No more Tylenol!I recently suffered a grade 3 tear of my left meniscus. Surgery was scheduled out a month away but the pain and constant aches was hampering my workouts (modified due to the left knee). I kept waking up in the middle of the night due to the dull aches and my doctor suggested Tylenol arthritis. The problem with chronic Tylenol use is that its toxic to the liver and not what my body needs. I reached out to East Coast Canna while I was visiting Boone, NC and they recommended a few products. Im happy to report that after 2 days of using the Carolina Canna topical rub and full spectrum CBD tincture my dull aches and pain is gone! I feel like a new man.

A great place, the guy who helped me was really nice. As someone with little cbd experience he was incredibly helpful in showing me what I was looking for, what sort of dosage I should take, and what sort of timeline I should expect for activation.

I have SEVERE pain in my arm and hands from carpal tunnel. I cry throughout the duration of what should be my time of rest, from pain. Most of the time, I have to sleep sitting in an upright position on my couch with the cushions for support to prop my arms up to help relieve even the slightest bit of pain.I asked for help. Nothing but surgery will correct this. Mike was patient. He listened to me. He helped me decide on what to use and how to help this pain. He let me try a balm that they produce themselves. I applied it right then and once it worked its way into my pores, I started to cry. I didnt think anything would ever work!
