EDIT: Patricia called me personally to apologize. I have revised my comment as they did eventually correct the mistake and get the new glasses. I removed some of my criticisms but am keeping the story up so individuals can make their own decisions.It all started in August of 2020 when I purchased a pair of glasses from them, WITH THE WARRANTY. That part is key. It takes them two weeks to have a third party make your glasses, which is pretty slow by itself. Four weeks go by and still no glasses and at this point I am pretty upset and was calling them every day. By week 4 (it is now September of 2020) they say they found out what happened, and that the glasses were sent to the wrong store and were eventually sent back to the manufacturer. They said they would reorder them. Fine, another 2 weeks goes by. I finally get the glasses in late September, 6 weeks later. Everything is fine until last week when I broke the glasses. Luckily I purchased a year long extended warranty.I called them and they SAID I ALREADY USED THE WARRANTY IN SEPTEMBER OF 2020. I got mad and told them no, heres what actually happened, and they used the warranty to replace the glasses they erroneously lost. So now I dont have a warranty on the glasses that are broken. The manager (I believe it was Patricia) said they understand, and that they would replace them under a customer satisfaction clause. It would be 2 weeks, and I could pick them up. I called today, and they said that they had nothing on file for me since September 2020, when they erroneously, and possibly purposefully, used my warranty claim. I got so mad that I hung up and told them I would never do business with them again.See edit at the top. The situation was corrected, and I revised the review to 4 stars.

Called to make an appointment and I always ask if they take my insurance…they said they did! I show up 2 weeks later to my appointment and again gave them my insurance…do the exam and everything. It comes time for me to pick out glasses and when I ask what glasses does my insurance cover and she looks, and tells me they don’t cover my insurance and it’ll be 50.00 for your exam or you can leave with nothing! I overly make sure a company carries my insurance and they dropped the ball and in no way tried to make things right

I had an appointment here at America’s Best In Bossier city. My appointment was scheduled for 12 pm. I made it inside the store at about 12:07. I was in my car searching for my license & insurance cards. The front desk could not find my name in the system she asked 3 times my name and birthdate. Then she tells me I automatically got kicked out the system for this appointment when I didn’t come in on time and tells me I would’ve had to be there 15 minutes early for my appointment. I explained to her that I’ve been here before and arrived at the appointed time and have seen the Dr. she goes into detail about how everywhere she’s been and everyplace she knows of, you have to be there at least 15 minutes early. I had made this appointment moths earlier and I had this appointed time set aside only to get to the desk and be told no we will not see you today.

Fair eye exam. The doctor was a little vague. He said I had a cataract but nothing specific. Then he said I was fine so Im not sure where I stand. I may try a different optometrist next time. I ordered glasses on line because I couldnt afford them through Americas Best even with my insurance.

Had an appt i have been waiting weeks for. Supposed to be there at 10:40am. I rescheduled to 4:40pm because they said their system was down. I get a cal an hour later and now have to wait another month for another appt because their system goes down often apparently. Called their home office because Im upset at this point and she didnt seem all that concerned either.

I went to them last year for my eye exam and had a good experience, which is why it is one star. However, this year I scheduled for a Saturday afternoon appointment and was rescheduled for a weekday afternoon appointment over two weeks later without my approval. I was not contacted by their office and just received an email telling me I was rescheduled, which is so unprofessional. I will not be returning to them.

The team there did what they could to make it a Great Experience.I think they could use one or two more part time folks to help. The phones were ringing off the hook and it took 15-20 minutes after my exam to pay and order my glasses and contacts. Not their fault (just under staffed).

Everyone was very helpful during me and my mom’s appointment. This was my 1st experience having a virtual exam and I was really amazed with the technology!! The very nice lady named Bea, she was extremely helpful in giving my mom information on her frames and her insurance and you could tell she knew her stuff! If you’re in to excellent customer service I recommend you come here

