This office is fantastic, I cannot recommend them enough. Not only is the place very zen and crisp (which we love to see in any health-focused space) but the people are awesome. Dr Kasia runs a pleasant friendly 100% competent and professional practice. Highly wonderful. If only I did not need so much help with my teeth. The staff are all super friendly and helpful.The place is nicely decorated, you feel like stepping into a timewarp, to the future.

I had a bad time at this place but I let it go as just a dentist that is not for me. The place smells like they wear some kind of musky essential oil like patchouli. Twice there was a dog barking in the office which was weird and seems unsanitary. My first bad experience was a suggestion that I replace all of my silver fillings with acrylic. The dentist suggested that silver fillings can cause fibromyalgia and chronic disease. I declined. The second bad experience was an unsolicited suggestion that I get gum receding surgery and invisalign because I have a gummy smile. Thats when I decided to stop going to Mint. However I had a crown scheduled so I decided to finish that up before I found a new dentist. The crown isnt even 3 years old and it cracked today. So here is the bad review Ive been sitting on for a few years. It seems like lots of people like this place but if you like good, healthy, logical dental care maybe look elsewhere.

Great team of professionals. Ive been coming there for the last 4 years for different services: cleaning, cavities, Invisilign - always a good experience. They are very flexible and accommodating with scheduling.

My teeth and I have been in Kasia and her teams care for close to a decade. I say ‘my teeth and I’ because they care about you as a person as much as about your teeth and deliver absolutely top quality. Best dental office I have ever been too. Thanks for everything.

I cant recommend Kasia and her staff highly enough. Just yesterday I had to have crown put in, and I was dreading the visit because its a molar farthest back in my mouth. But Kasia did the drilling and installing of a temporary crown so quickly and painlessly that it made me wonder why I was dreading the visit in the first place.

All of the staff is enjoyable to speak with, and highly organized and efficient.The space is beautiful, minimalistic, and very zen.I was scared to go to a dentist due to some experiences I had before, but any fears I had about going to a dentist is now gone after this. Dr. Kasia and her team are amazing.Dr. Kasia took her time explaining to me the various situations with my teeth, and I was so comfortable with her I stayed to get some work done in the same day. It was painless and Dr. Kasia and her assistant calmed me down in regards to the needle/novacane and the pressure from the procedure. This was the easiest and best dental experience Ive ever had.

The team at Mint are warm, efficient, all-around fantastic people. Ive undergone a lot of dental work in my life and I just wish I had found them years ago! Excellence is an understatement....a dental practice with spunk! When I step off the elevator, its like I am entering a make-believe world where everything is perfect, in so many ways. Kasia, Christine (my beloved sister) and staff are top notch in so many ways! They have converted me into an absolute fan of going to the dentist!

Mint started really strong. I was excited to find a great dentist in the downtown area, however after going for years I found the cleanings to get worse and worse. The last appointment I had was one of the most painful experiences, and I floss on the daily. I told the hygenist multiple times that she was missing my tooth and poking my gums but told me it was my fault for not cleaning well enough.... (I have never had a cavity and my new dentist has no issues with my cleaning). I do not recommend.

I have thankfully been a MINT client for awhile both at their new and previous location. Since Day 1, I have received warm, friendly, caring worldclass innovative dental care. A mix of flexible proactive appointment setting and one-on-one easy to understand explained as you go billing before they do anything. From eliminating cavities, surgery, to getting a new bridge...I love their results. I even did high tech Invisalign process. Having had braces when I was a kid...what a huge, less invasive, less painful, much more comfortable experience. I highly recommend you drop in to learn for yourself why you should become their client.

Ive had many, many visits to Mint in the past 2 years. I highly recommend this team of professionals.The reception is welcoming, both are super knowledgeable about the offerings and insurance related questions. My hygienist Monica is the best Ive had. The owner and lead dentist is hands on and always pops into the room to review my progress.Mint is ethical - I never feels Mint is manipulative or takes me for a ride like some other Boston-area dentists. Most importantly their work is effective, the restorative work completed has saved several teeth.

