One of the poorest Customer Service oriented companies .I have ever seen . They stated they only deliver oxygen bottles every 90 days . That if I wanted a refill I needed to drive 30 miles one way to fill my bottle . So then I will use one bottle just to pick up a refill ? I will be changing companies tomorrow. When it takes 3.5 hrs to return a phone call u can tell its a poor run company . Plus the girls on the phone are the rudest and dont know their products . You have to wait for a technician to get any answers .

I have COPD and have been prescribed night time OX, of course they had a test to see if I qualified. On July 30, a lady called and said I qualified. She wanted to set up appointment and and show me how to use. A little later she called an said I had a balance. I called Ro-Tech and called and got it taken for of. I called them every day last week and no one answered nor returned calls. The only reason I have not changed, is that people in the Medical business, and friends did the know of a decent Medical Supply company, and not know even worth a flip. That is the only reason I have not switched. I am freighted about them bringing oxygen, when needed. Home Health is the only industry that I know of where they are so indifferent to there customers.

I am home bound. I have No One to run pick up my supplies.The two girls answering the phone are VERY rude and not at all helpful.Id love to speak with their supervisor s, supervisor! Because their supervisor has had complaints about them and does nothing!

Customer service is non existent. No, return phone calls. Lied about calling me. Rarely answer the phone. Have little information on their services. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Call your insurance and insist.

It took 15 minutes for 2 staff members who saw me to acknowledged my presence in outer lobby. After 2 weeks of no contact, I called LM several times. No response. When I eventually reached someone, my doctors order could not be located, apparently I was never entered into their system. The polite staff member asked to to call my PCP for new order. I declined and asked that they call since they were last in custody if the order.

Ginger Moreno was my respiratory therapist. She was very persistent in finding the right solution wearing a forced air machine mask.The one I have is comfortable and allows a great sleep all night long.Sometimes I wake up not knowing it is there on my face.Thank you Ginger for your expert ability and empathy.Bob Baker

The staff but one is very abrupt talking to you they refuses to help get old 02 tanks and put new ones in your car. They dont care if you cant walk good if you use a walker or if your doctor tells you no lifting.They refuse to bring your oxygen to your home they only deliver once every 3 months and they wont call to remind you at all!!!!!.their is one small woman that is nice and the manager is not nice at all. The carrier is nice. There manager is hateful.....

My physician gave me the sales reps number and told me he was the best rep in town...he was right! Stephen was the nicest guy and made sure his office got everything from my doctor and got me setup very quickly! He even called me a few days later to make sure I was taken care of! Will recommend Samaritan in Bossier to anyone!

Customer service was great! Every time I go to the office for my mom’s oxygen, I’m greeted by friendly smiles and helpful customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs medical equipment.

These people were so nice and easy to deal with. They got me my cpap equipment very fast and answered all my questions. I was very nervous about using the cpap and they made sure I was comfortable and relaxed about it by the time I left. They have followed up to make sure I am not having issues. Will recommend to everyone I know!

Great people and service at this location. Was with another DME company previously that was a nightmare to get anything done with. My pulmonary doctor sent me to Samaritan and I couldnt be happier!

If we could give this place a zero thats what they would get. This is the second time weve had an appointment only to make a 200 mile round trip for nothing. No record of theappointment, no tech on the premises to make things right.

Such nice people and great service.....not sure about the other negative reviews because they go out of their way to take care of my mother! They have come out many times late at night or on weekends to make sure she was taken care of!

My doctor ordered my oxygen, both home and portable oxygen generator. I had another medical supply company, but Samaritan called and scheduled to bring my supplies. Man arrived and I told him I had another company. He said he could not leave anything since I had another company. My other supply company came and picked up my supplies since they did not offer the portable oxygen generator. Samaritan driver showed up this morning with my supplies but no portable oxygen generator. Asked where it was and he told me I only had about 15 months left on my Medicare payments and they could not let me have the portable generator since it was expensive and they could not bill Medicare for it. No one told me anything. Cancelled Samaritan and called my other service back. Very unhappy with Samaritan.

I am due to exchange my tanks of oxygen today and I was told they are out of tanks until Wednesday. I have no more tanks, what am I supposed to do? Their answer, I dont know what to tell you. REALLY? That is your comment? No Customer Service! I asked to speak to a manager and was told She is on a conference call, shell have to call you back . Time to shop for a new source. I gave a one star only because the oprion for a tenth of a star was not available.

Horrible customer service and not at all helpful to patients unless you want to do all the work yourself. The delivery guy was always super nice and helpful but theyve cut that back to where you never see the guy bc you have to bring in your tanks before the months that go by b4 he delivers again.

I was with an other company that couldnt even get my bi-pap machine to work correctly and I always had to go in to town to pick up my supplies. Samaritan fixed my machine to where it would work correctly and figured out that the reason why my heated tubing wasnt working is because the power supply/cord was not large enough and fixed it. Also my husband recently had to get on c-pap and this company actually monitors his progress and calls if there is a problem, like too much air leaking etc. Plus they mail your spplies to you. We dont have to make that trip into town. Love the people there too. These other two reviewer are misguided in my opinion. Thanks Samaritan!

Horrible customer service, told me I did not have a co-pay when I did. I PAID 15.00 for my shoes to be shipped and it took them 3 weeks and me calling repeatedly to get them to ship my shoes! They leave you on hold and do not return your calls. This place does not deserve your business.

Horrible customer service! You will deal with three business entities, Samaritan, Rotech and Sleep Central, from one phone number and you wont know which one, nor have the option to select one. You will get a random result from the same phone menu. Each will blame the other for things falling through the cracks and they blame you for contacting the wrong one, which you cant choose anyway! You get conflicting instructions from one hand that doesnt know what the other hand did. Dont walk, run from this inept, disfunctional business. Mine is not an isolated event. Im hearing about others having dismaying experiences.

Scam company! Was told after 13 months my Cpap would be paid in full by my insurance. Guess what coming up on 13th months & now they want to repo it! This is even after I talked to 2 different people in their office who said my insurance is STILL paying for it!?!

Refusing to deliver oxygen to my 90 yr old mom without warning . Years ago they were friendly now they are snobby and don’t want to help a 90 old lady by denying her oxygen.

I have used this company for the past 19 yrs but I will NEVER use them again!! i called today to order the tube/mouth piece/medicine container for my daughters nebulizer and the lady answering the phone could not be more rude. she kept saying come by here. I DO NOT live in Bossier but Mansfield and asked her to mail it to me. she then tells me to go to Natchitoches!!! really??? what part of can you please mail it to me did she not understand!

My pulmonary doctor gave me a prescription for an oxygen concentrator. Samaritan Home Medical said Medicare wont cover it. I have lung cancer and felt like it should have been covered. They were not friendly to deal with.