BEWARE!! RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER. My husband and I had back to back appointments at Americas Best in Bossier City, Louisiana. We had made the appointments two months in advance, and during that time I was called twice which I answered, left messages twice, and received text messages twice reminding me of my appointment. Never was I told that if I was five minutes late, they would not be able to see me. Maybe they should tag that line on their numerous reminders. My husband and I arrived five minutes late. Traffic immediately after the holidays was unexpectedly heavy, which happens sometimes. We got there, signed in, and my husband sat down, and I began looking at frames. NO ONE spoke to us, and after waiting ten minutes, we were told by a very brash, and quite rude “manager” that only one of us could be seen because we were late. To say I was floored would be an understatement. I asked why we had waited ten minutes for her to inform us of that, and she said that she had to confer with the doctor about our late arrival. I told her that I had already been in previously, and I knew which frames I was going to get, so that I would not take up any extra time. She said that they had back to back appointments, and that it still would not be possible to see us both. Mind you, we were the only patients in there when we arrived, and we were the only ones in there when we left fifteen minutes later when we walked out.The last time I purchased glasses, I spent $600 on two frames, progressive lens, with all the bells and whistles in both regular glasses, and sunglasses. I had every intention of spending the same amount today, and I let her know that. She continued with her bullying rudeness, and we just left.This place is a joke. I have been in business for forty-five years, and I know you cannot treat customers this way, and be successful. We waited two months to get in, and now I have to start from scratch again in finding another provider. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I will be posting my review on every available format possible.

My prescription glasses werent right, they were too strong so I didnt wear them very much they were the bifocals. I used them for reading but the top part was too strong 6 months in they snapped in half at the nose piece and basically they told me if I had bought the $25 warranty, Id be covered. You would expect your glasses to last more than 6 months I guess you get what you pay for

The office staff was friendly and the entire visit was no longer than an hour and a half. Mrs. Bea was knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining my options and pricing especially with me paying for everything out of pocket. I was very satisfied and will definitely come bac as well as refer others.

I went in with my daughter and grandson. And I understand the social distancing during the pandemic. Being a frontline healthcare worker I get. The staff was rude and unprofessional first of all. We did not want my grandson who is eight to be left unattended because the both had an appointment. So this rude staffer gonna tell me I could not go to the back with them and it was jot so much what was said but the manner it was said in. So i told her at no time was he gonna be left by himself. Then she tried to explain he could be in the exam room with my daughter. I told her that was fine. But if he was not going to be able to be with her I was going back there. And all the staff had their mask on incorrectly. Everyone had on a mask except the doctor and some other lady in the back. But they all had them under their nose. So who are you protecting?

The ladies in the front were very helpful with assisting me in selecting a frame because I was so indecisive. It wasn’t rushed and they seemed genuine. The lady that did my pre test exam was super sweet and down to earth. I wished that I could remember her name. However, when I went in with the optometrist it was totally different. He was really dry, didn’t seem like he wanted to be there, and was kind of rude. If it weren’t for this I would have given them 5 stars.

More like Americas WORST Contacts & Eyeglasses Girl at front table was really rude and wanted to just talk about her life problems with other people which I really didnt want to hear. I wasnt even ease dropping she just talked in a regular tone of voice like everyone needed to know. I would NOT recommend to come here. Stay away at all costs.

Waited months to be seen was 5 minutes late and waited 10 minutes to have a rude woman tell me only one of us can be seen do to doctors orders , a real unfriendly place lost all our business and I hope I can help other people from being involved in this attitude from a bad business!!! And I rarely post good or bad but this was unbelievable, also calling my provider good luck.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!They only get 1 star because the staff was very nice.I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I waited an hour for my appt after showing up and was confused as to why all these people coming in after me were getting pulled in before me.Went for the eye screening for the health of my eye (costs extra) and the machine didn’t want to work. Then finally get to my less than thorough eye exam. Told the guy what my precious prescription was and he gave me a script significantly less than what I already had which wasn’t strong enough for my eyes anymore!!! Not only that but he gave me the SAME script for both eyes which has NEVER been the case IN MY LIFE and I’ve been wearing contacts/glasses for almost 20 years. Decided I would give it a try with my contact samples, which they didn’t have so they had to order and said they would be in in about 2 weeks at the latest most likely. It’s be a MONTH almost more than and I’ve still never heard back from them.By far the WORST eye doc experience I have ever had. I’m so mad I wasted my money going here and have now gotten vision insurance (I paid out of pocket here because of their promo deal) and went to a doctor that gives thorough exams.**Not all America’s best are like this one. I went to one in Baton Rouge as a child and they were fantastic!