Great place, good people. Very different vibe then a lot of dental offices. I actually like the attempt. They do a great job and are very attentive. Even though my job has moved me from Downtown Boston to the South Shore, I still go here because theyre great at their work. Definitely recommended, however, theyre not completely full service with surgeries, etc.

I did not have a good experience as before even seeing to my 3 years old they said they do not treat such small kids which they did not inform me while making appointment. It took me 2 hours to reach there and they told me he is very small to be treated here. I would have appreciated if they told me while making appointment. Everything was running so late. In order to post I have to give one star else I would not give any star.

I do not recommend getting your teeth cleaned here. The hygienists are not professional, thorough, or caring. They are not seasoned and just want to rush you out -with your teeth left dirty. Stay away.

Dr. Szary was fantastic - this is my first visit but I already had a high level of trust in her. She was very professional and focused on doing an outstanding job for me, and I could tell her recommendations were with my best interests in mind. Her office was great too, they worked really hard to make sure they can work out the best payment plan for me - felt very personal and cared for. I will be coming back to them again, theyve won a loyal client.

I have been a patient of Kasia for almost 10 years. My children grew up seeing her as well. My husband is funny, he said that he always looks forward to going to her office so he can relax :-). All that to say we love her and her team. We love them because they care.

Ive been seeing Dr. Szary for a few years now and have followed her to the new and improved location right off the highway in Chinatown. In addition to the convenience of the location, the entire staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I also really appreciate their holistic approach to dentistry and their ozone treatment is a LIFESAVER to speed up the process for stubborn canker sores!

People think Im crazy for traveling an hour and fighting city traffic just to go to the dentist. Ive been going to Mint DDS since 2013. Ive followed them through office and name changes and will continue to do so as long as I live in the greater Boston area. Kasia and team are wonderful and very caring. Highly recommend!

I never knew going to a dentist could be like this. A truly great experience from start to finish. It starts when you walk in to a beautifully designed, modern and welcoming space, which feels more like entering a spa then going to a dentists office. What stands out even more is the experience of being worked on by the dentist and hygienists. Everyone on staff is kind, caring, gentle, positive and helpful. They understand that coming to the dentist can be stressful and scary, and they do everything they can to mitigate that. Theres no unpleasantness, no guilt, and they are so gentle and careful that I cant imagine trusting my dental care to anyone else. Highly recommend.

In short, my experience with them indicates incompetence, outright fraud, or both, which nearly cost me thousands of dollars in unnecessary fillings on literally 15 of my teeth. I do not exaggerate. I cannot stress this enough. Stay away, or you might spend lots of money on fillings that you dont need at all. I write this to hopefully spare others from what almost happened to me.I came in as a new patient, having not been to a dentist in several years. After the checkup was over, I was told I had cavities on 28 surfaces across 15 teeth, and was showed the “cavities” on the X-Rays. I was told fillings for all of these would be $3442. They were very cordial, both during the visit and over the phone later when I double-checked this diagnosis with the hygienist.Naturally, I was stunned, and wanted a second opinion. I shortly thereafter went to a trusted family-friend dentist who did a checkup and was clear that I had at most one cavity brewing in one wisdom tooth, but that was it. Several months later, I found a different, local dentist (now my current dentist) who examined my mouth and found no cavities. I should add that both this dentist and my family friend looked at the very same X-Rays that were taken by Downtown Dental Studio, and they both said there were no cavities apparent from the X-Rays. The X-Ray cavities that were shown to me at Downtown Dental apparently were just artifacts of the photo - not actually cavities.If the second and third opinions weren’t enough, it has now been over 3 years, and I have developed only two cavities since then: one of which was the wisdom-tooth that was brewing. I hadnt gotten a cleaning/checkup in at least 1.5 years, so that probably didnt help. None of the other cavities found by Downtown Dental have caused me any pain or trouble of any kind, so I think it is safe to say they didnt exist.In summary, if I had trusted Downtown Dental Studio, I would currently have fillings in 15 of my teeth (or, at the very least, 13 teeth) that I dont need, and would have spent thousands of dollars to do so. I do not wish to slander anyone, so I am not making anything up or exaggerating. I still have my records from the incident which I just checked, so I am not going off of faulty memory regarding the numbers.

