To say Amanda and her team have changed our lives is an understatement. We came to Amanda for OT and feeding therapy, and she not only helped us make progress every week, but gave us the tools to work at home as well. Both of my daughters improved so much in their respective areas, in ways I never even thought possible. We recently moved out of state, but I can still write her with questions, because she genuinely cares about us. Amanda is generous, creative, thinks outside the box, kind, and goes above and beyond in every aspect, treating my daughters as her own. I will forever be grateful to Amanda, and all the wonderful staff - the therapists and front office - thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You all are amazing!!

Wow. I can’t even believe the negative reviews here considering the AMAZING experience I’ve not onlyHad here, but witnessed myself! Amanda has been a life saver for my baby. He has problems that even specialist After specialist cannot figure out. We visited several OT and nobody seemed to care until Amanda. She treated my sweet boy like he was her own and has taught him so much in the short 5 months we’ve been with her. It’s the one time in his life that I feel like he’s actually going to catch up because she cares SO much about him! I could rave for hours, but no need, her work talks for itself!I’ve watched her front desk staff and her other therapists treat people with compassion and kindness even throughout the Covid madness. I will forever refer this office as they have been so good for us!

We have been going here for 3 years since my daughter was 6 months old and will never go anywhere else! We have been to other clinics like Marybridge and also the birth-3 program but neither program compares to the level of knowledge, patience and passion for the job that Amanda and her staff share.Previous providers kept telling me to “wait and see” with things that my daughter’s doctor and I felt weren’t quite right. After an evaluation with Amanda, she addressed and explained all my concerns. Without telling her any of my concerns prior to the evaluation she also discovered the same. We had a plan of action immediately and Amanda answered all of my MANY question. Had I not switched to Amanda we would have gone with “wait and see” and my daughter would have been a full year behind before anybody tried to help us.Since beginning this program my daughter has made AMAZING progress and thoroughly enjoys going to OT. She asks everyday after school if she gets to go that day. I am forever grateful for the time and dedication she has put into our family. Going as far as checking in with us during times of struggle. Providing above and beyond care that you won’t get anywhere else. I will never go anywhere else.

Amanda has been working with our 1 1/2 year old son for a couple of months. She is absolutely amazing at what she does; she is so patient and informative. Our son loves her; we couldn’t have asked for a better therapist! We would recommend her to anybody.

We have been going here for a few months now and really enjoy it. I didnt have any problems with intake as mentioned by a couple other reviews. They have always had great communication and have been accommodating to us. I feel that my son is really benefiting from his OT sessions and I recommend them!

Was on a waitlist for a full year, I get the need for services, what bothered me is that my three kids are medically needy and I cancelled 2 appointments due to inability to get the car out my driveway, also being 5 months pregnant with a high risk pregnancy I had my appointments to consider, and my youngest has a triple surgery next week. I called to let them know I could not make it because I had an appointment that interfered ensured her we would be there the whole month of March unless kids came down ill, which is often. She then proceeded to tell me that she gets my kids services there are not important because they get services elsewhere which is not the case. Because they are not recieving OT elsewhere, she was rude and dropped my kids, so now I look for a new place for OT. I was not prepared to be treated so rudely and by the owner at that, she works with special needs and medically needy you would think a little understanding and compassion goes along way. If you are looking for quality services with a smile this is definitely not the place.

Took my daughter here after we were referred by our pediatrician. First it took forever for them to get back to me. Then the evaluation didnt even test for the reason we had been referred yet they tried to get me to agree to come once a week at $120 per visit...Now two years later I get a bill for almost $300 for that visit back on Feb 2017...

Let me start by saying that we ended up not doing any actual therapy here my review and rating is entirely related to my experience trying find out if my child needed OTFirst off, I contacted their office a few days after my doctor had sent over our referral. I was told they didnt have a record of it but would look through the new referrals and if they couldnt find it they would contact our doctor and then call me back. After over a week of not hearing from them I called back. This time the person in charge of referrals was not available, but the person on the phone said theyd have them call me back the next day. Again no call back. The third time I called, there was still no record of our referral and Im again told that theyll look for it. Finally I get a call, they have the referral. Now I need to fill out the intake form, would I like it emailed or mailed. There is no mention of the fact that they wont even schedule us for an eval until they receive the intake form. So I say mailing it is fine. Its not until a couple of days later when I call back to schedule an appointment that I found out about the intake form. So I wait for it to come in the mail, fill it out and bring it to the office. Before I schedule the evaluation appointment I very specifically asked the front desk person if my child would have to have a full evaluation because she has a very specific issue and 90% of the questions on the intake didnt apply to her as shes behaving in a normal manner for her age, and I knew she didnt need a full eval. I was reassured that the therapist would only test what was needed based on the issues outlined in the intake form which is why they have to have it in advance. THEN Im told itll be another 3 weeks before we can get an appointment. So 2 months from the time we were initially referred we finally have an evaluation appointment. We walk in to the office at 8am and there is no one in sight and I have no idea if anyone even knows were there. After awhile the therapist comes out to talk to me. After asking me a few questions basically tells there isnt really anything they can do from an OT standpoint to help with my daughters issues but shes going to do a few tests just to make sure, and Im asked to fill out more paperwork, similar to the intake form which obviously was not reviewed prior to my visit, but in a slightly different format. The therapist then does a full evaluation (exactly what I had made sure wouldnt be needed ) and as expected my child had no issues in any of those areas. So to recap, I spent several hours making phone calls, filling out papers, and taking my 3 kids to an hour long appointment only to be told that they cant help with the issue, that I clearly explained multiple times to them, that my child is having. Basically they wasted my time so that they could have an excuse to bill my insurance.I will say that the therapist was nice and seemed to do a good job. So I guess if youre good at jumping through hoops or are just desperate for someone to help with your kids issues and therefore willing to do anything to get help (and Ive been there and totally get it ) then you might try the Amanda Saliba Pediatric Therapy center, but if you are able to go somewhere else I would highly recommend doing so!
