We had a problem with our heat pump not operating with our whole-house Generac generator. Blue Ridge seller and electrician installer didnt have a clue as to why. Jared installed a soft-start gadget and that solved the problem! Jared knows his stuff and his secretary, Julie, is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

Jared and Julie were very responsive. It was easy to reach them and schedule an appointment. The appointment was very timely and Jared showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and rescheduled a time to install it. Again, he showed up on time and quickly installed the part and tested the generator to ensure it worked properly. All warranty parts and labor, so no charge to me.
