My mother has been in the hospital for a good 3 to 4 weeks and finally got out...the nurse who was sent to my moms house was rude, unprofessional, and rushing throughout the whole process of helping my mom. However, when i spoke with the supervising nurse, Pam, she reassured me that she would send another nurse to attend to my mother. She followed through and all is well now.
