I came to West Broadway Family Dental due to an emergency. Dr. Vo was able to see me that day. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I also appreciate how Dr. Vo and staff explain what they are doing while treating you, and want to work with you on how they take care of your teeth.

During the pandemic I needed a tooth pulled and my regular dentist told me they only had appointments for a month from then, so I ended up calling west Broadway family dental and they gave me an appointment for the next day. Had a great experience and they became my new go to dental office. Best place in South Boston.

West Broadway Family Dental is fantastic! I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist, but I had such a comfortable experience with Dr. Nanda and her assistant, who both made me feel at ease throughout the whole experience. I got a cleaning and X-rays done as well as a cavity filling, all within the same visit! Dr. Nanda also provided me with a referral to an oral surgeon. Everyone was so kind and I was very impressed with how helpful they were and how they handled my visit! Thank you WBFD!

Quick and easy. I have three children and I always schedule our appointments together when it’s just cleaning. In and out in less than 90 minutes. My children trust the staff and they are 5,6 and 9 years old. Imagine that!!! When I need work done I go in by myself and again quick, efficient and great quality work. I will not be going anywhere else.

Started going to West Broadway about 6 months ago and both times I’ve gone the staff is absolutely incredible. Extremely friendly, perfectly professional, and know what they’re doing. Each time I was in and out within 45 minutes including X-rays, cleaning and consultation, cannot recommend them enough!

Everyone was extremely welcoming, courteous, and efficient. Probably the smoothest cleaning Ive ever had. Thanks for my teeth-brushing kit!

Ive been coming here since I relocated to Boston from New Orleans back in 2015. I originally picked them because they took Masshealth and were right down the block from me.The staff here is the real selling point - everyone is just so kind. Ive moved around Boston since 2015 and now Im out on the Southshore, but I still come here because my 4 year old daughter has such a good time getting her teeth cleaned. We just make a little day of the trip, which is easy to do in Southie!It also means a lot to us that our dental care is done by so many people of color - I want my daughter to have strong examples of what POC, especially women can do in life. The staff really hold that balance in being professional and fun, which I deeply appreciate.

Everyone here is super friendly. They seem to really care about you as a person, not just a turn and burn patient factory. They remember me too, I am.not just a name on.the chart. Been going here since they opened, and even though I have moved from S. Boston I still make the journey in. Definitely recomend this to anyone not so sure about dental care....one visit and you will be glad to go back. I used to dred the dentist and avoided at all cost... no longer. By far the best Dental office I have ever had the experience being a patient of. As most people are I have always been terrified to have to go but now I actually look forward to have appointments, the whole staff make you feel comfortable, they joke around with you to make you feel at ease at the same time taking their job very seriously and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone who are looking for a great dentistry, from young children, teenagers, young adults, middle aged or the young elderly. I have looked my whole life to find the perfect place to be a patient of and believe me I have been to more than I could count but I just want say thank you to the whole staff top to bottom and just know you have a client for life, thank you all again and will see you soon.

My five year old gets a little nervous and shy at the dentist, but, The dentist was so sweet it was so adorable.. she was singing abcs and using a kind and gentle voice, and telling her what a good girl she was and how great she was doing💕She was so sweet and we loved her! Also, my son was seen, and his dentist was very friendly and patient with my son, even though he can be a handful! They also LOVE that they always get to pick prizes at the end! Been going here for years and wouldn’t change!!

I have concerns about the cleanliness/hygiene of this dental practice. I only ordered a new night guard (so I only had impression plates used on me), but I did see a set of dental tools that were opened out of the package. They didnt necessary look clean, and some of them were rusty (in the fact that the metal coating was coming off the tools). I think this practice needs to invest in some new cleaning tools. If I was a regular patient at this practice, I wouldnt let those tools come anywhere near me. Even if my night guard doesnt fit, Ill just eat the money. I dont feel comfortable coming back here to get any adjustments made.

Dr Rama had made me regain trust and confidence on Dentist after some bad experience with Boston University dental student who performed a bad root canal on my front tooth causing me to loose my front 3 teeth’s. I was reluctant to ever again performed any root canal. But Dr Rama convince me to performed s root canal on my upper left tooth which she did an excellent job

Worst experience ever. I was scheduled for a tooth extraction, which I ask upfront while making the appointment if I’ll be put to sleep and was told by the receptionist that I would. I’ve only gotten my teeth cleaned before. So this would be my first extraction. Got to my appointment only to realize they were only numbing my gum and proceed to yanking at my wisdom tooth. Every time the tool slipped off the wisdom tooth it would hit my surround teeth. Dr. Rhona give up after 10 mins because she said I was not opening my mouth wide enough. Even though I was pretty numb. Left in more pain than I came with, traumatized and wisdom tooth still in. Smh very disappointed.

Receptionist remembers my name and always greets me , the dental assistants are friendly and helpful, but most importantly the dentist is amazing at what she does. I hadnt been to the dentist in years and Almost every tooth I had needed work. Some still do, but I am able to see her twice a week and she has quickly been fixing things. She is super informative and tells you all possible outcomes every step of the way. I feel as though she is just as invested in this process as I am, and I have built a lot of trust in her. I highly recommend them if you want a professional , passionate dental office that produces fantastic results!!

Thanks to my last dentist, I was extremely fearful of going to the dentist. However, Dr. Rana changed that on just my first visit. She is very professional, kind, and really makes you feel at ease. She does not treat you as just another patient and takes the time to explain any procedure that she will be doing. The office atmosphere is very relaxing and she has the best staff and everyone I see is extremely kind and professional. They really make my day and I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! I am highly recommending anyone especially those like me who are deathly afraid of the dentist to come here. Im 34 and had to get all of my teeth pulled and get dentures. They made me feel so comfortable and honestly the only thing that really hurt was when they gave me the novicaine!!!!

I’ve had two root canals and many cavities . Thanks to Dr Rama and Nabica my teeth is now in perfect shape and I’ve been in the habit of flossing and brushing twice a day. You won’t regret coming to them I’ve been coming here since I was 15 great work !

I was unsatisfied with my other dentist so a friend told me about her dentist so I went. From the 1st meeting a plan was set in place which I was trying to do for 2 years at my old dentist. At my 2nd meeting treatment start and continued to my 3rd mtg. At this meeting I was very nervous and broke down in tears and Dr. RANA was so compassionate and made me feel confident in my decisions. I honestly am so happy I changed and I cant wait to see the end result and finally have a healthy mouth!!!

Positive experience all around. This was my first visit to see Dr. Soi. Everyone was extremely nice. Sandra, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful and Dr Soi did a great job with a filling I needed to have. as someone who doesnt typically like the dentist I would highly recommend this office.

This is the worst dentist you can go to! I grew up in Southie and this woman ripped me off! I paid $1800 plus she ruined my tooth with an improper root canal that is costing me even more to fix. They have refused treatment and refused to refund my money. I have 3 Dentists, an Oral Surgeon and an Endodontist that said she needs to refund my money, she should not be in business with this kind of work and she continues to ignore me. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist!
