My fiance took a DWI class with Paul. He was a very friendly guy but after having to pay out of pocket just to take his program, Paul never contacted Raleigh to update them that the course had been completed (which he is SUPPOSED to do once the course is completed). That was years ago and he still hasnt ever updated this information in order for my fiance to get his license back .We have been trying to contact him since he moved his office from Wilkes to Boone but he will never respond. So pretty much we paid hundreds of dollars for a certificate of completion that is useless without him updating Raleigh.
