I have been going to the Bossier City location for about a month and love it. Everyone has been professional and helpful. I love seeing different chiropractors as each has a little different take on how to treat you. I feel this is a huge benefit. I look forward to having a long relationship with The Joint Chiropractic. I am a full time RV’er and love that I can go to any location.

We live in Illinois, but are in Bossier City visiting our son in the Air Force. After lots of driving and inactivity, my back and neck were screaming. I am incredibly Grateful to Dr. Jeremy Broussard at The Joint in Bossier for his adjustments. Two visits over three days gave me incredible relief. I am headache-free and able to enjoy our new grandbaby. We are also Grateful for Dr. Jeremys 8-yrs of Air Force service to our country. I will return in the future.

EDIT: as you can see there is a reply to my review saying they take patient satisfactory “seriously” and will be “giving me a call”. It’s been 3 days and I have not been reached out to at all. I contacted them again to ask to cancel my membership for a second time under the circumstances and was still denied. DEFINITELY not going back.The doctor harassed me trying to be funny I guess. No apology and also DIDNT even address my correct needs as far as the actual adjustment goes. I tried to call back today to see if I could get a refund on the $60 monthly plan that I wont be using and they said its a minimum of two months which is something that wasnt told to me during the consultation. IF, and thats a BIIIIIG IF, I go back. It would be to the shreveport office just so I dont waste this $120. But pretty not likely as Id be fine just wasting the money. Harassment by medical providers is something that happens more often than people tell and I will not stand for it.

This place was nice, clean, very friendly and very quick service. I have been having so much pain in my neck and back. I love this place!

This place wasnt even staffed with a Dr. I wasted a trip. Should have changed Google to show closed.

Today was my first time going to The Joint chiropractic and I will continue going, the staff was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I walked in feeling sore and tired. Now I feel less pain and not so tense. I’m thankful to have found this place and now I will feel much better.

My first visit was awesome. Then 2nd, 3rd and 4th visit was not as nice. Personally, the adjustments were too rough for me.

Dr. Jeremy made me feel so much better! 10/10 recommend!

The Joint can’t ever seem to get their hours straight. They have posted hours that they rarely adhere to. They post a schedule each month on their Facebook page, however, it changes without Notifying patients. Management is not responsive to patient complaints. Dr. Tammy is the best chiropractor I’ve been to. I would recommend calling to find out when she is working in either Bossier or Shreveport. If you go when she is not in, then you might not get the same treatment or patient care.

Like the current doc, but I was there 6 March waiting for an adjustment and this client sounded like he was just wasting the docs time, while some of us had to wait for 30 minutes. I understand sometimes some people take longer but I have never taken 30 minutes at the Joint. SO, sometimes you might need to be prepared for a wait.

I was really surprised by how affordable they are. Professional staff and clean environment. I went in at 4:00pm on a Tuesday with virtually no wait time. Already starting to feel better from my fibromyalgia pain.

Was dealing with pretty severe lower-back pain. Felt 75% better after one visit. Definitely going back again. Reasonable prices and fast.

I have visited 4 times now I am still in pain but not as much the stretches they gave me really works and ice ice ice as much as possible

Daughter went to the chiropractor because her neck and back ached. She walked out feeling a lot better than she did walking in.
