The food was awesome even know i was over charge for a large pepperoni pizza in 5 drinks. I give a tip of 3.00 and my bank alerted me of extra charge which totaled more then i expected. Over all my kids had an awesome time. I was giving a Holiday Lanes card by job to have free food in things but the guy that worked there said it was only good for the arcade..When I was told by others they used there for foods in drinks in games. Yet in still as long as my kids had fun im happy will be there again

Had a great time. The place was super clean. This made us so comfortable. We had a good time. Perfect family fun, food and other games are available.

Took my three school age sons to Holiday Lanes. We were welcomed and waited on open entry. My boys were sized for shoes and were assigned a lane to bowl on. They bowled for about an hour and then visited the arcade. At the arcade, they played numerous games. We left after they played 45 minutes. The location was relaxing and comfortable temperature wise. We plan to return soon.

Decent price for the whole group. The Arcade was clean and a good selection of arcade games.

It was so cool! I used to visit there as a kid with my grandparents every thursday. I havent been there in a long time, the arcade was amazing, the bowling experience was so fun and colorful! The service was amazing as well! And a great menu!

Loved the bowling but the food service was not so good.I spent 30 minutes of our 1 hr running back and forth trying to place my order. I get theres a shortage of workers. They only had 1 cook but the guy taking orders was MIA. Another worker told me when he found him hed send him to me! He never came. Finally got food ordered then saw it sitting over there for probably 5 minutes but buzzer never went off. But it was good quality.

Love this place! Its the best ever. I love bowling and this is the place to do it!

If you like to bowl competitively, dont bother practicing here. Holiday only conditions the lanes before league play. Also, you cant purchase individual games. You have to pay hourly, and feel rushed to bowl your moneys worth. Also, despite being in the south, they have Pepsi products, and no beer at the concession stand. I say go to all star in Shreveport. Better, cheaper, more well conditioned lanes. Holiday needs to get themselves together.

I came for a friends birthday party. I arrived and this little girl working behind the counter had an attitude from the very start. She snapped at me and rolled her eyes as a response with everything I said. I was livid and ready to throw my shoes at her and say forget it. The hosts arrived later and I already warned them of her bad attitude. I guess I feel better after finding out that she was doing it to every person that came inside. I would have been asked to leave if I was treating guests in the same manner as she was. I guess they have low standards with employees.

We had a great time & there are new game modes the kids will like.

This place is a personal Favorite of mine. Im not a constant bowler, however when me and my family do go, the place looks clean and the arcade is a lot of fun. I highly recommend checking out their newly refinished Bar area where theyve incorporated a lot of board games for an added experience

LOVE this place! Reasonably priced, large bowling alley with a HUGE arcade, a bar & small restaurant. We love their pizza.

This place seems to be customer friendly and handicap friendly and clean a nice place to enjoy time with family and friends.

Paid a $25 deposit online, got there and had to pay another $65 for an hour and a half of bowling. Realized we just paid $90 for 2 adults and a child. They then gave us back $15. That’s still $75 to bowl for an hour and a half and did not add up to the prices on their website of $35 for an hour. We were charged $30 and another $30. Doesn’t make any sense but will definitely be going somewhere cheaper. Then when I asked for a receipt they acted like they could not even print one.

This bowling alley is very clean and the staff is friendly. They have a little restaurant in there too and the food is really good when I go I’m thinking about their burger on the drive over. Lol

First time being there but I enjoyed myself

We went out to bowl with family from out of town and we were have a good time till it was almost up when my wife tripped and fell on a piece of metal srip that up from the floor. She fell and they took an incident report but did not have nobody sign it not even my wife since she was the one that fell. When she finally talked to them she asked for a copy of the report and was denied a copy of it. As far as we know, it could have been thrown away or there could have been changes made to it. We would like a copy of the report. We will not be back. They could have done more than what was done.

Awesome place! Birthday Party a few days ago and the kids enjoyed themselves. Arcade was awesome, especially air hockey! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fun family and friends night.

Went for an event my wife had for work. Staff was friendly and attentive. Not a huge fan of bowling in the dark, but I know its a thing now.

This place is awesome! Shoes are clean, wide selection of balls, plenty of lanes, and plenty of league activity. There is an arcade for those who dont care to bowl and an extremely clean and tidy restaurant too. This is a fun place for everyone!

Having a birthday party for my son today august 29th just want to say the manager and cashier and customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional they are requiring mask to receive service but didn’t inform us when I was booking the party that mask were required to get service at the desk instead the sit there and argue with customers and refuse to give mask out or offer refunds

We took my Grandbabies there.it was good clean fun and they really enjoyed it.

It was awesome. They have bumper pads and little dragons that little ones can roll balls down to help them. No more granny rolling. Lol. They even had a summer program for the kids. Two free games a day all summer long.

The place is PACKED. The bar area is open to drink but they have one bartender and make you wait in a mile long line outside of the bar. Makes zero business sense.Edit: We did have a good time that night so Im changing from 1 star to 3, after the owners reply. I understand if someone called in sick or because of COVID they are more short staffed, but for that high of a volume of customers, they need at LEAST 2 bartenders on the weekends.

For 3 of us to bowl for 2 hrs it was $50. Not a bad price. My only complaint is that it was so hot inside!

It was well run and clean. It has a family feel and lots to do for all ages. The bowling game was fun for the kids. We were there for a birthday party and they made that fun and easy. I would definitely consider having a kids party there.

Staff was able to help us out finding the best package to fit us. We tried a Natchitoches meatpie and pizza. And enjoyed bowling for a hour. Great vibes and so much fun!

We got to the counter at 11:17 and the lady would not let us bowl said it is cut off at 11:15 was very disappointed.

Had a lot of fun, but did not like that they made us wear masks while we were at our own lanes bowling. They had people spread out with lanes between them. I understand needing to put it on if you leave your area, but I didnt like having to wear it all the time. I guess this is the days we are living in though.

Nice place we are amateur bowlers but we have a great time gonna make this a regular thing its a great night out with friends and family.

Lots of fun and exciting competition amongst the family. Theyre remodeling by taking out some lanes and added a large arcade area. It should add greatly to the experience. Food prices are still a bit high.

Alright little place was not happy with the way kids was running in front of everyone when trying to bowl its was nice and cool when we first got there them got really hot

We went for a homeschool trip. They have been very helpful and accommodating! They have upgraded the inside to include a very nice arcade. I have gone to cosmic bowling as well. Its a fun atmosphere great for friends and family. The pizza is very good. The strikers cafe has great food and very reasonable prices.

The activities are fun and entertaining. I gave it 4 stars this time because of the improvements since my last visit a couple of years ago.

Will go next time I can use my league discount.

Everything is extremely overpriced. Spent $4 on nachos from the snack bar, got a plate of crumbs covered in cheese that tasted like cardboard.

A fun place to bowl! And now during the times of Covid19 they did a great job maintaining social distancing and reminding people to wear their masks. I felt safe.

I’ve been going to this place since I was a 12 yr substitute for my dad’s bowling league!And now that I’m a lil bit older, it has become a great cardio workout for me on Saturdays! Wonderful package options online! And the lane reservations are cheaper online than the walk ins. But everything is reasonablly priced for ah great time! Very friendly and helpful staff. And this establishment follows the MASKUP policy, which is awesome during this pandemic! So mask up and let’s BOWL!!

Well run, clean and positive atmosphere. All staff were friendly. My reserved lane was ready on time. My daughter loved the alternative bowling games like angry birds. Will return.
