First of all do not leave a message because they will NOT call you back. Secondly when I called back and did get to talk to someone they were not very friendly or personable. I was calling about services for my son. I wonder if they were in my position how they would feel being treated like they did not matter. I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. I suppose it all boils down to who you are and how much money they can make off of people in need. You would think they would be a little more caring and compassionate considering the business they are in. Just another agency wanting to profit off of people less fortunate.

Very professional and extremely conscientious staff! Wonderful communication with participant families! We are exceptionally pleased!

Very rude and unprofessional and treats their staff as a payrole and not as human beings and they dont take the time to listen to staff just run all over them! Would not recommend this job to anyone!!!!!! Very disrespectful and most unprofessional place Ive ever seen in my life!
