Be ready to pay for every single phone call your child makes, even if it’s a short question. It’s all about making money with these people. I seriously feel like they’re taking advantage of these young college kids!
I am not being notified of my appointments the day of, and have missed two. I almost never get a response from anyone by email; office or providers.Furthermore, the patient portal is completely blank; There are no records regarding any of my visits, medication refills etc, and nobody in the office (by phone) knows what is going on. I was first notified of this transition around March 19th (16th or 19th from my phone records), and its still going on? To be fair, their manager called me to apologize, but I am still very disappointed by the absence of communication.

Erica is absolutely AWESOME! She left but I am changing my review b/c once SHE left this place WAS so different and I dont mean IN A GOOD WAY ! Would NEVER recommend them AT ALL!!!
