Hi All!I was a new patient to this office and to Dr. Song. I had experienced good and bad experiences dental works done prior but never was satisfied like I have it here at this dental clinic.I had very pleasant greetings and awesome treats from everyone from the first time setting up the appointment to be seen till the last appointment. My new dentist is Dr. Song who was super nice and sweet. She took her time with things that I was concerned about my teeth and provided the most care that I have ever had. My jobs are in patient and customer care so I did feel she is so great in care to her patients (and me).I did read the clinic reviews, decided to call and really had awesome experiences here, so now my review is an additional to the review tap and hope that new people will find it helpful and see how I feel about the clinic and Dr. Song. It is nice , clean and recommended clinic by me (a patient). I really appreciate it. Thank you very much to Dr. Song and everyone!

Ive been a patient here for a few months and after my latest visit I thought it was about time I let them know how I really feel; theyre absolutely fantastic! They do amazing work and gave me my smile back; I hadnt smiled with my teeth for years before being in their care. Dr. Song is a true artist, and was very gentle during my lastest visit. During a relatively lengthy procedure she made me feel incredibly comfortable the entire time. She explained everything she was doing and avoided asking open ended questions as equipment was dangling out of my mouth. The finished product looks fantastic. The front desk staff are also incredibly professional and pleasant to work with, and always help walk me through all my insurance questions and concerns. Finding a dentist can be a pain (literally and figuratively), but Im incredibly happy to have found them!

Dr. Dafjola is truly amazing. She was the most gentle and thoughtful and considerate while also being highly professional. The best experience I’ve had at the dentist in years. And her assistant, Anny, complemented the whole experience with her wonderful professional help and emotional intelligence.Going to the dentist could sometimes be a tough experience (at least for me personally), but I walked out of every appointment smiling and satisfied.Will definitely come back.

I hate the dentist, but the experience was amazing. Dr. Danny Sarkis and his assistant Basu took their time and handled my case with so much care. Everyone was understanding and patient with me. Danielle and Lovey in the front explain everything in detail about insurance and answered all my questions. I highly recommend you stop here if you need dental work.

I do not trust this dentist office. It took me months to get a quote for dental work and when I called my insurance about it, the work was said to be done by a dentist I didnt see and extra work was added to the claim.

I have been a patient at CITIDental for a few years now. The dentist and staff at CITIDental on High Street in Boston are very accommodating and caring. I have been treated very good by all in their office each and every time I have an appointment, or if I am on the phone with them. Pam the office manager takes great pride and care with helping and solving any issues that arise.The dentist themselves are very good at their profession, and I had numerous procedures over the years to back up what I am saying. Love this place ! The staff is really helpful :) I went in for a cleaning, first time after COVID being mostly over, and I felt welcome and safe. My dentists were great, patient and answering all my questions. Danielle also was extremely helpful, and setting up my next appts and showing me Invisalign options :) so happy with this place !! Will not be changing dentists anytime soon !!

This dental office is incredible. Danielle at the front desk is very welcoming and knowledgeable about insurance. I’ve seen Dr. Le and Dr. Dafjola who are both amazing dentists. Literally the best dentist I’ve ever been to! The whole team is so friendly and personal, they make the whole experience very comfortable. Ive been a patient at CITIDental High Street since 2014, at which time it was under prior ownership. Throughout the years, the office has provided outstanding service and treatment. Drs. Le and Stolch have been exceptional in their work fixing my smile, Dr. Le in particular taking care of me through a challenging repair of my bite. Always a personal touch and coolness on top of great care. Highly recommend.

I recently received a crown and couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr. Le was very quick but not at the expense of quality. She clearly thinks a lot about how to improve patient experience and comfort level; I’ve never felt so attended to at the dentist! Her cheery attitude set a relaxed atmosphere, which helped calm my nerves surrounding the procedure.My permanent crown was put on in the same day, and I was allowed to watch it being formed! So cool. My hygienist was also wonderful, as was the rest of the team.I cannot recommend going here highly enough.

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone is extremely friendly and they take the time to explain every procedure before they do it to make sure you are comfortable at all times. Dr. Dafjola was great. My teeth werent in terrible shape, so I was unsure about invisalign, but I went for it since I wasnt going to be seeing people during covid anyway! She and I worked on my teeth until they were just the way I wanted them. They also just got this fancy new scanner that really makes a difference in the process. You definitely want to get invisalign at a place with that scanner. Thanks Dr. D!

