This company gives great customer service, very friendly, very honest. They will give you a quick hearing test to see where your hearing level is to give you the best hearing aids that fit for you. I bought hearing aids last month and when I received them he went over all the details how the features work etc. They really try to work with you. If you are not able to afford hearing aids the only option they have is to see if you qualify for their loan program that they have. These hearing aids are one of the best Im an old customer of Belton family from California and I knew I would be in good hands with them. You will not be disappointed.

I recently purchased a beltone hearing aids Im please with the aids do far but what im not please with is I wasnt informed abouta$ 65 fee for every visit until today when I picked it up i feel like they should have inform their customers about the $65 fee before you make the purchase if I had known at the beginning I would have simply walked away and found another company its like a slap in the face we as customers choose your company to purchase hearing aid and you turn around and show your appreciation by changing a fee of $65 per visit I feel cheated

First got hearing aids way back in 1996 but wore them off and on because they didnt fit right. The benefits I have received from these Beltone hearing aids are - -- I CAN HEAR and I am thrilled and so happy about this! My experience with Beltone is great! I have been very pleased with the whole experience I have had with everyone and everything in your office. Just FYI...I am telling all my friends, especially those hard of hearing; about you all.