Who says they love their dentist? This girl! I switched over to DDS24 when I moved into the city. I picked them because of the proximity to my work, they accepted my insurance & their willingness to see me on such short notice (I was having a toothache the day before Christmas eve). I had no idea how much I was going to like this place. It is really nice inside, very modern. I have made them my primary dentist and am now doing invisalign with them, so I am here pretty often. I come into the office for my treatments, everyone knows my name, the staff is young and funny, and the play good music, not the elevator music you hear in other offices. I actually dont mind going to the dentist when I used to dread it. They are pretty awesome about working with my schedule & my appointments are on time which is great since I am usually on my lunch break. I recommend this place to everyone.

Have been going to Downtown Dental Studio (now MINT) for years and am such a huge fan. Super friendly staff, state-of-the-art equipment, uber-smart doctors, and SUCH a nice space. Its unlike any dentist youve ever gone to. Highly recommend checking it out if youre not a regular dentist-goer, if you visit regularly but hate it, or if youre just looking for a new, more inviting, more comfortable place!

Kasia is the best dentist I have ever had! Honestly, I have always had significant anxiety about dental work and I fully trust Kasia and her team with my care. I am a frequent visitor due to a couple of different dental issues and always feel warmly welcomed by the staff. They get to know you and seem genuinely interested in how youre doing. Kasia went out of her way to help me with my TMJ-related pain when it was at its worst (chronic pain is no joke!) and I am beyond grateful for her support. There are many dentists closer to my home and place of work, but I choose to travel here because of the confidence I have in the Mint team. Also, their office is stunning!

Went to Downtown Dental for my first appointment for a crown. The dentist was quick and painless. I was a little nervous in the beginning but she adjusted the mouth covering and was patient with me when I asked for breaks. Excellent experience.

I recently had to have gum surgery and I was terrified. It ended up being so much easier than I anticipated. Dr.Xu did a great job I had no swelling. I did actually what they told me for after care. I had no pain. Dr.Xu and his assistant Diana make a amazing team! Diana was incredibly calming she was so patient with me. I highly recommended Mint! Everyone in the office is very nice! I also have to say I love my hygienist! I can’t say enough about everyone in the office!

Not only do they excel at routine procedures, they were able to temporarily replace my old, broken Marilyn bridges at a moments notice before installing the best new set I could ask for. I arrived early for an appointment for a crown. They were able to see me right away and get me anesthetized. I asked for extra Novocaine and she offered to put it on both sides of the tooth. When Dr. Szary came in, she got right to work and I didnt feel a thing! Although it felt like the appointment took a long time, I was happy that I didnt feel any pain during the appointment. This is my 4th crown placement with Dr. Szary and Ill continue coming back. She makes sure the crown matches the color of your real teeth so that its not obvious. Love it here!

Can in for a cleaning and they did much more. Drilled into my teeth as a preventive for a cavity and did not tell me about the process. They took advantage of me and my money because I am not a Doctor and assumed that they would have my best interest - but they didnt. Will not be back.

Ive been seeing Kasia for a lot of dental work from crown replacements to invisalign for over 5 years. She makes every difficult procedure as comfortable and quick as possible. She herself is warm and confident, which always puts me at ease. Her staff are professional and compassionate, especially Jackie. Jackie makes a cleaning almost feel like a spa treatment, she is so gentle and easy to talk to. Christine is also a pro with the administrative end of things--straightforward and discreet. DDS is by far and away the best dental experience I have ever had--Kasia has set the bar very high for her industry.
