Love, love, love Crosse & Silmon! Everyone here is always so warm and friendly. We are always treated as if we are top priority. My grandson, Will, loves coming for his visits and always feels that he and his opinions are important! If you are looking for orthodontic treatment, look no further!

The entire experience at Cosse & Silmon has been wonderful. At first with the consultation where the doctor went over XRays and care plan to the assistants who guided us with the equipment and care. All of the staff has been wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone of any age!

I had a pretty bad cross and underbite before going to Cosse and Silmon, and here we are 2 years later about to get my first pair of retainers. Time has flown by, and my teeth have never looked better.. literally! Dr. Cosse and Dr. Silmon are super nice and respectful. They have calm and friendly energy, and so does the rest of the staff. I couldn’t be any happier than I am with their superb service and atmosphere. I’m very happy that I decided to get braces through Cosse and Silmon Orthodontics. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I was very pleased! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They created the best treatment plan for my son and I. They took the time to get to know us, cared about what we had questions about. Not one moment was my son nervous. He smiled the whole time, especially when they mentioned the rewards card. I can’t thank them enough for being so caring and we look forward to our treatment!

We have been seeing Dr.s Cosse & Silmon for about 3 years at both the Shreveport & Bossier locations and we love them. All the staff is friendly, efficient, and informative and have kept us apprised throughout. They are also compassionate. We missed an appointment one time, (completely forgot about it) when I called, after the fact, they were extremely kind and understanding. Same is true when I ran a few minutes late on a couple of occasions (due to traffic) when I called to let them know we were enroute. I imagine it is often a daily challenge dealing with missed/late appointments either with or without any notification in advance from the patient/parent and yet they consistently show kindness and compassion regardless. That speaks volumes to me because unfortunately, that does not seem to be the norm anywhere anymore. I highly recommend them. :)

We have had a wonderful experience with this office. Being a military family and having to transfer from out of state, we have been so happy with the professionalism and service. Staff is always friendly and helpful and we love the doctors!! My son has completed phase 1 and about to get started with phase 2 and so far everything has been positive!

They were so polite and professional, and made my 6 yr old daughter feel comfortable. He explained everything in a understanding way step by step.. literally everyone in the office had smiles on their face, the setup is even nice

Dr. Jeff Silmon is so nice, very thorough in explaining treatment and has great chairside manner and my treatment plan coordinator Dallas was so sweet and kind and walked me through every step of my appt. The office is very nice and up to date and all the assistants are very sweet! Dr. Silmon answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. VERY PROFESSIONAL! Can’t wait to start my tx ☺️☺️! 100% recommend these guys!

We had such a great experience at the Cosse & Silmon Bossier office. Everyone was super nice and friendly, going out of their way to make my very nervous daughter comfortable. They explained every little thing, answered every question, we didnt feel rushed or unworthy of their time at all. Communication through emails and on the phone has been great, and they have so many payment options for you to play around with to find what works best for you. Highly recommend!

Cosse & Silmon orthodontics is a great place to take your kiddos for all of their ortho needs! My daughters first visit was great, they made her feel comfortable and happy the entire time and they were able to fully explain to me everything we could do to fix her underbite and cross bite. We have been taking our two kids to Cosse and Silmon for a few years now and have absolutely loved everyone at the office. Everyone is super friendly and great with the kids. The office is super clean and welcoming. We have never had any issues with scheduling or getting the kids in when they have had an issue with a wire coming out or anything that has come up with their braces. I have recommended Cosse and Silmon to everyone who has mentioned orthodontics work for themselves or their kids.

I give this office a 5 star because of the friendly staff. However, the this last week I took my daughter just for a quick checkup and it took an hour before the ortho came to see her. We’ve never waited that long and was really shocked by it. Now, I will break it down Time wise... we arrived at 10:15 (appt at 10:20) was called back around 10:45, spoke with the asst and then she left out for awhile and then Dr. came in around 11:20. I almost gave them a lower star rating, but they are all super friendly.
