Dr Kimball-Rivari takes time with her patients and makes each visit a very pleasant experience. The staff is very welcoming and her nurse Sherry promptly responds to messages or questions. I’m so very glad I was referred to this office.

Today and every time in the past I have always gotten exemplary service in a timely matter with the utmost dignity and caring any staff could provide. I saw Dr.Kimball-Ravari for a scheduled appointment to check for a thyroid issue that she treats. The personnel was friendly and cheerful. The nurse who checked me in was professional and thorough. The doctor was on time and seemed happy to see me. She went over my records,examined me and explained what she wanted me to do until our next visit. Everything related to my next visit was handed to me as I left. The visit was good and I felt that my medical concerns are in good hands.

I love Dr. Kimball-Ravari and her staff. The nurses are always kind and Dr. Ravari always comes into the examine room with a smile on her face ready to give encouragement on whatever the situation may be. Dr. Ravari takes her time and explains your blood work and what she thinks you should do to improve your health. I have seen Dr. Ravari for 20 yrs. and I still highly recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Kimball-Rivari and her nurse Sherry where very thorough. They truly want you to feel better. I had an aggressive growing node that was pushing on my vocal nerve a year ago. Dr. Kimball-Rivari was quick to do another ultrasound and a biopsy. I felt awful and she listened to me and examined the data from the labs and acted quickly. Due to the severity of my case, not only did she act quickly, but she also took the time to call me personally. I had my thyroid removed and with good cause as the nodule was cancerous.I thought once my thyroid was removed that I would be back to normal. However, that was not the case. Dr. Kimball-Rivari listened to my symptoms and adjusted my medications as needed. I feel I am in good hands and very thankful for her care and the care of her nurses and office workers.If you are looking for a doctor who truly cares, Dr. Kimball-Rivari is your choice. She is so attentive, she listens, and is very intelligent!

This doctor cares nothing but getting new patients my fiancé is type one and has only seen her one time in several years there being a patient. Then they change her pump settings and it causes her to go on a roller coaster of highs and lows and then they don’t call her back and she gets sick. Then they blame her and she doesn’t even have to eat anything for it to do that. Dollar over patients is all this doctor is worried about.

Very caring Dr., but it is absolutely ridiculous that it takes 6-8 months to get an appt. Dont cancel, youll poss die before getting another appt.