They are awful and lady at the front was very hateful I had appointment yesterday I waited 2 months for the appointment drove 2 hours I was running a few minutes later than planned and didnt kno where I was going I called 1 hour b4 my appointment and told her I was running a few minutes late but I was on my way she said I had 10 minutes to be late or Id have to reschedule I made up the time on the interstate and traffic there was awful and I got in parking lot got lost because there sign wasnt on the building and called to let her kno I was looking for the place finally found it I walked in the door at 1231 which was 1 minute passed the 10 minute grace period I had and I couldnt be seen so I do not recommend going there or at least make sure your on time and kno where your going

Waited 2 weeks and got a pair that was cut wrong and I couldn’t even see out of. So they sent them back off and it’s been 4 weeks since then. Thank god I was able to repair my current pair of glasses or I would have been without for a long time now. That is unacceptable. I legally can’t drive without glasses. I don’t recommend this location they aren’t reliable. I would like to speak to their corporate about a refund and a change in management.

The lady that does the contacts is very unprofessional. Tried to tell me my insurance wouldn’t pay for something I knew it covered, didn’t order my correct temporary contacts (they were out of that brand) and she was very standoffish and acted like she didn’t like her job. She gave me another brand to try (thicker contacts), gave me no contact solution, and told me to try them on... I’ve never worn glasses or contacts before....The lady that examined my eyes in the first room was very nice! Made me feel welcome and like she wanted to help me, but the second lady ruined this place for me. To top it all off I was prescribed the wrong prescription so I’ll have to go back and get my eyes examined again. I wonder if I’ll have to pay for everything all over again? If so, I won’t go back at all.

If you need glasses or contacts this is the place to go! The manager Natalie is very helpful and efficient she took care of me within minutes and I left happy once again. I recently bought two pair of glasses and one pair was just uncomfortable to wear. It was just barely out of the 30 day return policy and it was no issue to get me the right pair of frames!! I will continue to come here for all my eyewear needs!

Called to make an appointment. It was a month out. I called often to see if they had any cancellations. I was told they dont get those. Two days before my appointment they called to reschedule . They wanted to put it another 2 weeks out. I bought a 3 year exam package so my husband called to get a refund of it. Of course they said no but said they would schedule me as a follow up visit to get in sooner . Theyve rescheduled that as well. Not sure if Ill ever get in.

I made an appointment there because I needed glasses and I have no insurance.I am conservative with my choices but I feel like I got two good frames at whatever the 69.00 ones are after discounts and the eye exam for 159 and some change.I was at a competitor the week before and the eye exam alone was 89.00.

Horrible experience, will never return & wont stop until someone loses their job. Doctor was very rude & unprofessional. I was told I would be lucky if he decided to give me contacts because of scarring on my eye. I understand his frustration of not being competent enough to have his own privately owned business AND having Chronic Halitosis on top of that but America’s Best customers shouldn’t fall victim to him either.This scarring on my eye was not from neglect but I had an airborne infection due to the fact I work in the oilfield around chemicals & other hazardous materials ~ had he asked rather than assume, he would have known the reason for the scars. He then handed me contacts to put in, didn’t have me to wash my hands first or even offer any solution. I’ve been wearing contacts for 35 plus years so this wasn’t my first rodeo, by far.The staff upfront was just as unprofessional. I was asked what my vision was and I told the receptionist that I wasn’t sure because I have never been asked that question. She snapped back, “Welcome to America’s Best then”.....She was eating the whole time and asked a guy if he ever dated out of his race ~ I wasn’t the only customer standing at the counter when this was going on. NOONE should ever feel the way I did as I was leaving that store and that’s why I’m making it my mission to either change things there or close it down.

This will be my 3rd time renewing my $99 membership. I have never had issues with anyone at the Bossier City location. I have gotten contacts and glasses and have even upgraded to bifocals here. The only issue I have is I cant get the contacts I like anymore because of the way they are sold now, or the last time I tried to get them. I have enjoyed this eye glass shop and have recommended it to everyone I know when they need glasses.

