Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Line was long but moved quickly

I have never actually been in the pharmacy, however, Ive been getting my moms prescriptions delivered from there for years. There was some mix up this week, and the medicine was not delivered before she ran out. So I called Leo, (its memorial day weekend) He went above and beyond the call of duty and personally delivered her life sustaining medicine to her house! This is not his job! I hope BMC Shapiro sees this and knows how wonderful he is! He is an asset to your organization! Thank you Leo!

The tellers seem to be professional and courteous while trying to do a thankless job while being subjected to the abuse of indignant customers. My problem is with how disorganized actually picking up medication is and how little the people you speak to seem to know. As an example I called to see if a medication was ready for pickup and was told that it was very busy and to wait an hour but it would be ready.I waited an hour and a half just to be on the safe side and headed down to pick up. When I got there I was told that it was too early and that I had to come back at a different time, when asked why I was told to come in the first place n,the teller had noidea and no answer. So the next day I called and spoke to the same British woman when she told me that I would be able to pick it up tomorrow on a Friday because that is .when my insurance would be ready. This is also what the teller had told me that it would be ready on a Friday. so I asked the British woman on the phone who was the same I had spoken to the previous time if it would definitely be ready Friday because I have to work around my work schedule switch shifts and move hours etc which is a hassle and doesnt please my boss, the woman seemed to give me an attitude and then said actually no you can come pick it up on Saturday now. This seems strange to me as both the teller and she said my insurance would have it ready and paid for on Friday so why did it suddenly change to Saturday?the women said because thats the way it is and before I could reply she hung up the phone on me. I found this extremely unprofessional and rude. it was a very bad experience and quite annoying as now I dont know if I should take the time off work tomorrow to go down or if I have to wait until Saturday just a bad experience all around because of this one woman on the phone.

The most accurate fast and friendly. We love you Sammy! Although Some of the younger woman behind the counter were bitter , I always leave with a smile.This is a Pharmacy where our children come first and that is why they deserve 5 stars.Keep up the great work guys!

My daughters father goes there and he always say nice stuff. Plus he gets his meds for free

Ive been going to BMC for yrs. I find all the Pharmacies affiliated with BMC are fantastic, yea there may be wait times once in a while. But the amount of people they help in the course of a day is incredible, and I can honestly say Ive never seen an employee disrespect a Customer, Patient. Never. Not even raise there voice. They all do a Fantastic Job. I Gave 5 STARS. Thank you all so much

I used to have good service. Things getting bad now. I call for a prescription 4 times I never receive it. Especially is a sensitive medicine. Seems that they dont know what they are doing now. Maybe the have some new people who dont know what they are doing. Seems that they dont care about life.

Spoke with Nicole the pharmacist and coming from a long lineage of pharmacist,she was spot on.Visiting family from Europe with a very sick child,she knows her stuff.Any and all questions asked and answered,as best to her knowledge.thank you bmc pharmacy

Recently, Everytime i call. I never get to talk to a representative. It says someone should be with you in less than a minute..... i was waiting for 11 minutes

Very efficient-Make sure you know what your co-pay are/is.

I cant complain..They are usually fast enought and friendly.. The only thing they could improve is their phone services..Every time I call I wait no lie for 10-15 mins.... I spoke up and was told they only got one person on the phones...Wait BMC has only ONE person answering phone??!!??? That just seems far fetched but it fits bcz the wait is RIDICULOUS!!!!! Usually they have pills in stock and the one time they didnt the pharmacist called the other pharmacy and had them deliver them which was a nice change to the norm of BMC... lol 4 stars for me...

They are extremely busy and do their best with a problematic population. Always best to call ahead and check the status on pending orders.

The Shapiro hospital where they have minor doctors mostly on the 5c floor as my doctor Zoe M. Weinstein who is the best doctor who has earned all the merits is a very special doctor dedicated to her work and pending Asus patient, Asus medication and pending any help that the patient needs, as long as it is by Shapiro hospital rules, Dr. Zoe M. Weinstein gives her help that is why Dr. Zoe.M. Weinstein has filled in to earn all the merits she is a doctor Very special incomparable for me, there is no doctor like Dr. Zoe M. Weinstein, you have to admire the time and dedication that Zoe M Weinstein dedicates to the patient no imports zexo, age, color for Zoe all the patients are the same She is a angel who sent her DTB and I filled you with health and blessings I love you and I love you so much .........
