bothell. Highly recommend A-Plus Hearing Aid Center in Bothell.

A-plus really helped me a lot in getting my hearing aids through L and I. They scheduled my appt for a state hearing dr. They also helped fill out the mountain of paperwork thats required. My dad went to them years ago and had nothing but good to say about them. Still trying to work on adjusting certain noises. Well see after a few weeks of adjustments.

Long overdue review but now I also have more experience what has changed. Has my hearing improved? Absolutely! Do I hear sounds I have long forgotten about?Absolutely! Has quality of my life improved? Absolutely!I am very glad I found this place and working with Christy was fantastic. After first evaluation we knew this is good place and the search was over. It was more than good, it was great. Christy knows her job very well and is great at explaining and assists in getting hearing aids and what that means. She works with you and takes time listen to your concerns and experience going through the introduction phase. I learned a lot during this time.This spring have brought back a sound I have not heard in a long time. Birds! Among other sounds this was the greatest feeling. This is a place I am going back to and also have recommended to others.

A-Plus is a business that makes you feel at home. All the staff there are AMAZING. I was going to Wells Hearing since I was 3 years old, now it is called A Plus and I am 37 years old and profoundly Deaf. When I was in need of new hearing aids, Mark Adams went out of his way and made sure I got the best hearing aids and made sure I was satisfied. Whenever I have hearing aid problems that needs to be send off for repairs, he makes sure I have a loaner to wear while my aids are getting fixed-- Super fast service too!I love coming in and just visiting when Im in the area. I moved 30 miles away from A-Plus but I will always go to this place even if its far.I love all the staff there, they are like my 2nd family. Really.

I have been going to A-Plus Hearing for several years now and I could not be more pleased with my hearing aids. Mark Adams is totally awesome, professional, wonderful, and did I mention awesome? I live in Lacey, WA which is a good 75 miles from A-Plus in Bothell but my sister went there and felt very comfortable with the staff and Mark. So I went with her for her hearing test. Mark could tell I couldnt hear all that well but he gently discussed how good it would be hear again. I wasnt even close to ready but he offered his services when I WAS ready. My sister lives in Woodinville about 3 miles from Bothell so when I would visit I would go with her for her hearing appointments. She was so thrilled with her hearing aids and A-Plus that I finally broke down and had a hearing test. And Mark did it. And I have been happily hearing every since. I very strongly recommend Mark and his staff for your hearing needs. Everyone there is professional, caring and FUN!
