First off, I didnt know what reflexology truly was and how it can help my body heal until I saw Holly. She is absolutely wonderful and professional. She understands how body works and is able to use her skills to help the body heal. I walked in frazzled and anxious and left feeling calm and relaxed. I cant say enough about her and my experience.

My goals at my first meeting with Holly was to find balance and focus but I got much more than that! During the first session I entered a mental-type zone where it seemed I was hyper-focused mentally and making list and finding solutions. By my second appointment Holly was addressing my chronic inflammation and the swelling in my feet reduced significantly. I was also sleeping better (even having dreams which I havent had in ages), and my thinking was definitely more focused and clear. During one appointment Holly also found lower back pain, which I had failed to mention, and applied reflexology to it. Holly has a calm demeanor and is a pleasure to work with, I would definitely recommend her.

It was so relaxing and educational. I came away with less tension in my shoulders and my wrists not hurting from carpal tunnel. Who knew you could get all of that from working on feet? I highly recommend giving it a try!

Holly is nothing less then magical! Her touch is healing and her energy is amazing. More then anything is she makes your whole body feel good. The quality of my health has improved since going to her.
