I wouldnt recommend anyone to work or be seen at this horrible place of a doctor office. Everybody in the office is young , miserable , messy and uncaring of the patients. They are there just to collect a check. they put the fake front on like they do , but dont . The office manager been there bout 14 years and complain about working there everyday. The front desk worker is very unprofessional and uncertified. She have a bad attitude problem. The referral person puts off patient referrals she doesnt move expeditiously for the patient. The accountant just takes the patients money with no kind of thankfulness. The Dr is getting old and senile and starting to misdiagnose many patients. His wife is just horrible all she is worried about is money money money. She talks all loud up and down the clinic and argues with her husband the doctor in front of patients

I love doctor Boyd hes the sweetest person ever and always gets the bottom of my issues. Its handle right the first time every single time. I have been going to him for 11 years and would never change.

I love Dr. Boyd he’s very knowledgeable and sweet, I’ve been seeing him for about 8 years. I had to go back and forth between Dr.Boyd and another family practice the last 2 years b/c my work location changed and couldnt get off in time to see Dr. Boyd.. during the between time of seeing a new physician they asked for my chart from Dr. Boyd’s office .. I guess Bernadette got upset about it and sent a very nasty note about my health history, a literal $6 balance, and missed appt.. she didn’t know the office I worked for was the doctor I was seeing because it was my only way too see a doctor at that point.. I’ve never met Bernadette neither heard of her in 8 years until she wrote that note.. any who I do recommend Dr. Boyd to anyone b/c of how awesome he is no matter whom ever the lady is!

If I could give you a zero, I would.Start treating people that come to work there better.They arent children nor are they the hired help.Talk to people they way you want to be talked too.Like human beings. It is truly my hope that you treat the employees on the inside of those walls better.

I have been going to Boyd Family Practice thirteen years and I never had a problem until September through October.I start calling about my medication from September to the first week in October and each time they told me that they call in my medication but they didn’t and that is not professional lying to people about their medication. Some of those new people that work in their need to take some more classes about their job. And up to this day they still haven’t called it in.😡😡

I have been going to doctor Boyd for over ten years and I have no complaints.
