Although the service I received from providers and staff was great, something is off with billing. I went to my physical appointment and had labs drawn. The physical visit was sent to my insurance and processed correctly but the labs were never sent to insurance for some reason. I found this out because I got a bill 3 months later for the labs; I call the company that processes their billing and give them my insurance information and they say they will send the claim. Another few months and I get the bill again; I call again, they say they never sent the claim because it was past the filing deadline, not my fault!! So I call my insurance and sit on the phone on hold with them while they call the billing company to tell them to file the claim. Another few months later, I get the bill again! I call my insurance and they again never filed the claim!! This is going to cause me issues with my credit over their mistake!! Unfortunately I have to switch my clinic because this billing error is unacceptable.
