The owner and the employees make all of the furbies feel like they’re family. I left 3 furbies for 4 days and was extremely satisfied. I have a 2 y/o Walking Tree side Coonhound, 2 y/o Shitzu and a 16 y/o mixed baby. Susan was so professional and understanding that my older dog has anxiety and barks and cries often. She made him feel so comfortable there. I will definitely bring my furbies back in September.

Our dog Nylah was just there while we took a family vacation. We just picked her up Tuesday and she has been acting different. She smells bad. She has been constantly throwing up and diarrhea everywhere. She has not even barked Like she normally does. Her personality is not even the same. I’m not sure what has happened while she was there but we definitely will be investigating. What is going on with her. I’ve been saving the poop and throwing up in bags so it can be sampled possibly. This place was recommended by a coworker but now I’m not sure if it was a good idea. Theses guys there was nice but something definitely not right.

These are the most amazing people in the world!! They have always taken care of my pets with the best quality and care. As a retired Army veteran, I am very cautious of who I leave my animals/family with. Thanks to the Pet Butler, I never have to worry about my babies again. God Bless them.

Susan and her staff have so much love for the animals here. Susan even runs a large foster In her spare time and helped me rescue my current and first dog. She will take awsome care of any animal she is brought.

Belle LOVES her day care and friends! They know her and her personality. She has really come a long ways from being terrified of strangers to letting people pet her - thanks to Susan and her staff being patient and encouraging her. She pulls me from the car to go inside when we get there! Id never leave my big dog anywhere else, I know shes safe and loved at YBP!

And I didn’t do business with you solely for the fact you’re rude and obviously do not know how reviews work. I have been searching for a good, reputable place to bring my large dog and after doing my own research I felt the need to leave a review solely to tell anyone looking at this establishment: DO. YOUR. RESEARCH. I would never send my dog to a place that replies to customers and employees on a public forum the way the owner of this establishment has. The unprofessional attitude that’s displayed for ANYONE to see is enough for me to not choose this place of business as a place for my furry companion. I hope in the future the owner learns how to speak to customers and doesn’t attack people for their honest reviews. A quick Facebook search also reveals many other concerning, unprofessional behaviors. How this person has any business after the things I have read is BEYOND ME.

Who in their right mind sits and reads all reviews and attacks peoples comments when they have no clue what theyre talking about. Apparently someone with no life and wants to talk about character. Stop threatening with an attorney. You want to get to know people just ask honey. You truly have alot of growing up to do no matter how old you are. I feel really sad for you. I dont even have to say how unprofessional this woman is, its blatant in her responses completely invalidating anyones opinion on her pet care.I came to say my partner brought one of our dogs here and didnt stay long enough because the establishment smelled like straight urine and was dirty compared to what we are used to taking out pets to. Glad we didnt give business to them after seeing these reviews. Sad .

My pup loves going to YPB! He gets excited every time we pull in the parking lot and is happy, loved, and well cared for while he’s there! Pricing is comparative to others locally and the employees truly love the animals!

Aside from previous employee hiring experience 2 years ago, which was the most ridiculous and judgmental process I’ve been through getting hired at any job, Multiple members of my family have brought their animals here and will never do so again. The place is disgusting, the workers are not treated well and I’ve been told by previous employees some of the dogs aren’t either, based on the owners relationship to them. The owner is very much unprofessional and has been for years. I’m honestly surprised this business is still open. There are other fantastic places for your babies in Shreveport/Bossier, however I would not bring them here!

They took great care of our Kitty. We stayed at a casino that did not allow animals. I would recommend this place to board your furry baby. It was very clean and our minds were at ease that our Kitty was in good hands! While we were there we saw some babies in their rescue program💖💖

She steals dogs and ships them up north for her own personal profit. Loads Vans with 30-40 cages and sells them to shelters up north.

My dog has been going to daycare here for about a year now and we love YPB! He is always so excited when I drop him off, he is pulling me to get inside so he can go play. I can tell the staff really cares for him too.It is also good for him to get some energy out so he is more calm at home in the evenings. Makes my life easier too! So thankful we found YPB!