The doctor that did my examination completely screwed up my prescription. I tried on the samples and couldnt see at all, so I went back into his office to get it fixed. He insisted that he was right but obviously I COULDNT SEE so I had to argue with him until he changed it. There was another woman waiting to go back that told me she had the exact same issue, he wrote her a wrong prescription and she tried to adjust for a week before finally deciding there was no hope. Once I went back in and he corrected it to a better set, he said he would update his notes to reflect the updated prescription. Flash forward a few weeks when I came back in to buy a box, he had never changed it from the original incorrect prescription. I tried to explain to the clerk that he had changed it, but they told me if it wasnt written down they couldnt sell it to me. I refused to purchase the lenses that I couldnt see with and left. I wish I had read the reviews, the only reason I went in to this place was because of the cheap eye exams. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

Been going there off and on for years and each time is worse than the last. The doctor messed up my sons prescription last year. This time we took him back and have had to wait a week for that same doctor to perform his contact lenses class. Then they called the morning of the appointment to reschedule. All the while, we still have to wait to order glasses and then wait at least two weeks for them to arrive. They are affordable but it’s not worth what you have to go through. We won’t be going back. It’s not worth it.

Ive been coming to Americas best for years. When I moved 4 years ago, naturally I stayed with the company and went to the Bossier City Location. Even through staff changes, Ive had nothing but great service between the front desk, techs, and Optometrists. On top of that everything usually comes in early. Thank you for the professionalism!

Came here for an exam for new contacts. My previous eye doctor had my eyes spot on, never had a problem with my contacts. I came here to give it a try and the Doctor was great! Very friendly. But my prescription for my contacts changed quite a bit but I ignored it. Went home to order my contacts and now im stuck with 6 months of contacts I can barely see out of. Pretty sure he got my prescription wrong. I wont be back.

I dont recommend Bossier City location. Doctor refused to dilate my pupils due to time of day. I made everything I needed done clear when I scheduled appointment. Its not my place to know that they dont do certain procedures that late. Instead of standing behind his employees and do the right thing, he chose to stay in exam room with feet up on counter and communicate through an employee. This same doctor has messed up my prescription at other providers. He seems to pop up everywhere I go though.

Do not go here. Went to pick up sunglasses from this location (ordered originally from another location but had them sent here since I moved and the first location ordered the wrong frames, the glasses had to be sent back to the lab). Two employees at this store were incredibly unprofessional. As soon as I tried the sunglasses on, I knew the prescription in them was wrong, I could barely see it was too blurry. Told this to the employees... I was told “well you don’t have them sitting right on your face, that’s why”, she took them off my face put her finger print smudges on them, bent them and put them back on me asking if that’s better... obviously no. She says, “do you have your head tilted?” My reply was it doesn’t matter how the frame is sitting or which way I tilt my head, it’s blurry.......To shorten the story, the employees said they’d have to send them to the store I bought them from because that’s “their problem” and that they’d have the manager call me tomorrow. I asked for the managers name and was told she couldn’t tell me... (didn’t realize that was top secret info).Left the store, store manager calls me an hour later to come back. Turns out they had the prescriptions in the glasses wrong, ie. strength for my right eye on the left side of the glasses and vice versa. Asked the store mgr for a cloth (usually comes with the case), he gave me a napkin........... AND the lens are scratched.Stay FAR away.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Made an appointment for 11:30, arrived there at 11:15. At least three employees in the building and one came after waiting for 15 minutes from her lunch break. Multiple people standing around waiting to be assisted. I filled out my paper work and was asked to go to the back in the waiting area. There was at least two people who walked in and was seen before me. The man that i arrived after was seen and two more people came in from outside and was seen before me. I was literally the only person in the waiting room for 30 minuets and still was not seen a lady came from outside and sat i the waiting area and was shocked that she was called before. I left at 1:00 and was still not seen. Some people would ask or say well why didn’t i say anything. 1 it’s a waiting area they all say me sitting there. 2 it’s a place of business should the customer have to go out their way to ask to be seen by the doctor.

The doctor rushed me in and out of there.I was in his chair for all of 5 minutes. I dont know my prescription at all. and there was NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL from the doctor. He couldnt hear me talk. I basically had to scream to be heard. I am not at all happy with the doctor.The front of the store was nice. Everyone was cordial, and professional. I kinda felt like I was being upselled a little, but settled on some frames that I loved. Which is why I gave an extra star. If my prescription isnt right, as I need these for work, I am going to be even more upset.

