There is absolutely no communication with them. Ive written an email requesting an appointment as well as called them. Not only are they hard to reach, but they charged me a no-show fee when there was no communication or details on how to even attend the Telehealth appointment. I am baffled that a firm that is supposed to provide therapy is so difficult to work with.
