Since LabCorp has moved to Walgreens, there is no social distancing, everyone standing entirely too close together in the isle waiting their turns to be called next. The wait time is way too long. Its not a safe environment especially with Covid-19 now. I will discuss with my physician to send me elsewhere when my lab work is needed every six months. It has been a week and my health care provider still hasnt gotten my results. She was going to call them yesterday. It usually only took 1-2 days for the results to be sent to my doctor. Somethings very wrong with LabCorp since they moved!

I love the new check in system there. I was in and out quickly. The phlebotomist there was very gentle and I’m a hard stick! Highly recommend. Also much cheaper than the hospital lab!

Walked in, no appointment. Only a few people in waiting area. Registered, 5 vials of blood and a urine sample - start to finish about 35 - 40 minutes. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Ive been going there every two weeks since March. They are professional and only once have I had to wait longer than expected.

The service was super quick and on time, but the young phlebotomist applied too much pressure as she was switching out the vials and I could tell it wasnt right. I mentioned something to her and she did not even respond to me.A week after my visit, I still have a large bump on my vein where she must have pierced through the other side, and there is a bruise under the surface of my skin above and below that puncture point.It would have been fine if she had just apologized when I mentioned something instead of acting like I was the one who was wrong.

Horrible experience. The lady working the front desk is incredibly rude. The wait time is far too long for the few people that were there with me.

Terrible terrible experience. Someone mentally handicapped was yelling and screaming in the waiting room scaring children and clearly should have gone to a different lab office. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Had to wait 2 hours to get a drug test for a new job that would only take 5 seconds to pee in a cup. Stepped outside to make a phone call and was moved to the bottom of the list behind several people getting blood work done. Asked about it and again the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and said there was nothing she could do about it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Go somewhere else if at all possible. This place needs about 10 times more staffing than they have.

Almost 3 weeks since I had labs done in Boone, NC and doctors office have yet to receive report.
