I called to get an appointment with Dr Spinazzi and the person I spoke with (after I told her we have cash and medicare), stated we don’t accept cash and medicare, I will have to call University Health Care. Since when does a physician’s office not accept cash? I wonder if the doctors are aware they don’t accept cash, or is it just the people who schedule appointments.

The receptionist are the absolute worst!!! They dont care about the person on the other line your better off just talking to a computer has a attitude every time I call up there EVERY SIGNAL TIME!!!!!!!!!I love Dr. Spann but my lord to try and get in to see the doctor when your actually sick and making a appt through receptionist is like pulling teeth they dont give a rats ass about the person on the other line nor do they try and help the situation out to accommodate the customer. O you urinated straight blood , No problem soonest we have is two weeks from now take it or leave it They need to fix this issue. (person)