Just picked up my dog, And noticed that she was limping and bleeding on her left hind leg and that she had a scratch on her head half a inch from her eye... She has a bite mark from another dog that she received during play time. I called the office and a lady told me that she wasnt aware of any issues during the day, but she did tell me that the people in the back said another dog got playing with my dog. Playing with another dog doesnt show open wounds. I then explained to her I took my dog to the vet, where she received stables in her open wound, antibiotics for her leg and face, and pain medicine. And she told me that their was nothing that they could do. I then explained to her that they are responsible for the vet bill. Didnt even offer to pay the for the services. They are supposed to be watching the dogs!!! If they were doing their job right, this wouldnt have happen. This happened on December 30th, 2016.Received a check for the vet bill on January 5th, 2016.

I take my dog to YPB and she loves it...so do I. The staff is not only knowledgeable but very caring and professional. I drop her off on the way to work, knowing she is being watched, monitored and playing to her hearts content. She is socialized...she learns to be around other dogs. They are reasonably priced and the staff is great. Its clean and its safe.Susan, the owner, is a very special person who cares a lot for animals. Ive gotten to know some of the other owners and its great to run into them and visit. I got my dog from a rescue organization who recommended YPB to me and Im so glad they did.

First place that I called that had an availability within the week for grooming. I was scheduled for a 2pm appt, but due to my work location & home location, I was a little late to the appt. I called to notify the staff that I was on my way, which fortunately was not a problem. From the moment that I walked in, the staff was friendly. The groomer immediately started making a connection with my dog, which I found to be amazing! Based on my initial experience, I made a great choice with them! I will include a post grooming picture for reference once my pup is ready for pick up. :)

The owner is in major need of mental health counseling. She’s not a kind person by any means.

*****BEWARE***** Place was very dirty more importantly the owner is a very rude person with a bad attitude. I was very scared to leave my dogs board at her facility. It smelled as if it had not been cleaned in years. Her workers were all young and slow we didn’t seem to know what they were doing especially in regards to caring for dogs. Owner is very hard to deal with and had the worst attitude of any person I’ve ever metIn my life. I would highly recommend never using her facilities in fact I would highly recommend Doggywood, and dogs please, can’t Bow Wow which are all good places and really any place other than a pet Butler is better to board your for babies that! This place if I can give a negative 2000 rating I would. IT IS AWEFUL!!! THE OWNER IS AN AWEFUL HUMAN BEING!! She has also had dogs die at her facility simply from her own negligence! *****BEWARE******

I just booked my pet for boarding next week. I believe it was Ashley? who was more than happy to let me in although the sign said closed from 1-3 (I got there at 2:40). She was very friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy. Although my dog has yet to stay here I wanted to make sure I dont forget to review the great customer service I got in the beginning. Will update after her stay! Thank you! Just picked up Lego Marie! This was her very first boarding experience in her 8 years so I was nervous. Nothing to worry about though, It appears she had the time of her life! She came home happier than ever! I can tell she had a great time and the staff is soo friendly. Let me in to pick her up during closed hours. The entire experience with them was great. I definitely recommend trying them out for yourself. I believe previous reviewers were just difficult people. I cant imagine having a bad experience. And Lego cried on the way home, I dont think she was ready to leave her new friends! Definitely makes me consider the daycare! Also the Best rates I found in Bossier! W/mil discount, friendly staff, grooming was very well done! Thank you Thank you thank you!

So thankful for Your Pet Butler!! As a overprotective Pet parent, I have never left my pets with anyone, even my parents, until Your Pet Butler. During an emergency Hospital stay, I contacted Your Pet Butlers owners, the Treadwells and asked if they could board my Boxer, Addie. Paige listened to my fears of leaving my baby for the first time, she calmed my nerves and assured me, my Addie would be loved and cared for. I was able to check on Addie daily via phone. My only fear was that she wasnt going to want to leave Your Pet Butler! Addie had an amazing time. Prices are more than fair, boarding area and daycare area is always clean, the pets are happy, safe, and always eager to return. Thank you Paige & Matt for being the amazing animal lovers that you are! I will always be a faithful customer!

Roux absolutely loves going to daycare! Your Pet Butler was recommended by a dog trainer and Im so glad I listened. Being that she is under a year old, getting that additional energy out has helped her behavior tremendously (along with no more destruction of the house!). She actually cries on the way home! As long as we live in Bossier, we will continue going to Your Pet Butler.