Called and got an appointment for today for my 7 year old and husband and they just called and said the doctor has a personal reference to not take kids under the age of 7. I have never had a problem before she has worn glasses since she was 3 and sat through eye exams. Guess they lost business with us today and money. We will be going back to Target where all ages matter. This is at the bossier City location

First of all i really like the shape of my frames.Now to the interesting part. I was not given a receipt of what my perscription is and I can see better out my old perscription ( I had not had my eyes examined in almost 2 yrs, so I know it changed or might even be the same.The staff at the front and the ones who write up your bill are very nice people, but the person who examined my eyes not so much and this was horrible compared to where I had always had them done and the only reason I went there because my doc is in Baton Rouge. I will never go there again because it is so unprofessional. I went to the one in Bossier City, LA next to mattress firm.

The doctor spent about 5 minutes with me which seems like a very short amount of time compared to other exams Ive had. Im not seeing as clearly as I would like to with my new glasses so I think he didnt take the time to really fine tune my prescription. When I called to order a box of contacts, I was told they wont order them unless I come in and give them a credit card number. This is a huge pain because I live in Shreveport which means two trips to the store. She did offer to get me set up online so I could order from there however. Also, dont be fooled by the $59.00 glasses & free eye exam claim. If you need a contacts prescription then youre paying like $79 for the exam. They did have decent glasses at the $59 rate though. It doesnt feel like a very customer-centric store and the savings are not so significant that it makes up for that. I wont go for an exam here again.

So reading these comments I am having the same issues with this place. Picked up my glasses the first time put them on and I knew immediately that the prescription was wrong and the Manager, which at that time I did not know that she was, told me that OH your eyes have gotten worst so there is more medicine that he added so he need to wear them for a bit, but none of my previous doctors have said there was anything wrong with my eyes in fact i have been told that slowly they are getting better. So I did wear them for six hours at school to please them. The entire time my eyes where completely in pain images blurry. Took them back the next day and the same person, checked the prescription and said Oh the doctor lowered the prescription in the lens, but yesterday you said my eyes have gotten worst and your eyes just need to get used to these lens. ( in other words i was lied to so that i would move along...ummm yeah) So they took them back supposedly fixed them. Picked up had them for a day and it was still wrong. Took them back again same person at this establishment said exactly what was state to on of the other clients below it will take two weeks for your eyes to adjust to this lens ( yeah right). So she said that the prescription was altered back to what your wearing now and I said no its something wrong and added. She looked at the screen and said he added on for your stigmatisim. So now this is a third time to have to wait for these glass. So I noticed below with some of the other clients that were not pleased with the service there was no reply back with concern of the problems they have endured that comes to show as a company you guys really dont care for your clients.....And the rating of 1 star was one to many.

If you are reading the reviews to find the best place to go, I recommend another place. The first visit may be alright, but after that, dont expect very much. Wouldnt recommend getting the membership. I signed up for the membership last year and I went in recently and got criticized for coming back 9 months later. The doctor doesnt seem to listen or do his job very well. During second eye exam I Felt like I needed a stronger prescription and they ended up giving me something that makes my stigmatism worse. Thus I had to get my old prescription in my new frames instead of stronger ones. I will not return and I do not recommend this place. In my opinion, It is only a matter of time before they go out of business.

Absolutely the.worst place to go to.....EVER! For one, I didnt even have an appt with this place, I went with my friend being that she had never had a contact exam nor contacts and was really nervous about the whole entire ordeal. We went back together and had the pre-exam done....it was just fine; other than being weirded about at the face that it wasnt done by the doctor himself. Then we get to the exam room when the doc called us back and immediately knew that the visit was going to be horrible. For one, he didnt have ANY kind of customer service whatsoever. Then what made it so worse, is that he would NOT simply take the time that WAS PAID FOR, to explain anything to her. I had to stop my friend 4 different times from trying to beat an answer out of hm to answer the questions that she was asking because he simply would not answer anything that she was asking him. While he was asking her to repeat the eye cart on which lens was clearer, he wouldnt even let her finish attempting to say the letters....HE WOULD FINISH THEM FOR HER!!!! At this time, we are both frusterated and Im definately irritated cause I know this is not how anyone is suppose to be treated. At the end of the visit, she simply asked one more simply question and this man, a doctor, had the nerve to look at her and say... Needless to say, we walked out and just left this place and told them that we were not satisfied at all! Staff was completely fine, but to get treated like this by someone that has a profession around people all day, every ay is the absolute worse. If you arent going to ask questions and have a VERY dry sense of humor, this place willl work for you; otherwise, youd be better off going to vision 4 less a mile down the road. I wouldnt have ever gave this doctor a 1 star if I didnt have too. By far, the absolute worse experience for my friend...especially it being the first time EVER!!!!!!!!

