My son saw Dr. Robinson virtually and she couldnt have been nicer. she was patient with a 6 year old who couldnt sit still and guided my wife through exactly what to do once she was able to get a good look at his skin issue. with 4 weeks his issue was resolved. I would recommend Dr. Robinson to anyone looking for care for their kids.

Terrible experience here again today. I was put in a room and left for over an hour with no communication from anyone about the reason for the delay. All up i was here for three hours for a very necessary procedure that took a mere twenty minutes. “Patient centricity” here is non existent and I am surprised and disappointed that management and practitioners alike in this facility see fit to treat patients with such blatant disrespect. Management needs to wake up and put themselves in the shoes of the patients; if they did that there was no way this rotten culture would be allowed to continue.

Long time patient, nice staff. They are quite busy so sometimes there is a wait in the office and on the phone. Dr. Plotkinova and her residents are great and responsive. Even without an appointment she will call back after hours. It sounds like many of the bad reviews are people without insurance? I cannot speak to that nor other doctors.

I am not typically moved to write reviews. I am aware that medical professionals are in a very difficult situation right now. Even with all this considered, I did feel the need to write this review. Consider your options before becoming a patient here.I had surgery on my leg here. The communication was poor. The doctors and nurses did not give me a recovery timetable. They were unable to answer my questions about how long to expect to be immobile. They did not have any advice about how to deal with being immobile. It has had an extremely negative impact on my life, partially because of how poorly my expectations were managed. The wound care follow-up was confusing. It was supposed to be done online with pictures, but I got conflicting information when I sent the pictures in. This led to more follow-up appointments during which I saw the doctor for 30 seconds. I asked follow-up questions that were not answered other than extremely vague statements about not putting pressure on it when it hurt. As this is my first experience with leg surgery, I cannot speak to the quality of the surgery, but the management of the expectations was poor. Even when I asked very specific questions about what to expect, I received no guidance other than hearing, multiple times, “legs just take forever to heal.” It would have been very helpful to have a timeframe more specific than “forever.”

Ive been going here for 15+ years for annual skin checks. Super thorough checks. I often have some skin damage from the sun they freeze off. No charge. I also had Mohs surgery there a few years ago; went great. The Drs are great. I could really care less about the receptionists.

Run away from this place. After reading the bad reviews here, I still wanted to give it a try. However, the overall experience was not good. They charge you insanely (more than $200 for a 5min zoom call).

Listen, the other reviews are crazy! Bethany in the office and Dr Yang are awesome. Yes, it can be expensive but you want your skin to look nice, right? If you want the best chief of dermatology to work on you, go here!

This office is very unprofessional and unorganized. I made an appointment on Zocdoc originally. The office called me a few days later because they needed the details pertaining to my insurance. I gave them everything and they told me I was all set. About 10 minutes later the same lady called me again and told me that unfortunately my insurance was not accepted and that she had spoke to my insurance company to verify. I asked her to cancel my appointment until I could speak with my insurance company because on my insurances website the doctor I was going to see was in network. I called my insurance company right after and was told the doctor was in fact in network and that there was no record of any calls being placed from Tufts regarding the doctor I was seeing. I immediately called Tufts derm back and was asked to be rescheduled for my original time and day, I was told I was all set and asked to email a picture of my insurance. I did this and received no reply from the office to verify they had received it. I called this morning (the day of my appointment) to confirm and was told that I had no appointment. I was told the soonest they could see me was 10 days from today. After managing a doctors office and working in customer service for 5 years, I felt like this was handled incredibly poorly. The office did nothing to try to placate the situation or to see if they could work me in somewhere quickly. Ive never stepped foot in this office and never will. The front desk makes or breaks a patients experience and this broke mine.

I began receiving care here at least a year ago, and I would have given it a 5 star review then if Id thought to come on here. It looks like all the negative reviews are within the last few months, and there appear to have been staffing changes, so Ill update my review if I have issues going forward. But so far so good.I was really sad that my original dermatologist left, and the people Ive spoken with on the phone (everythings been virtual) are not the receptionists I remember (whom I adored). However, my new dermatologist and her resident have been really helpful and responsive so far, as have the people Ive spoken with on the phone. I also havent received any hidden fees (I have a MassHealth PPO).Again, Ill let you know if anything changes, but this has been my experience.

Dr. P is just fine. However, there are two Asian men who seem to think that everything is a wart, even eczema.