Go elsewhere! Rude service from front desk (Megan) who had plenty of attitude when questioned as to why our dog didnt get her exit bath and nails clipped as requested. The bed wasnt washed either, and she tried to over charge for the boarding. Called the owner (Matt), who said all hell do is find out whos fault it was, and thats it...theres someone taking responsibility for you. Hours for weekend pickup are also awful, but a great way for them to charge you more.-----Update, 20 Feb 16 - Too funny! I drove by today and remembered this review, and was curious what happened to it, as I never heard anything back after being promised the contrary....after over a year, the owner finally rebutted, and need I say more? Just see their nasty attitude toward the other negative reviews to see where their customer service problem originates from - the owner. Ive lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1. Dont worry all, I found another kennel just up the road, and my family loves PetStar! Better prices, better customer service, better facilities, and most importantly, a much happier dog. I will start off by saying that I was a vet tech for almost 25 years, so I do know the struggles of having to keep a place clean with so many animals. I have been boarding my animals for many years and I have to say that this was the worst experience/places Ive encountered.Saturday morning we dropped her off at 9am and the only thing you could smell was dog feces and the play pens and gates looked like they were either covered in mud, rust or dog feces or a combination of all three. So it did not have a very clean feel or smell to it to start off with, not great for first impressions! Before dropping her off, I called to ask about if they give medications and they assured me that they did. My dog has anxiety and I had given her the proper meds about 30 minutes of dropping her off. When I was there dropping her off, I explained to the girl that her meds were in a ziploc that was in her bag and that they would need to be given to her in the morning. I even wrote on the form that she was on Ace. I asked if she would leave her bone in her cabana because she was a constant chewer and she also assured me that it wouldnt be an issue.We picked her up Sunday (yesterday) at 5:45pm and by looking on the camera on the screen, my dog was not left in a cabana like we paid for, she was in a wire dog pen. When the lady went to bring me her items that I left for her, she brought me the wrong blanket and bone. I left a check list in my dogs bag to make it easy for them, but when she brought me her bag, the meds werent in the bag and when I got home, they did not give her the meds I had requested to be given. They had a hard time at locating my dogs bone, which tells me she didnt have it with her as I requested also. When they did find her bone, it was covered in dirt. We live 6 miles from this facility and we went straight home when we picked her up. She ran in the house and went straight to her water bowl and kept drinking water like she was never offered water. While I was waiting for the rest of her belongings, my boyfriend walked her outside and he said she must not have been let out in a long time because she peed for such a long time.This facility needs LOTS of TLC (and cleaning), better communication with staff/clients and more organizational skills with keeping up with clients meds and belongings! So I was only able to rate them with 1 star. I hope they improve, because it is s very convenient location, but even with its convenience we will not be using them or referring them at this time! Good luck!

I used to bring my dog here for daycare sitting while I was at work for about a year. At first she was excited to get out of the house, but with subsequent visits I noticed she would begin panicking and exhibiting distress in the backseat as the car got closer to this business. This made me suspicious. I specifically and repeatedly asked how she was doing with other dogs, because the main reason I as bringing her there was for socialization. I was always told she did great! with enthusiasm. The first clue to mistreatment was that she was never in the 30+ pictures they would post on facebook daily at that time. I understand not all dogs fit their program, but I believe I was being lied to. She was being kept in a cage all day which is worse than just staying in her home. Then I found a tick on her; the following week she had fleas. My dog, nor any other dog I saw dropped off, is checked for fleas before accepting them. I have since used a truly professional dog daycare that would not let me leave until she was checked every time. If they were found, flea treatment would be required before boarding. I spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of the fleas which persisted for months. If you dont believe me, believe your eyes - they do not check for fleas at dropoff, so if one dog has them then your dog will too.

Cant say I was real impressed. Convenient location for sure, but staff wasnt real friendly and even though it was late afternoon, it smelled pretty bad like they hadnt cleaned.

The first few times my dog stayed went well. Then, one time when I picked her up she was coughing so badly we went straight to the vet and discovered she had bronchitis. She was not sick when we got there. But I gave the the benefit of the doubt. Just recently, gave them one more try. She only stayed one night and got a bath, not groomed. The next day while playing with her and rubbing her belly I discovered a large bloody swollen area on her chest with a scab. There was blood under the skin from this wound. I had to use an antibiotic cream to get it to heal. She still has a small scab. Obviously, somehow she was injured. I will never ever take her there again. Plus, they always forget something. This time it was her meds which I had to drive all the way back out there to get the next day. Done and done!

Dont use them. Been there twice and my dog has come home sick each time with kennel cough.
