Excellent place and people ! I’ve been to a lot of Chiropractors in my life and his technique is up there with the best. I go for maintenance adjustments and make Dr Mark part of a healthy lifestyle to keep me moving .

I initially took my 5 year old here after moving to TN from out of state. He had fallen off of a hammock and hurt his neck. After one adjustment, he was able to move his neck again. Then, I woke up months later with a neck ache. I went to another chiropractor twice and he didn’t help at all. After one visit with Dr. Mike, my neck was considerably better and I could actually move it the next day. I also had an issue with my hips and pelvis that had been going on for 5 months that no chiropractor had fixed or even figured out. After one visit, it felt a lot better, but it wasn’t until I had a follow up for my neck a week later, that I realized I had not had pain all week in my hip and pelvis! No more burning and keeping me up at night! Very thankful to have found a chiropractor who figures out the problem and gives you an action plan. The staff is also so sweet!

From the very moment I walked in to Epic Family Chiropractic, I knew right away I was going to have a good experience there. The office is very clean and organized. The ladies behind the counter greeted me and made me feel welcome. When I sat in the exam room, it wasn’t long before I was greeted by Dr. Mark Torrie. He immediately began asking me questions, and let me explain my symptoms, to get a better understanding of what I’m dealing with. Before he made any adjustments, he made sure to explain to me what he was doing and why. In addition to the adjustments, he also demonstrated some exercises I can do at home to relieve my back pain. Dr. Torrie made my first visit to a chiropractor an AWESOME one! I’m already looking forward to next week! I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone who is wanting to go to a chiropractor. Dr. Mark was super nice and that made me feel comfortable with getting treatment from him but after he did the adjustment on me I now have numbness in the left side of my tongue which from what o have read was cause by the adjustment. It’s super uncomfortable and I’m not sure if it’s going to go away. I would be hesitant to have any adjustments done on your neck.D.C.

I went to my 1st appointment today. I have been having some lower back pain for a while. The ladies at the front were incredibly nice and attentive, and the room was very clean and well decorated. Dr. Mark was incredibly nice and really listened to what I was saying. It took about 10 minutes to be adjusted, and I felt like a new person. He also gave some really great tips! I absolutely recommend going here!

Dr. Mark is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, but he injured my neck by giving me a pinched nerve and 7 months later, Im still dealing with the pain. Ive had to go to another chiropractor to try and repair the damage, but the pain keeps returning. I would be wary or at least not let him do manual adjustments on your neck. Im angry, as I trusted him to help me heal and instead Im in much worse condition. I understand accidents happen and to be fair, Dr. Mark, did give me a refund, but it only paid for a couple treatments by my new doctor. All these months later, Im still in pain and forced to fork out more money to find relief.

Dr. T and staff are just wonderful! I always leave feeling better and I am always greeted with a smile and friendly attitude when I step in their office. I would recommend Dr. T to anyone. He is the best!

I came to Dr. Mark with a herniated disc and pain. He said he could relieve me of pain 60% in one month. I was very surprised, because in one month he relieved me of pain 90% !!! Before that, I had two steroid injections and several months of different treatments and nothing helped! Dr. Mark also helped my wife to adjust her back and neck after giving birth. Im one of those skeptics that did not think this would be very helpful, just fix an immediate problem. But since going Ive been getting less headaches and back aches, quite the feat at the start of allergy season. I also feel like I can sit up straighter without it starting to hurt my back :)The service is lovely. Everyone is friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Dr. Mark works on bringing those shoulders back to earth and activating my parasympathetic nervous system so everyday challenges are more manageable and less uncomfortable. I appreciate, too, the homework to prevent and manage flares in between visits. I feel like some other ongoing health issues are responding, too. His staff are superb.

He uses various different adjustment methods based on the situation and individual preference. His adjustments seem to stick longer than other types of chiropractic adjustments Ive had in the past. Dr. Torrie is the most amazing chiropractor I have EVER been to and I have been to a LOT! He takes the time to get to know his patients and conduct a thorough examination before simply adjusting them. When you are on his table he can look at you and tell you what the issue is before you even have to tell him. My brother hurt his back so badly he could barely move. I was having to assist him with all of his daily activities for days. He could move again after the first adjustment. By the 3rd he was himself again. It was astounding to watch a grown man who was in so much pain and practically immobile be back to the outgoing, fun, always on the run type of guy after only 3 visits. I broke my tailbone months ago and recently took a hard fall and they worked me in immediately and put me on a care plan. ( FYI you will not find a more affordable range of care plans anywhere) my excruciating pain has subsided, I have more energy and a clearer head every time I leave his office, which I didnt know was even an element to the chiropractic treatment. His wife, Stephanie is so incredible and works the front desk. She is thoughtful, kind, and so personable that you feel like youve known her your entire life and works with you no matter what your need AND they both always follow up to see how you are after your adjustments and randomly check to see if you are ok, not shaming you to come back for an appointment, to honestly see how your life is going! My 11 year old is now a patient of theirs as well and they are both so great with kids. They are family. We sing their praises daily. Its such a change to have both a Doctor and staff (AMAZING WIFE) care and really want to help you.