Glasses broke before I even walked out the store. They didnt even sit down with me to make sure they fit and I had to call them to find out if the glasses were in. The eye doctor is good but the glasses are junk, find somewhere else to buy your glases.

Horrible customer service!!!!!!! Make you schedule an appointment and then wait up to 45 min to be seen, but if youre running late a little over 10 minutes they refuse to see you or even attempt to fit you in. Customer service over the phone even worse!!!! Then the 800 number service was the most disrespectful and demeaning conversation Ive ever had with someone in customer service! Dont waste your time if you actually care to be treated like an individual and not just a number.

My husband went, because he really needed to renew his I glass prescription hasnt been in almost 2 yrs, anyway they did an excellent job, the only problem I had was I was told over the phone that if you purchase 2 pairs of glasses with them the eye exam is free, we were charged $15.00 dollars still for eye exam. I also asked how much they charged for the glasses and told $ 65.00 dollars. Ok I said well my husband needs bifocals he informed me those would be $100.00, well that is false advertisement when you , do that you need to inform people that not only will it be $65.00 or $100.00 but also need to say with will be $65.00 a peice and then you have to buy the frames also. So tell me how $100.00 and $100.00 ends up being $294.95 dollars go figure???????? Just concerned that people may not trust if you dont, or omit something, just to get them in, too me thats stealing, and fraud.

On June 2nd, 2018, I went to Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Bossier City, LA for an eye exam and felt as if I recieved a subpar exam. I was then fitted for a trial pair of soft gel contacts, after wearing the trial pair home that night I could tell that they did not fit well at all and went to take them out that night and the Right contact would night come out properly and had immense trouble taking it out. I then wore them again the following Sunday and once again that night the Right contact would not come out, not just come out but eventually got stuck which kept me up until 2:30ish that Sunday night/ Monday morning. The following Monday morning I went back to Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses to have the Right contact removed in which they told me that I would then have to wait longer since the Doctor doing the exam/ removal would be at lunch, after sitting and waiting for an hour the removal process started to take place and felt as if the Doctor was too rough with my eyes and a little careless. While still there I took my old contact box to show him the previous kind I had before the ones he fitted me for and he said We do not carry the SoftLens Multi-Focal lenses. I felt as if they lied about the first trial pair because I thought they would be a Soft gel/ SoftLens and they did not even carry them and the second trial pair took two week to recieve. After recieving the second trial pair they as well did not fit well either and the Left contact also got stuck and rolled underneath my left eyelid. I do not want to go back for a third time and requesting for me to go to a new Eye Doctor after this terrible experience. Plus, Im now out $49 for basically bad treatment/ experience and two pairs of contacts which did not fit well nor were they the right kind. Thank you, David Guynes.

I should have paid attention to the reviews! Worst experience ever! I hope you stay far away from this place! Eye exam was a joke, completed by an assistant. They refused to fix my glasses which fell apart within a month of purchase. Wish I could give 0 stars!

Made app for a Sat saw the dr and didnt have time to pick out frames so I went back on Monday and picked out my frames and lenses.When I got them back Two weeks later they werent right was told were them a few weeks your eyes just need to adjust so after two weeks they still werent right so I told the lady that I wanted to see the Dr so the Dr looks at my card and says the reason there not working is you have cataracts and they have to be remove so I ask him if it says that on my card then why was I sold a 600.00 dollar pair of glasses and of course he couldnt give me an answer and when I asked for a refund I was told they dont give them The sales staff could care less about the people that go in there and spend there hard earned money alls they care about is there BIG FAT COMMTION CHECK

I am out of contacts and they cant see me for 15 days to get an exam so i asked for one pair of contacts they said no my prescription was out of date. I said I cant go 15 days with no contacts she said there was nothing they could do. I asked to talk with the Dr she said he had no reason to talk with me and refused to take my call. Maybe he should either move back to France or learn some manners. I will never go there again worst service I have ever gotten in my life when the Dr refused to talk with me .

Hell of a deal. joining the membership they have cost 99$ for 3 years of eye exams is a no brainer. one eye exam with contacts exam is 20$ less and is only good for one year. contacts are overpriced but make them give you your rx and go somewhere else to order