I had a very bad experience with my previous dentist and I was really upset so I called my insurance company and explained the situation and was referred to Citi dental high St. I met Melissa and Dr. Dafyola and they made me feel so comfortable and ensured me that they would fix my tooth and make me smile again and they did. I am so appreciative I will never go anywhere else.

High Street Dental is by far the best dentists office Ive been to. They are kind, aware of your financial constraints and very talented at their work. I have never had a bad experience here.

I recently had a cleaning and filling done on back to back days and cannot say enough great things about Dr. Stolch. She did a great job, and walks you through the whole process every step of the way. I felt like I was in there for 15 minutes it was so quick. I have been getting my teeth cleaned by Meaza for a couple of years now and she does a great job, very thorough with the photos and explanations. Great place!

The folks at CITIDental are BY FAR the nicest, kindest people I have met at a dentists office! The interior of the office is really pleasant and well designed, making the experience of visiting the dentist a pleasant one from the start. The office offered to provide me with X-Rays for free, just as a courtesy for my first visit. I also have to get a crown fitted on a tooth that I had a root canal done on, and conveniently the office has a custom crown fitting machine in-house, that drastically shortens the time needed for the procedure.Dr. Le is SO NICE. She has the best bedside presence of any doctor I have ever visited, ever. Shes always ready with a smile and is very willing to answer all of your questions. Finally, I just have to give a shout out to the lovely folks who staff the reception area. The staff here went above and beyond to help me out; they actually helped activate my health savings account spending card for me unprompted, and were very patient with all of my insurance related questions. Im so excited to come back here!

When they say they will take excellent care of you they mean it! I was more than impressed by their care for their patients. Overall a very good dental experience. The dental team worked quickly and talked me through their proposed treatment plan. The team was also very cognizant of the pandemic situation and ensured proper social distancing practices.

I am a patient of Dr. Aryaan. He does a fantastic job and is truly passionate about his work. One thing I like most is that he takes pictures throughout filing cavities and will show and explain to you the work he has done to remove any tooth decay. He really takes the time to gain your trust. 100% would recommend.

Was in search for a new place after a horrible experience at the place i usually went to get my cleanings. Went in Monday to get a deep cleaning and filling by Dr. Le and her assistant Oneida and i couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr. Le has the most gentle hands so i did not feel any pain whatsoever and Oneida offered me headphones to listen to music and a bottle of water before the treatment, as well as talked me thru everything that was going to happen that day and future treatments. The whole staff was very nice and friendly. Great experience nonetheless. I will recommend my family and friends to head here in the future!

Had a great experience getting fillings here. I had 6 filled over the course of two appointments. I never had to go back to have them adjusted, they were done so well the first time. Compared to the last place I went when I had to go back 3 times to have them adjusted. Dr. Le was thorough and friendly and did a great job on my cleaning as well! I look forward to staying with this practice for future dental needs.

Im new to the Boston area and was recommended by a co-worker to High Street Dental Group. The service was absolutely wonderful. As a new patient, they covered all the bases including x-rays. They sat down and answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. My hygienist was extremely nice and took her time with my cleaning and x-rays. Never knew dentist visit could be this pleasant. I really appreciate how they carefully explain cost and insurance before starting doing anything, and tell you what they are doing while performing the procedures and attend to your comfort. The procedures were fast and painless, and the result was perfect.

Great Dentist!!! Had alot of work to do from not going to dentist in some time. They made me feel totally comfortable. Warm and welcoming staff always great you with a smile. I stopped in unannounced when a temporary crown popped off from chewing gum and they made me another on the spot. I was in and out in 15 min. Love it here!

It had been a while since my last visit to the dentist when I made an appointment at High Street Dental Group, but there was no judgement from the team. In addition, there were time slots for appointments that made it easy for me to visit before work, without needing to take a day off. This is the first time I have enjoyed going to the dentist. It was a very calming, informative and overall wonderful experience. High Street’s Boston location is convenient for anyone working downtown or using public transportation.Dr. Acosta’s friendly personality combined with her dental expertise make for an enjoyable visit each time. Tina is also very friendly and the precision in which she supplies Dr. Acosta with the proper tools and suction is something that is rare to find in modern dentistry. Terrific customer service! On amazingly short notice they were able to set up an appointment and take care of an issue I had been having right away. Friendly and helpful staff who are courteous and prompt.

