It is known that this is a big hospital of Boston. However, appointment time may not be accurate. My son has a follow-up schedule at 2pm. Registered at 1:30 PM. Waiting for 2h20 PM is called. In the health balance, sit in a chair waiting in the room for about 30 minutes to see a doctor. I think it is not professional compared to many other hospitals! (Very satisfied with the attitude of the doctor, dissatisfied with the waiting time)
