I went to Harmony.. was very confused when I see I have an overdue bill by 2 years from Pathology Associates. They sent me one piece of mail and have never tried to contact me over the past 2 years. My bill was for $70... I think I could have a found a way to pay that in last 2 years and that maybe I just wasnt aware that I owed them any money. I obviously was not getting the notification that I owed money and maybe this company needs to get up off of their asses and call someone to inform them they have an overdue balance.

I have tried calling them over and over. I have left messages to return my phone call. I went to Harmony and something was sent off to the Pathology Associate of Boone. I never received a bill and was unaware of any bill from them. I was notified by a creditor that they had turned in my $90 bill to a collection agency. I am so upset and very displeased with the whole situation!

Check your Equifax report. I have never been to a doctor in North Carolina and was hit with $800 in collections from this company

They did way more tests than the doctor ordered and expect us to pay an ungodly amount. We call regularly trying to straighten it out; they tell us somebody from accounting will call us and they never do. Instead, they just keep sending the same damn bill. Bunch of crooks. Beware

Went to Harmony Health for an appointment, part of the appt required post-appt work from Pathology Assc. of Boone. NOBODY told me that there would be an additional bill for one appointment for a company I had never even heard of or spoken with. Pathology Assc. sent one letter via snail mail notifying me of a bill. I assumed this had been a bill for Harmony that was waiting for insurance to process. A month later I get a letter from a collections agency for a charge from this company (I had no idea what company this was). Called Pathology Assc. asking what is was for and why this hadnt been added to the Harmony bill or why I was NEVER contacted other than through a bill in the mail. Was told (by a really unpleasant employee) that We dont make phone calls.So because:1. Watauga Medical system is so slow to progress that they cant wrap their heads around a single unified billing system2. nobody told me I would have a 2nd bill from a company I had never heard of3. Watauga Medical system is so behind the times they cant call or email their clients when mail fails to warrant a responseI now have to be concerned about my credit being altered. SO unprofessional. I will not be using this company or ANY under the watauga medical branch again. Ill just head down the mountain.

I went here once and now I am being notified ONLY on my credit score that I owe something?????? Why was I not notified years ago when I went? I have not received any notice of money being owed!!!! This is ridiculous!
