I am enjoying my sessions with Jackie at ATI. she is knowledgeable cheerful and overall happy person which encourages me to do better and push myself. Being of senior age and having so many ailments it’s hard to do physical therapy, any type of therapy. From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted with a hello and smile. That goes a long way with me, As I am from Honolulu Hawaii.Physical therapy at any age especially in recovery is challenging for anyone. However, being at ATI is indeed a blessing for me. They are caring individuals there and I appreciate that.

Most everyone is great at this location……except in my last visit I was approached by the clinical director( had never seen or met her until this day) about my knee injury, I told her that I was waiting on a MRI and probably surgery from what the 3 doctors that I have seen told me so far? This lady told me they don’t do surgeries on meniscus tears any more and just want people to do PT as the surgery leads to early knee replacement. I’m wondering why this lady isn’t a orthopedic surgeon if she is so knowledgeable? This left a bad taste in my mouth about this location. Thanks to all the therapist that just did the job and not have comments like this.Moving on from this place…..

Ive never had such a good time at physical therapy! Really enjoyed the laid back but professional atmosphere. I worked with Chia-Shing Heerman, she made sure to check in and guide me after listening to my responses. Her hands on work was well thought out. As a former LMP, I definitely felt she was aware and knew how to approach my treatment needs while maintaining a style that made me feel as if we had worked together before. Thanks for making my afternoon much better!

The staff @ ATI in Bonney lake are professional, personable and encouraging. They truly care about your success! Im so glad I didnt settle for less than the best!!

I have a chronic back pain. After the first visit the pain is gone and has not returned in a month. ATI is teaching me exercises to permanently eliminate the muscle issue that causes the pain.

I forgot to add comments! I have been here only a few times but I have future appointments coming up and so far I love the place! It’s clean and the staff are awesome and nice! I enjoy my PT sessions

I been going to ATI for two months following my knee replacement surgery and the staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, my knee is much better now with their help, I am glad I ended up there.

Great staff from the receptionist through the therapists. They know what they are doing!

I was experiencing pain in my shoulder for almost a year. I was unable to get full R.O.M. on my own. With the help of ATI I have full range of motion. My impingement is recovering. I may not be able to cure my calcification of the ligament, but I now have the tools through increasing muscles in my shoulder to use my arm in all directions. I cant thank my physical therapist enough.

I dont like the fact that I need PT, but since I do this is the place to go. Thry are great, very friendly, professional and you get a twist of humor during your treatment. They are awesome

Christa Fonda is a nutritionist here and she is honestly one of the best people Ive ever met. I was originally nervous about beginning my journey here but she made me feel at home from the very first meeting with her. She is extremely kind and compassionate, it is always a joy to meet with her and she is helping me reach my goals!Along with this, the office staff is always extremely friendly and assist me with anything I need, I am so glad that I chose to come here for my nutrition journey!

I am really glad I went to ATI. I suffered from hip pain for over a year and kept putting it off because I thought it would go away. Just after two visits I could walk faster and I had no idea it was slowing me down. Due to my work schedule I think I only went to 7 sessions but continuing treatment at home I am now pain free and I can feel my hip muscles getting stronger just after two months. I really enjoyed the staff that I got to work with and I would highly recommend Zach. Thank you ATI for everything.

I work frequently with ATI around the area and this is by far the worst location. I think the office staff need to be trained properly, its always a struggle to get the basics worked out- like scheduling and verifying info. One thing I suggest is establishing a functional system, till then I get hesitant to send patients there knowing that relevant information may fall through the cracks. I would avoid this place since billing and cooperate is in Illinois.

I think their staff is fantastic from the greeters Amy and Karen at the entry desk (very pleasant) to the physical therapist I have delt with ; Padden, Rachel, Malisa ,Alex, Jermy, Chia Shing, Terresa, and many more who have come and gone to pursue there careers its a fantastic staff that is lead by Sue who is very pleasant and seems to support a upbeat environment . I would recommend Bonney Lake ATI to anybody who needs to overcome any physical disabilities .

Rachel saw my 4 year old son 2x a week for 4 weeks. She was AWESOME! I highly recommend this place for any therapy needs!

The main receptionist Karen has very rude and disgusting attitude towards customers, they talk about one clients behind their backs, terrible management. If I could give 0 stars, I would!