I have been looking for a dentist for quiet sometimes that takes my dental insurance and I have finally found a practice!!! I am so excited that I found this practice. The practice reminds me of a hidden gem because they do not advertise their office but its extremely easy to find!! The staff there are so friendly, extremely helpful and detailed oriented with everything they do. They even show me photos of my teeth of before and after my cleanings which is AMAZING!!! Dr Ferro is extremely nice and does not pressure me into doing unnecessary work like the other dental offices that I have been to. Caitlyn the office manager is extremely helpful with the finances and tells me when my insurance will max out of benefits and If it does there are payment plan options ect.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!! THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND A SMALL GROUP WHICH MAKES IT VERY COZY!!!

The people are really friendly and considerable. They explained me in details about some professional medical words, which I dont understand at all before I came.

I was really impressed with Dr Acosta and her whole team! I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, and the High St Dental team was so understanding and kind. It turned out I need a deep cleaning and had to get a cavity filled, neither of which I had done before. Im a big needle-phob and the procedures required novicain shots. I was panicked but both the hygienist and the dentist explained the procedures, gave me some numbing gel before the shots, let me put in headphones and close my eyes. Never met a team with better bedside manner, or so much patience with a young woman who maybe should be more calm about needles and procedures but just isnt yet. I have to go back next week to finish up the cleaning; its not going to be fun but I am a lot less nervous!

Dr. Acosta is a fantastic dentist and I highly recommend her practice. I have had several visits for cleanings, periodontitis, and cavities; my teeth and gums were in bad shape. With Dr. Acosta I am feeling confident my dental health is better than it has been in years.She and her staff are friendly and attentive. The hygienists Ive met have all been friendly and professional. With my periodontitis it is important to have frequent cleanings to maintain clean gum pockets and they are quick to schedule me and send me reminders when I have an upcoming appointment. Resceduling is not a hassle either. I had to postpone a Monday appointment the Friday before and it was no problem to delay a week. They also helped me plan the dentistry I needed to maximize my insurance coverage. I am comforted knowing they have my best interest in mind and work around my schedule.Dr. Acosta is proactive about her dentistry, which I really appreciate. Ive had dentists in the past who have just let things slide and then a bigger problem develops down the road. For me this was apparent with my cavities. I had no idea so many had developed before finding Dr. Acosta, 8 in total. During my first appointment Dr. Acosta took x-rays and pictures of my teeth and I had a plan of action before I left that day. That is probably standard, but Ive never had a better understanding of my needs after speaking with her. Dr. Acosta took the time to go over all the images and data and let me ask questions until I felt I had a good understanding of the situation. Had Dr. Acosta not intervened I could have ended up needing several root canals. Yikes!Dr. Acosta made filling my cavities a relatively painless experience. She works efficiently and methodically. She talks you through what she is doing in a calming manner. The procedure took less than an hour each time, so I never became restless. The fillings I got were made of resin and when I feel them with my tongue they seem almost natural. I am very happy with my results.I am pleased and grateful to have Dr. Acosta as my dentist.

I came into High street Dental group for a cleaning and exam a few weeks ago. They have the latest technology. Stephanie the hygienist used a cleaning device on me that squirted a lot of water out. She kept checking on me to make sure I wasnt drowning [haha] My teeth have never felt so clean! They took pictures of my teeth that horrified me, but Im OK and all jokes aside Im actually relieved to know exactly what is going on in my mouth. Dr. Acosta explained everything in detail using xrays and those scary pics. Heui the patient coordinator explained all the finances in a way that was easy for me to understand. Im confident that I found my new dental home! I will def be referring friends and family here!

I recently moved back to Boston after being in California for over 2 years, I have been here for almost a year now and its been overwhelming getting used to heavy coats and chilly winds, and getting used to a new job...it can be alot lol I finally decided to go back to my dentist, and to my surprise there had been some good changes, I walked into a much more pleasant setting, Dr.Acosta was very thorough, they took xrays of my teeth, and with a beautiful smile she comforted me and explain the things I needed. Overall it was a very good experience and I will be referring all of my friends from cali here lol

I had my teeth cleaned and cavities filled recently. Dr. Le, Gia and Mayra are very friendly!!

Fantastic place

Originally reviewed this dentistry about 3 years ago when I first came here to see Dr. Le. Had a great experience then and highly recommended this location. However, as time has been going on this location seems to be getting worse and worse. Specifically, the dental assistants. Ive had no issues with the dentists themselves, they have all been extremely nice, knowledgeable and thorough. The assistants used to make me feel comfortable - not so much anymore as it doesnt seem they know exactly what they are doing. Ive noticed a decline over the years.
