I love that there are so many Diagnostic Imaging locations and I get consistently excellent service at all of them. I didnt know you did Biopsies until I took your survey and it just so happens I need one done so I will call and make an appointment!

The staff are super rude. We called ahead to find out if my husband was allowed in the room with me and they told us yes. We ended up having to schedule two appointments in the same day for something that should have gotten done at the same time. When it was time to go back for the second appointments, the nurse was super rude to my husband and told him he wasnt allowed to go back with me. If you have to get imaging done go to any other location.

The staff are friendly, professional and courteous. Due to traffic from Starbucks drive-thru, parking can be challenging as well as backing out, since vehicles tend to block parking in front of the building that houses Diagnostic Imaging and other businesses.

Great experience especially during a stressful time. They were really good at getting me in the same day I had called to schedule an appointment. I was willing to be flexible and travel to multiple locations. Bonney Lake was available and i took it. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I didnt have to wait past my scheduled time which is amazing and the lady who did my testing created a relaxing and comfortable environment during my testing. They phoned me my results the same day and the gentleman was very clear in communicating my results. He was also very helpful when i had questions and gave some good recommendations. Overall amazing experience and helped ease my stress.

This imaging center is great. I have had a nice experience each time coming here. The staff is very friendly and kind. The Technician I had both times is very sweet and answered all my questions and may me feel very comfortable throughout both ultrasounds. The office is very nice and clean as well. One of the best Medical Facilities I have been to in Bonney Lake. I like coming here.

During this Covid epidemic, the staff and facility took all the proper precautions. I felt safe and comfortable. The technician explained the procedure very well answered all my questions and was very kind and respectful.

The people are great however it says theyre open from 8 to 5 but they are not so if you take time off of work to go there be aware theyre closed from 12 to 1so thats my issue I drove all the way there and they are closed. Its not good to have online your open but then not be .. you should change your posted hous to show the actual hours you are open like 8 to 12 and then 1 to 5 ..

I attended an appointment for my newborn, the ultrasound technician was extremely wonderful! She was respectful, friendly and knowledgeable — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience because of her! Thank you!They also got me in very quickly in regards to scheduling the appointment.Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Everyone was fantastic. I highly recommend if you are in the area and are in need of a medical care heading to the Bonney Lake Multi-care across from the Costco.

Clinic was conveniently located, clean and comfortable atmosphere.Staff was friendly and professional.Directions on what I needed to do to prepare for the mammogram, and what each step would include...breathing, etc.My privacy and being comfortable during the exam was top notch.I would, without a doubt, recommend the Bonney Lake Imaging Center to others in need of imaging.

This place is amazing! I had mammogram, ultrasound, biopsy, and MRI. All the services were performed by caring professional staff. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The staff and technicians are unbelievably kind! Quick and efficient, but extremely accurate and never cut corners. I have been seeing them for years and always let my doctors know I will only use them for my imagine needs.

Busy place but was effectively able to get everyone through and did an excellent job with my X-rays......Update I have been there three times in the past year and even with covid in place currently everything has gone extremely well Im very satisfied with their professional atmosphere and work that theyve accomplished in my behalf.

Very friendly staff! I was scheduled for an ultrasound and mammogram. It would have been nice to the second test immediately after the first instead of going back to waiting room for 20 minutes between them.

Amazing environment the staff is super polite especially the lady who does the Imaging they always make sure you are comfortable I would definitely highly recommend this facility to anyone

I have been going to Diagnostic Imaging for 15+ years. Always professional, caring, and thorough. I will continue using Diagnostic Imaging as part of my healthcare for years to come. The best staff and most up to date equipment and technology.

Previous imaging was fine. Showed up for appointment, completed imaging, and left.If you need an x-ray, avoid this location or imaging business. They refuse to schedule appointments. May work for them to fit people in; does not work for the average person whos life does not revolve around an x-ray. More importantly, the person handling phone call was rude and dismissive. (Customer service training desperately needed.)

Needed my Imaging done before my doctors appointment they made it happen they are very quick and polite would recommend them anytime to anyone

The hold times when calling in are absolutely horrendous, there is no way they are that busy every time you call in.

Have had nothing but positive experiences with these folks. And I must comment on an earlier posted entry about the technicians being perverted due to the insistence on wearing the gown. (A) I truly doubt they insisted on you being completely disrobe (excluding bras that may have underwires or metal clips). And they would never insist your underwear being removed. This is standard procedure for EVERY facility performing this type of testing. And (B) Because you are uneducated about the safety precautions of this test type, you should NOT refer to the technicians as sexual deviants. Your past or current medical history gives you no privilege for such defamation. Shame on you.

HORRIBLE: Bonney Lake Diagnostic Imaging. 21110 Hwy 410. Made an appointment with this outfit through my Dr. to get an MRI of my knee. I wore my sweats, all cotton no metal rings . Same outfit I wear for PET scan and CT scan. Now this older lady that takes me back wants me naked an in a hospital gown. I said ‘what?’ Are you kidding, this MRI is for my knee, three quarters down my body and I’m wearing all cotton. The pant legs even pull up! She say’s “ that doesn’t matter there may be some metal woven into it somewhere” and insists I remove my clothes and use the hospital gown. “I won’t do the scan if you don’t put the hospital gown on” she said. I looked at her and said I will find someplace else then and I walked out. I have been thru cancer and a knee replacement and have always wore sweat pants and a cotton shirt. That place in my opinion is perverted. NO OTHER imaging place I called and asked wanted you naked in a gown, they all said ‘wear sweats, no metal, no earrings. It was an embarrassing experience. Won’t ever go back.

I have had to use this imagining company on 3 occasions. The Bonney Lake Imaging people that work in the office are wonderful, but who ever they have as a scheduler is rude and takes on the role as a physician rather then a scheduler. My personal recommendation and who I am using is CDI in Puyallup. This imagining facility is Very Professional and gives you the opportunity to discuss concerns, doctor suggestions and family and patient history without an argument. Good luck out there with your future imaging needs.

Hours of hold time on phone every time you call with appointments made and then they cancelled without letting me know on more than one occasion and even though they have access to my chart they cant seem to find anything. Its going on two months and still cant get it handled I dont think Ill ever come back.
