I went there in my twenties and I just went back and my late 40s it was great then and its still great now even better for that matter.

I have been a couple times now, getting the stress reduction and relaxation massage and have had an incredible experience both times. I always left feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. The studio itself is clean and the staff take every precaution to keep things tidy and sanitary. Absolutely love this place

Nicole was perfect. She worked expertly on all of my problem areas. The spa was beautiful and very clean. Masks were worn by all parties including the guest service reps. Pricing was very reasonable I just wish I could have booked a 2hr massage 💆‍♀️

I decided to have a “day of me”. Started with an 80 minute massage with John. Very professional and courteous, checked in multiple times to make sure the temperature in the room and the pressure he was using was appropriate. Fabulous massage, feel great! Then I had a 50 minute Hydra Facial with Alexandra. Alexandra was also great, checking in with temperatures and pressure. Amazing facial and scalp massage! Finished with a 50 minute pedicure with Tina. Such a relaxing experience, great recommendation to upgrade to a different polish since I wore sneakers. Feel amazing, will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I had a tension relief massage with John today and it was absolutely amazing. John was so sweet and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable and made sure to regularly check in with me on pressure and how I was feeling. I cannot recommend John as a massage therapist enough! Lastly, he was an absolute pleasure to chat with. I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks!

Didn’t even get to have our massage. Booked 2 massages for our vacation for later the same day, and the person booking accidentally booked one with someone who wasn’t in that day. We weren’t informed until we arrived at the salon and they couldn’t find the second appointment. There was no call, no email, nothing. They offered us a spot for one person 2 hours later than our original time or to do a facial appointment, which we weren’t interested in. Very frustrating. Would have liked some communication from the spa before we walked across town on our vacation to not get anything done. At least they didn’t charge us for canceling the one massage appointment we had I guess.

I love this spa! This was my first time and I booked a Medical Grade facial with Krisztina and I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with the results. I loved that she guided me in understanding what to she was using and why, and that she helped to address some skin concerns I had in choosing what products I should use at home. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing and the staff is professional and kind. Outstanding! Strongly recommended!

I love coming to this spa. The deep tissue massage with John is the best massage I have ever had in my life. He, as well as the other staff members at the front desk, are super kind and helpful. The atmosphere is super calming and chic. Alexandra, who waxed my underarms, is also amazing.

I was also interested in dermaplaning and she was careful to not do it until she felt she knew my skin better. Ive since had to move out of state, and Ekaterina took the time to find me a new esthetician to help me keep up my new routine! Again, shes absolutely wonderful and Id highly recommend seeing her!

I’ve been going to Danielle Blais since she was in hairdressing school years ago, and have followed here to wherever she goes because nobody is as compassionate and dedicated to their clients as she is. I’m always very satisfied and pleased with any service from Danielle. She cares so much about her hat her client wants for cut, style, color and style. I highly recommend her to many and always get compliments on my hair done by her.

I’ve been getting medical grade facials with radio frequency from Krisztina for 4yrs and cannot say enough good things about her. She is incredibly talented and has changed my skin. I’m 40ish (cough cough) so my skin needs a little extra love these days and she knows exactly what to do. She has even removed some pesky spots that have popped up over the years and have made me self conscious. On top of being amazing at her job she’s also super sweet.

John does wonderful massages here! Went in for upper back and shoulders and neck massage (working at a computer remotely takes it toll). John was super friendly and customized my massage for me. He also introduced me to the theragun, which I’ve always wanted to try. Great spot to relax for a few hours and treat yourself.

I visited Bella Sante about a month ago for a deep tissue massage (with Kristy B) and a hydrafacial (with Kate B). The whole experience was perfect. I felt safe and relaxed while at the spa and left feeling like new. A dry brush treatment was included as a special with the massage, and Kate took time to recommend some products following my facial. I definitely be returning!

This is probably my second ever Google review, and I felt the need to share the wealth with others. Every woman in Boston should trust Krisztina at Bella Sante with their skin. I get asked all the time how I often I get Botox which is, never. I’ve never had Botox. She usually provides a refreshing 50 Min Medical Grade Facials + Brow Wax, which are really transformative. I have tried microneedling twice as well, as well as other dermatologic treatments that have worked on age spots and scars. Bella Sante is usually really convenient to get to and park, and their pandemic safety is a 10/10, while still providing a relaxing atmosphere, and superior customer service.

This was a birthday present for my two daughters and they each got a facial and hot stone massage and I got a deep tissue massage. It was a wonderful experience right from the start with a friendly and helpful reception staff. Our services were on time and everyone totally enjoyed their treatments. The rooms were clean and quiet and the added touch of fresh strawberries, a granola mix, hot tea and flavored water in the waiting area just added to the experience. Plenty of clean towels, shampoo and conditioner in showers. Overall, we all had a great day

I called to reschedule my appointment and she told me we already rescheduled if you are late and can’t come for the rescheduled one then will have to cancel and charge you the entire amount! 175$ for nothing! She didn’t even bother to mention the cancellation or rescheduling policy when i rescheduled the first time. Didn’t take a min to tell me.

I got my first Hydrafacial by Kate today and it was amazing! My skin feels and looks flawless!! You could probably see your reflection on my forehead that’s how shiny and clean it looks! Lol . Super sweet, whole staff had great hospitality and the facility is beautiful. If you’re looking for a relaxing spa day/ facial this is a great go to. Will definitely be going there again!

