I’m going to start this off with saying if I could give it less than one star I 100% would. As a former employee this is a terrible place to work. The management team is not understanding and overall not a very coordinated team whatsoever. If you happen to work here and conflict comes up make sure you save every screenshot and bit of proof because they beat around the bush and you will need proof to override the lies. Not only is this a terrible work place but in all honest I wouldn’t trust them with my dog. Residents do not get proper care unless a family member is there then employees go above and beyond to make it seem like they continually get amazing care which they do not. The dementia and/or Alzheimer’s residents get treated like they’re dumb and not capable of doing anything for them self. Not only that but they are not patient and at times get angry with the residents as if it’s their fault. The residents up front who are more independent are not encouraged to be independent. Instead of encouraging them the employees would rather do the job themself so it’s quicker and they can get back to doing nothing. I would 10x rather let my family age at home where they are comfortable and I know they will be taken care of.

Moved my uncle in two weeks ago and the move went flawless.Candice helped out tremendously with all the paper work as well as great advice on how the whole process can be done without any complications. I just met a few other staff members so far like Tracy ,Kim,and Kathy and they all are very professional and willing to help with any concerns my uncle may have. Thank You Deerfield Ridge for making a great new home for my uncle!!

Moved my Mom here recently and have had a positive experience. All of the CNAs have been friendly and helpful. Mom is in memory care and someone always jumps to open the door for me to enter. They are encouraging to my Mom. I especially appreciate the Horizon Activity Director; She is very interactive with the residents and they all seem to love her.

Horrible place to work. Management is terrible, Residents do not get the proper care. Id advise letting your loved ones age at home and get an In-home aide.

Gorgeous facility!!! Would recommend to anyone that needs care!! Friendly staff and delicious meals.

They treat their staff like complete trash and care more about their image than their residents.. Their CNAs really try their best but you cant pour from an empty cup.

Wonderful staff made my visit so enjoyable.

They treat both their employees and residents horribly. Would not recommend.