Had scheduled additional time for therapeutic massage which therapist advised against and suggested I needed less time. However I dont think she addressed my needs in the massage I did get, which was disappointing. The spa facilities are well kept but do not encourage one to stay before/after treatment to enjoy the spa further. It was also not ideal to have to return to the locker room during the treatment to wash off scrub.

Georgia is AMAZING! She is one of the best (if not THE best) estheticians I have ever seen throughout my spa experiences...and I have had many! Her technique is excellent and she provides just the right amount of information about the treatments she is providing. My experience with her was like a combination facial and massage...super relaxing and I left refreshed. My skin was immediately plumper and looked great for days. I cannot wait for the next time!

I was visiting Boston and found this spa online, they managed to fit me in on the same day and the experience I had was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. My 80 Minute Deep Tissue Massage was AMAZING! It was everything I need one week before running my 2nd Boston Marathon! Hunter was great, he listened to what I wanted out of it and needed and which areas I mostly wanted worked on and where I had an injury and worked all my knots out! I walked out of Bella Sante feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to run! The front desk was warm and welcoming! The spa was clean and very well maintained. I did not want to leave I was so relaxed! I will definitely be back for a post-race massage! :)

I have been going to Bella Sante for 10 years. The management is superb, and they hire quality people. And the smell when you walk in... Divine! I think the prices are fair and this place is overall good value for your money. (Yes I try other places once in a while and this is still my favorite place to go relax).

Clean facilities with a friendly professional staff. I have been coming here for years to see my massage therapist, Maria V. Naturally infused waters (such as citrus pinapple, mint cucumber, or watermelon basil, to name a few past options), tea, and snacks available while waiting. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.The only thing is that the location is a little small and therefore cannot accommodate a couples massage in a single room.

Getting to the spa was literally the worst experience of my life. I ended up being there 30 minutes late and missing most of my appointment. However, all of the staff was very nice accommodating and managed to give me the full manicure in the time that I had left. They also did a great job of helping me to relax after such a stressful commute.

Do not come here for a massage if you have any back issues! While in Boston, I called for a massage, explained to the receptionist that I have inflammatory arthritis, and the receptionist recommended the Aroma Relax massage with Krista(en?). I was a bit surprised when someone else greeted me for my massage, and insisted that the massage had been booked with her all along. Before beginning our massage, I informed my masseuse about my inflammatory arthritis.My massage began face down, and while my masseuse indicated that she found many knots on my back, she massaged them very gingerly. When it was time to turn over onto my back, I could barely move, my lower back had frozen up. When I did manage to turn over, I informed my masseuse that my lower back was in pain and that I could not continue the message lying flat. She did not seem to know what to do and did not seek advice from any other staff, so I had to ask her for something to prop up my knees. I asked her to cut short the message of my front since my back was hurting, and when she left the room, I could barely roll myself off the massage table and was doubled over the table in pain, with my back frozen in place. unable to stand up straight. I had to cover my naked body with draping and open the door to call out for someone to come in and help me. (I really thought I was going to need an ambulance-this had never happened to me before) My masseuse was obviously completely out of her league and another masseuse came in, who somehow managed to get me back on the table and began incredibly painful contortions/adjustments and was able to relax the spasm on the left side of my back, then told my original masseuse to do the same on the right side and left the room. My masseuses pressure was as light as a feather and doing absolutely nothing. When I told her this, she said shed been giving massages all day and was tired, and that the other gal was much bigger and stronger than her, at which point I insisted that she get the other gal back in to finish the job.After about 1/2 hr of excruciatingly painful adjustments, I was at least able to stand up straight and walk, albeit in great pain. I was then left on my own to hobble to the locker room where I could barely dress myself, and when I exited the locker room, not a single staff member asked me if I was ok. When I went to check out the receptionist asked me if I had a pleasant visit and I said no, I am in excruciating pain, and I need to the information for the nearest pharmacy for my physician to call in medication for me. At least he had the good sense not to charge me for my visit and looked up the pharmacy for me, but I was rather dumbfounded that not a single member of the staff came over to check on me. As a result of the excruciating pain I was left in, I had to cut my trip to Boston short and return to CT for steroid injections, oral steroids and pain medication. I had placed a call to the manager to discuss my disappointment with the spas follow up, but have not heard back, hence I am posting this review.

Great massages were provided for my wife and I. Will go back.

I Stumbled upon this establishment after searching for quality day spas on google. I wanted to treat myself and my sister to a day of relaxation and the staff at Bella Sante did an amazing job. We had facials and massages. Additionally, you can purchase the products they use on you, so you can create your own maintenance routine. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but it’s a quality spa. Good things aren’t cheap and cheap things aren’t good. I appreciated the fact that they did take my appointment on short notice. If your looking for a bargain take your chances on groupon, I personally dont mind spending a bit more for quality service. Looking forward to going back in a few weeks. I Highly recommend this place if you can manage the price, it’s worth it. My skin has a noticeable glow now and it’s looking better everyday. I’ve been super relaxed and I’m glad I found this place, it’s definitely going to be a regular part of my self care routine going forward. Great place. But they do go out of their way to make you feel rested. Four instead of five because they are pricey.

It was my 1st time in Boston and even when I booked my appointment prior to going I had a great feeling. The staff was informative and even responded to my messages in a timely manner. The customer service was very warm and accommodating. The facility was clean and the service was extremely professional and pleasant. Mary was my therapist who did my dry brush and coconut oil massage. Danuta gave me a great honey nectar pedi spa. I would definitely go back if in the area. It was clean and relaxing.
